Wish I had more time this past week to treat my niece to the "full spoiler" treatment but the week went by fast. Quality 5/5 Kim is my go-to Spa Pro who took care of me today. I wanted to take my Mother for a Pedi while in town for the Christmas holiday. I found Premier Nails on Yelp. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were able to get us in right away and had a large staff on hand for a Sunday afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The atmosphere was bright and relaxing. Ben did a nice job on my pedi. My mother also got a nice pedicure and it looked like everyone along the Pedi line was doing a good job. I like how they have little sand timers when they give the leg and foot lotion massage. The price is also reasonable. The only negative I found is they do not carry DND brand polish but they have plenty of polish to choose from. We will definitely be back when I am in town next and my mom might be back on her own too! read more

Nail tech did not do anything I requested. She completely filed off all my gel polish burning my nails numerous times. I asked for square toe nails and shorter nails on my hands. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Unfortunately she didn't speak English so communication was an issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't normal mind if we can communicate but she "Tee" didnt do anything I asked. I did it even get a foot massage or hand massage with my pedicure and manicure and the gel got my hands and the polish for my toes that were supposed to be the same were two completely different colors. I couldn't tell in the salon until I walked outside into the sunlight. They get me in right away and do a wonderful job at normally an affordable price. That being said, today I went to get my nails dipped as I always do and was told for $10 more, she will trim my cuticles. I was surprised because I thought was what I was paying for. This is my 3rd time here.. and it's average. They'll get the job done.. the 2 photos are from 2 different nail techs. I loved the lady that did the Cow print ones, loved her shaping and attention to detail. The one on the left she was older which is fine, she is great friendly and I would recommend her as well for something easy.. I like someone who appreciates there work. Finally found a dependable salon with great availability that is always running on time! Scheduling an appt is easy and they usually offer walk in services as well. Staff is super friendly and really listens to your ideas about designs without being pushy. Pricing is comparable to other places and chairs are comfy! Wonderful place! I've been here 3 times since moving from Houston. On my first go round, I found a photo of the nail style I wanted. I called and schedule an appointment advising I'm a new client and I'd like to make them my new permanent nail shop. Ms. Lily personally greeted me and took extra time to understand how I wanted my nails done. She was very vested in making sure that my expectations were met and the pricing structure made sense. This is my second time coming to this salon and I have had two different artists work on my nails, with confidence I can say it is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. The customer service is amazing! The artists actually listen to what you want and their work is unmatched. I have been a customer of Premier Nails for over a year. Ive only ever had great service until today. I went in for my usual Dip Nails and Pedicure. The salon seemed different in atmosphere. The woman that did my nails was very rough and did a terrible job on my French tips. She was rude and very aggressive in her attitude when I expressed dislike for her work. After I left I called the salon to speak with Lily (store manager)only to find out she has left for good. I asked for something and was told by Lily multiple times that the only way to do the picture I supplied was with loose acrylic powder, I do not want to be beholden to this color. I know for a fact that the glitter gel polish can do this but they want to use acrylic , incompetence or laziness would be the reason for this. She then proceeded to tell my sister and I we should leave as she thinks we would be better off going somewhere else to get what we want, we had just finished a pedicure that was rushed and uncomfortable. I'm not sure how to rate this because Vicky does such a great job with my lashes BUT every time I have come here with an "appointment" I have to wait 15..20..25 minutes. No one says sorry about that or anything. I like this place but it's becoming more and more frustrating. What's the point of having a set appointment time? Well... what should have been relaxing was horrible. Started off positive, told us it would Only be 10-15 minutes and it took about 5 to get seated for my pedicure. The guy helping me looked like he hated his life and his job. He didn't talk to me and when I asked him something he pointed to his AirPods that he had in. I said so you're not listening to me, he nodded his head yes. I was so uncomfortable the whole time. When it came to get my nail fill I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and they said ok, then the manager said it would be complicated... so I changed it, plain, with a glitter... she came over and said they cannot do that. I told her I just wanted my fill and I didn't want to argue since they had just argued with the person I came with. She said that "how about I don't charge you for your pedicure and you go somewhere else for your nails".... I can honestly tell you I've never been kicked out of a salon! I'm shocked! This was the fastest/worst pedicure I received and to top it off the manager, Lilly, was even worse since she just wanted to talk at me instead of let me speak. Honestly avoid. They wanted to charge me $85 for this set I will include the picture and that was a fill!! Every time I go they charge me a new price. How I know this? They no longer hand out pamphlets and even if they did they don't go by the prices in there so what's the point of having one? My nails were already shaped like the picture but yet they wanted to charge me for the shape. They let me sit in their "lobby" for an hour before advising me there would be a longer wait. All she did was put nail glue over his skin because it wouldn't stop bleeding and then she just painted over it (as you can see there's blood in the clear coat). The staff that Lily introduced to me just did a great job on my french acrylics. She was professional and I've found "my person". They have so many colors to pick out, especially the cat eye gel and the chrome holographic/metallic affect gel polishes. I splurged spending extra on a design for my ring fingers which turned out super cute and festive for my birthday a few months ago.
