If you are looking for someone who follows COVID protocols this isn't the business for you. Showed up without a mask. It was outside so I purposefully just stayed very far away. Despite that once he got the lock open to the mailbox he came very close and patted my shoulder. Once i turned around as he was maskless and i did not want to be exposed he quickly gave me a hug. This is unprofessional and incredibly dangerous in the covid world. I had turned around so he hugged my back and I said "covid covid, stop" and he backed away and laughingly said "covid covid". Do not use, would not recommend. At the end of this interaction, when it turned out I didn't actually need any keys made, he still charged me $70 (instead of $75 he said) and asked me to please promise to write him a good review. Would be a better review if you wore a mask and stayed away from me. read more

This place is a gem for keys.. I just used one of those kiosks in the supermarket for 10 bucks a key, and 2/3 of key keys were duds. The nice gentleman at the premier mobile locksmith made copies for me for a 1/5th of the price and in about a 1/5 of the time as the kiosks. Don't waste your time and money on the machines, just come to this guy to get a way better deal and reassurance. read more

We just moved in our new house and needed to rekey all of the locks. The lady at Lowe's told us we could do it ourselves and we tried her way with no luck. We decided to call around to different locksmiths and Andy gave us the best deal. I am SO happy we chose him!! He can out on a Saturday evening and fixed all three of our doors. We even had a spot we thought we'd have to fix with door putty where the previous owners didn't assemble the previous lock correctly that made the door stick. And he fixed that free of charge! This guy is great. My car key stopped working on my door locks. It started a couple years ago with the passenger door. It was very frustrating and I kept getting they run around. I knew just getting a new key cut wasn't the answer because that's exactly what I did when it first started happening. I new it had to be something with the actual locks. Called the dealership and they said it would cost us $1,500 to fix the locks. He checked all the locks and recut the keys and they work perfectly. If I ever need a locksmith he's my guy. read more

Very happy with the service. I had lost one of my two car keys on Friday. I had tried to have a replacement key cut and programmed elsewhere but they tried and said they were unable to do it as they keys they cut kept were catching and not turning in the ignition on Sunday. Since that visit I was all of a sudden have issues with the ignition. My key that I had no previous issue with just wouldn't turn without tonnes of wiggling/trying. Was referred here by my local garage (Mountain Tyre/Service - 1st St) today (Wednesday) and I am very happy that they did. The guy was able to repair my ignition and make me two keys with chips programmed to my car for $200 with a year warranty on the work. An independent Honda specialist and Norman Reeves Honda both advised I need a new ignition barrel. The quotes with parts and labor ranged from $550-$750 plus tax. The lower of the two quotes would have left me with different keys for unlocking and starting the car too. The guy was pleasant on the phone, knowledgeable, was available for me to drive over when he said he would be and did the work fast. read more
