This year, I knew the check engine light was on and knew it was a MAF issue since I have a code reader. They didn't bother trying to clean it the "affordable" way, they just replaced it. Okay, I guess since it did get fixed Apparently, it still wouldn't pass emissions. I was told it was running rich due to debris causing an injector to remain open longer than it should. No idea which one was the culprit so all had to be replaced. I guess there are people out there who will believe that bullshit. I knew it was bullshit. I was told they sampled the fuel in the tank and it had debris. Duh. Find a fuel tank in a 2013 truck that doesn't have crap in the tank. That's what filters are for!! $500+ to drop and clean the tank and then I'm told the tank has baffles so likely wasn't fully cleaned. How convenient, eh?? I just needed to get it inspected so it was drivable. I recently had surgery on my shoulder so I wasn't able to work on it myself. I knew the tank cleaning was bullshit but figured maybe it would get it over the goal line. The final straw was being told I needed 8 new fuel injectors for a total of $1700. I was told the injectors were $193 each. I can get OEM injectors from Rock Auto for $66 each. I can get aftermarket refurbs for $37 each. Needless to say, I did NOT have the injectors replaced since the truck ran great and there was no indication whatsoever of a fuel problem. I took the truck to Champs in Creedmoor who I trust implicitly and it passed inspection as is. Apparently, Champs didn't find a $1700 injector problem. I will NEVER bring a vehicle to this shop again! I don't know if the front desk guys get commissions for repairs but it would explain a lot base on the amount of money I've spent there. I'm only sorry that I had to give them 1 star. My preference would be 0 stars. I'm not some dipshit who has never turned a wrench. I've worked on my own vehicles for 40 years. My surgery made this one impossible. I now know who I can and can't trust.

My most recent visit was specifically for their complimentary tire maintenance checks, and the team handled it flawlessly. I stopped by for a quick, free air check and had them examine my tire tread wear right before heading out on some major road-trip excursions. The entire process was incredibly efficient. The technician was fast and polite and made sure all four tires were perfectly inflated and performing exactly as they should for highway driving. The free air check is incredibly easy to navigate. You simply drive onto the property, follow the clear directional signage to the designated area, and wait. Someone will come out to assist you shortly. You do not even need to get out of your vehicle to get your air topped off. At my last tire rotation, I am glad to note that this rotation went better than my prior experience. The service bay crew was highly organized, working with the exact type of speed and precision that originally made me a loyal customer. Just like my earliest visits to this shop, I was in and out of the service bay in no time. It is great to see this team regain its momentum and deliver fast, convenient, and top-tier customer service again. Service has improved here and returned to what I've come to expect.

How convenient that it wasn't dead last week , this week or the second before they got the car. 2/10 won't recommend. They say the sensor wasn't pressurized while changing the tire. Sounds like something a TIRE SHOP should know and avoid doing, so yes, I guess it wasn't "pressurized" because they had the tire off and caused it. Learn from my mistake, go elsewhere. Update: They contacted me and offered to replace the sensor, and told me to give it a few miles for the sensors to catch up, and to come in if it hadn't. At this time the tire in question is lower psi than the others, which may not be a problem--more of a note to self, so I'll give it a few more miles to see if it catches up with the others or perhaps have them add more air if needed. So I'll change my review to 3.5 stars, mostly because I've been using out of state Discount Tires for years with multiple vehicles, and have never had a problem, so I wouldn't want this one review to reflect my past experiences.

I showed up with a second car for the day to get inspected at 4:51pm and was turned away. There was no cars in the bays, and one guy checking out. I have a Tesla which they "inspect" in literally 2 minutes. The black man with the Afro fuss the BALLS off me about how he don't do inspections after 4:45pm. Totally uncalled for. I took a pic of a sign that the owner has up stating to call him with issues. There's others reviews up here mentions this same issue. Time to fix this issue Owners! I waited approximately 20 minutes altogether including waiting in a small line. The staff were friendly and super quick with inspections. The lobby isn't glamorous but it has plenty of seats to choose from while you wait. All in all, this was very convenient and quick! Highly recommend!
