Went in yesterday for a gel x fill. My nails were in really good shape and I expected just some builder gel at the base and then in the center to build the apex. What I got was thick, terribly embarrassing looking nails. They are flat and honestly look worse than I could have ever expected. I understand not everyone can do everything but you have one job: nails. My nails look like a platypus's mouth. This was $75. Now I get to spend money having them removed today. Update: I reached out to the salon and they offered to fix it. They don't look perfect but I appreciate that they offered to do this. read more

I came here with a group of girls last year, the place is so cute. I actually loved it and I was looking for a new place because my old nail tech moved out of state. I've been here to Arizona for a year. I've been coming here five times now total and every one is amazing. Lori (I believe that is her name) in the front is just so amazing. Love her! She is the sweetest. I usually pick anyone to do my nails when I make an appointment because I'm trying to see how everyone does it, before I pick one. So far everyone is amazing! I love all the colors that I have picked. I typically do dip but the dark red was gel with dip. I love the experience. However my 4th time there when you sign in I noticed that none of the times or appointments I made prior were on there. When you sign in you can see how many times you were there and on the 10th trip it will give you a discount or something, I'm not sure. I pointed it out to the woman with black in the front who told me I've been there 10 times already and that it started all over. I assured her I have been there 4 times and even if I did come the 10th time I never saw a discount or whatever they are offering. She told me that I have and that's what they have in their system. I texted my husband about it and he looked at our bank statement and I've been there 4 times I told her that and she was a little more apologetic than before. I've been here in AZ for a year and was at another place until then when my nail tech left. I did come back for the 5th time and I saw the it move to one of 10. I'm not sure if that works or not but regardless they do amazing on the nails and give a good service. read more

The facility is modern, clean, and very spacious. The workers are very friendly and it's easy to book appointments online. Emma is who I came here for and she is so talented with her designs. My bff and I did the dip nails and added on designs. We are already in the Christmas spirit so we got a cute gnome, a holly, and a Christmas tree. I went to Zara yesterday for the first time and loved my experience. The staff is kind, the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The massage chairs are awesome and luxury feeling. Everything went well, I got the collagen pedicure. I experienced a little bit of pain while the technician mentioned she was removing an ingrown toe nail. I didn't have any pain prior so I didn't realize I had one, but appreciated it. However, this morning I woke up with my left big toe in severe pain to where I can't put weight on it. I'm really bummed out because my experience overall was great. However, paying $80 after tip, the last thing I expected was toe infection. :( I understand things happen but that lends me to think something wasn't properly sanitized before use on me, which isn't great regardless. But especially since it's such an expensive establishment. read more

Zara Nail Bar Hudson location. The music played is rave type music and every song had the "f" word. ABSOLUTELY for a business establishment. I almost just walked out ! First service - I had a minimalistic pedicure with regular polish. I didn't appreciate getting pressured to get gel polish, I know it lasts a long time but it wasn't what I wanted. Gel polish is an additional $20 too. Listed on the website and in their "menu of services" it indicates "Massage with Hot Stones: 8 mins". The massage consisted of about 3 minutes per leg - yes she kept looking at a timer! Her hand went up and down my shin and over my knee repeatedly The same place with every stroke. My calf was never touched! After each leg, she left then brought over hot rocks. She rubbed the hot rocks up and down the sides of my leg no more than 30 seconds each leg! The hot towel that's listed on their menu was never wrapped on my legs. It was only set on my legs then she immediately started wiping up any residual lotion. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Second service - The girl had me stay in the pedicure chair. I had gel polish put on my nails. The girl used the rotary machine to take off my old polish. The polish dust went everywhere and was very close to my face. She never used clippers or scissors to cut back nails or clean up cuticles. She used the rotary machine to shortened nails and clean up around nail. I asked for square rounded. All my nails are different lengths and not finished off the same. A couple nails are also crooked. She put so much polish on the tip edge of the nail that there's polish under the nail. It looks like a child painted my nails. At the point of experiencing all this, I just wanted for her to finish up so I could leave. I noticed polish on the skin on a couple finger tips and asked her if she could clean that up. She took a nail file to my skin to sand off the polish!! I told her nevermind. Another TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. My TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT for the day was $91.! I spoke with the girl at checkout about the music and such. just apologized and no offer to get management. One last thing - no offer of ANY beverage as they are known for. If you like Zara Nail Bar, find another one to go to. I won't be going back to the Hudson location. read more

Quality of the service was horrible for the price. I paid $89 fir a pedicure and my toes looked horrible. The soles of my feet were rougher than when I went in, especially when he uses the cheese grater and my big toe nails were jagged and not even filed after being cut straight across. There was also still rough patches on my feet that should have been smoothed with the buffer. Why don't they use lotion or oil on the feet to help soften the rough skin while massaging??? First time here since they opened in queen creek, honestly the service was amazing. I brought my two toddler nieces in with me and we all got our nails and toes done. They treated them SO well and they were so patient with them, the nail tech I had just seemed a little rushed, burnt my skin a couple of times and the polish which is gel looks bubbled at the ends on every nail. He was very nice and it's not horrible! I just wouldn't choose him again as my tech but love the vibe of the place and everything else. read more
