I felt that the provider used "scare tactics" regarding the mole to push for an unnecessary procedure. Furthermore, when I asked about the removal process, I was told it would only take "seconds," but there was no disclosure regarding the cost. I was later shocked to find I was being charged over $500 for the removal and biopsy. This lack of transparency regarding pricing and the aggressive focus on additional services felt more like a sales pitch than medical care.

She is sweet, kind, with a beautiful welcoming smile. She's very professional and always tries to accommodate my schedule. OMG! Dr. Kerns is fantastic! I went to her at a time that I felt my pain will never leave me especially because I suffer from so many conditions. She sat with me explained everything that was going on with my body. Truthfully, I don't know what I would do without her. She has helped me tremendously with my chronic pain. For the first time, I found relief and someone that truly understands my pain.
