This is a much newer building then the original location. Everything looked fresh and clean. Same great staff different building. Check-in took roughly five minutes. Then I waited another five minutes to be called back. I was directed to the changing room to put on my gown and and then placed my personal items in a locker just outside the changing room. I waited roughly ten minutes to be called into the imaging room. The X-ray tech was friendly and as gentle as possible LOL. She took six images then I was on my way. I would absolutely recommend this location for your mammogram.

He spent half his time reassuring my uncle that everything was going to be OK then explain things in such detail that you were able to understand and he had pictures that demonstrated what he was explaining. I am not 100% sure of the names of the three nurses, Kaylee I know it was one I wished I remembered the other two because they deserve the Daisy award from Baptist. They treated my and with the utmost respect and care! I was most impressed. Finally I want to commend Connor, he was the gentleman who was the transporter bringing my aunt from Recovery to her room. He was so meticulous at making sure every safety step was taken before the transfer. He was personable and had a great sense of humor and made everybody at ease at a time when we were concerned. What they have is a standard open MRI turned vertical on its side. But you still lay down in it to get an MRI. That is not an upright MRI. Full stop. I drove 2.5 hours each way to use an Upright MRI because of debilitating injuries that prevent me from lying flat -- which is the entire point of an upright MRI. My first trip was wasted because their call center sent me to the wrong location at the Gate Parkway office. Their staff apologized, and promised THIS location had a true upright MRI, and rebooked me. **See my review of their Gate Parkway location. I drove another 5 hour round-trip only to walk into the MRI room at this location, which they refer to as the Mandarin location, and immediately saw an open MRI machine turned on it's side. IT REQUIRED ME TO LAY DOWN. THIS IS NOT WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN IN AN UPRIGHT MRI. I lasted less than 10 minutes before the pain forced me to stop. Two full days. 460 miles. Zero usable images. And now I've burned MRI authorizations with my insurance company chasing a machine Precision Imaging doesn't actually have because of misleading advertising. If you're in pain and need a true upright MRI, don't book here. If you do so you'll waste your time, money, and your insurance benefits. I wouldn't usually review a medical office, but my experience today was so great I just had to! I…read moremet with Dr. Patel last week and he seemed confident and informed. He promptly scheduled me for an infusion this week and that's what I had today. There is plenty of parking, a large lobby, and even a vending machine for snacks if your infusion takes a while like mine did! Let me preface I have a horrible fear of needles, so this kind of place is a nightmare for me. When I told the nurses and the people who draw blood, they were so quick to make me as comfortable as possible. Kris, the nurse manager, was able to find a vein in my baby sized veins. She was so patient, kind, and compassionate. I get anxiety about being a burden since I can be difficult, but she didn't make me feel that way for a second. Another honorable mention is the nurse I had, Jasmine, who was so attentive and supportive. She explained things very thoroughly and made me feel confident in the treatment I was getting. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse. Overall, if you come here, be assured you'll have some great care with professionals who lead with compassion and patience. No one wants to go to a cancer center, but the nurses and doctors change that once you meet them.
