Nice place good service. I was a walk in, only waited a few minutes. I'm fussy about French manicure. Was done very well.

I got my nails done 2 days ago with my sister in law and we didn't have to wait long as a walk in, we got seated and i just wanted long acrylics with polish on and she wanted a design. It look the man doing my nails an hour and he didn't even touch my cuticles, the acrylic he put on was so thick and some of my nails are crooked, there's parts of the nail he didn't even use polish on, and my nails look like they've been growing out for weeks when they are a fresh set. The whole time we were there the guy was irritated and was bouncing his leg and talking about us, very rude. He showed me my pinky finger and asked if it looked good and it did and in their lighting they looked so good. I got to work the next day and I kept noticing things the whole day. Do NOT go here. read more

I just left from getting a pedicure with an incredibly sloppy paint job. I could have done better. On the way out, I shared my disappointment in the polish/paint job. I was dismissed and told they are "busy on the weekends." Will never go back or give them my business. read more

I'm have been going here for years, and have always been happy with them. However, my friend and I went a couple days ago and we're completely unhappy. They did nothing that they normally do when performing pedicures. We basically paid 40 dollars to have our toes painted. When I showed her my feet had not been scrubbed etc she told me to use Vaseline. They prob spent a total of ten minutes on each of us. I paid for deluxe so needless to say highly disappointed and complete waste of money. read more

I've been here a couple times. The first time the lady had an attitude and had a strong disappointment in my nails. Today, I decided to give them another chance. I had initially went for a fill in and color change. Well the first picture is what I wanted. I was told that my nails would have to be taken off to do the Ombré, which I figured so I was fine with it. But the lady who does the Ombré and designs, said that the colors were to dark to do an Ombré. When my nail techs that I've been to before could do it no problem. I'm well aware that you have to use special acrylic colors to get the ombré so it was fine. After the mini argument we had I decided to be simple and got what is done in the second picture. Now I told her specifically since I was not getting an Ombré just to fill in and don't take my nails off. To drill off the lifted part WHICH ANY OTHER NAIL SALON DOES. But after telling her 3 different times. She still took off my nails and charged me $50 for a full set. I was to unpleased/mad to even say anything. So I paid and walked out. This place did a horrible job on my nails. I went in for Acrylic Nails with black tips. For one, they waited 20 mins for me to get my nails started (which didn't exactly bother me because they were busy but I knew they closed soon). The guy brought me back and did the acrylic part of my nail. When doing so, he was supposed to file away the excess from underneath my nails so my natural nails can grow, but he left some acrylic under them. Then he switched me to a girl named Kay who did a sloppy job on my nail polish. This also cost me more than regular white tips which seemed a bit odd to me. Anyway, I don't recommend going there. read more

Only place in town, I'm aware of, you can just walk in. Convenient it may be, However do not bother! I've tried this place three (3) times... wanting it to be a better experience each time, I have had no such luck. I'm looking for an "old fashioned " pedi mani, time is spent pampering and paying attention to the quality...... I don't think they are available any longer! This place is fast pace in and out in 30 minutes or less. They pay no attention to what they are doing, I redid it when I got home and I didn't even get color, I wanted my cuticles and calluses taken care of.... it was a hack job. $52 spent to be annoyed and nails looking worse afterwards! If anyone reading this knows a place near TR, please Post! Those who've given this place a decent review have not experienced a "decent" mani/pedi before.... do yourself a favor and try to find a place to experience the difference! read more

I went in for a gel manicure and the lady who did my nails was immediately very rough on the skin around my nails, making me bleed at least 4 times that I could count whether from the cuticle clippers or the filing block. She rubbed alcohol into the cuts to help the bleeding stop and prevent infection, but she did it so roughly that I kept bleeding. She then dropped the nail polish (which is totally a normal mistake, that's not a problem), but it splattered a little on my hands. At the end of the manicure she left most of the splatter on my hands and proceeded to take a NAIL FILE to the skin on my wrist that had a bigger patch of nail polish splatter to scrape it off (??); it hurt a lot because she was literally scraping my skin and it left a red mark. I said "ouch" and expressed that I was in pain and she eventually stopped, and even though the nails came out okay (with noticeable errors), my fingers hurt because she rubbed at and cut me more than I've ever had at any salon in my life. She then barely put lotion on my hands which were very dry by this point and we were finished. I do not know if I could've had a better experience with another technician, and this review makes me sad to write, but I will not be returning to Premier Nails. read more

They did a terrible job on my nails. I had worked so long to get my nails long and they cut them down to nubs. It took her about 2 hrs to do 2 layers of dip powder. She shamed me for getting white nails she said," You choose white, out of every color you chose white?" As you can tell I am not happy with my nails and would not recommend this place. read more

Rushed job. No beverage offered. She didn't even shape my nails properly. I had a pedicure (not the cheapest one) and she didn't even scrub the dead skin off my feet. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I don't get the negative reviews. I love this salon and have had my nails done for 30 plus years all over the U.S. so I have lots to compare it to. They are warm & friendly & I have had a consistently great job every time I've been there. I go to Premier Nails twice a month and have for several years. I have never been disappointed. read more

The place looks filthy and the staff is rude. After the girl placed acrylic on my nails I asked her to file them shorter. She got angry with me and asked "why didn't you tell me before I put the acrylic?". I replied "why didn't you ask me what length I wanted?" After she painted them she told me to wait ten minutes before leaving. She came back a minute later and told me to go. Of course my nails were smeared but I didn't want to deal with asking her to fix the ones that smeared so I left. I went back the next day to have a nail fixed that had smeared. Kim was wonderful. She refused to allow me to pay her for it. read more

It is sad that in the world today customer service does not exist in some in some establishments. I've been a long-time customer of Premier Nails but unfortunately today that relationship ended. When you go to an establishment and request a specific item such as your nails done with Cateye number 1, which is black purple and pink but when you see the first hand of the finished product you have Cateye number 11, which is blue purple and a yellow gold and you say something to the nail technician about this being the wrong color and she insists no it is the right color. You get the samples and show her that it is obviously the wrong color and you search and find out that number 11 is the color that they have given you and she and another nail technician argue back with you and tell you that the blue purple and yellow gold will change colors to the black purple and pink and it's beautiful and then they tell you to go wash your hands. At this point they were done and so was. I don't mind paying for what i ask for but I do want the right color the one that I requested to begin with. When two of them argue at me looked me square in the eyes and lie to me, yes our relationship is over. Quite sad I would rather support local but unfortunately because of your poor customer service, the unwillingness of your staff to admit their mistake and offer to fix their mistake and your two nail technicians decision to argue and talk over me, the customer, when I only wanted what I asked for to begin with I will not be able to support local I will go to a different establishment one with customer service. read more

My daughter and I went to get Shellac Manicures and the lady did a HORRIBLE job on my daughters nails. They look like crap...my daughter, who is 14, doesn't even want to back to them to get them fixed. The color I chose, 233, is not the same color that was on their fake nail display. Place was very busy, so we were expecting a good manicure. Some customers there got mini hand massages with their normal manicures, we did not. Very disappointed. read more

I haven't ever been disappointed in services here until recently. Two of us walked in later in the evening (I believe 45 min-ish until closing. I had got my times mixed up, thought they were open later) and were promptly turned away stating that they just had sooo many people waiting and that they were closing soon. It's not the being turned away that bothers me, it was the way it was handle! Their loss, we were ready to get the more expensive spa pedicures and my husband always tips well. We took our business down the street to a nail salon equally as busy where they were happy to have us! we were treated so well we will probably leave Premier behind and give our money to this other salon. read more

Had pedicure and acrylic. Pedicure was great. Another lady did acrylic and not too impressed with her work. She nicked my cuticles several times and some of the nails appear "thicker" than other nails. I won't be returning. read more
