This was the place recommended by my orthopedic surgeon to have my orthotics tweaked after having foot surgery. I went there and Ken Crinklaw made adjustments to my orthotics to better suit my foot. I was just going to have him adjust my orthotics but I was still having knee pain from a previous surgery. I decided to book some appointments and it was the best decision ever. After working with Ken to rehab my knee, I have been able to play pickleball with no pain! This has been the first time in years I have been able to play for 2-3 hours without having to ice and take pain meds afterwards. Ken has given me back my "joy" in life. I've been going to Premier PT for a few months for pre and post total knee replacement therapy. They have been great. Very personable and professional yet easy going. I feel like they are always happy to see me and that we are one this journey of recovery together. The front desk ladies are friendly and efficient with scheduling and billing questions. I've made good progress and I really feel like they care. The PT and PT assistants always answer my questions and are in good moods. I'm always scheduled with the same two so they really follow my improvements and are so encouraging . Clyde and Nick are my team guys. Glad to be on this program with them. read more

I don't know about physical therapy, since I only went there once. Due to a last minute work trip, I called to cancel my next appointment. According to their policies, you must inform 24 hours in advance or you are charged $50. I called 23 hours before the appointment, and explained this was a work trip, beyond my control. ...and they went ahead and charged me anyway. I don't know how business is now, but when I went, the place was rather empty, so I'm sure they missed the possibility of booking many appointments because of that 1 hour difference! Funny thing is, because of that, I took my business elsewhere. In other words, they chose to trade 2 months of honest work for an easy $50. read more

I've begun my journey toward becoming mobile again after years of thinking if never dance again. Redmond Physical Therapy has a casual, non-threatening atmosphere, and the staff is stellar. Everyone I've worked with thus far has been patient, understanding, and kind, while aiding me in staying motivated. My knees have hurt for over twenty years, but now that I have confirmation I don't have an inherited degradation in my knees (my mother was wheelchair-bound the last decade of her life), I'm ready to work toward correcting the damage from my adolescence, and Redmond PT staff isn't letting me back down from my goals. At the first visit, they taped my knees, and the pain was greatly reduced! Though they push me to do my best, they don't let me move into pain. They've also honored my wishes, and listened to me when I've made special requests regarding personal, non-physical limitations. The receptionist even remembered my name on the second visit! I just started my physical therapy here, but my experience to date has been nothing less than stellar. I like the availability of early morning hours or Saturday appointments. I like the ease with which I scheduled my appointments, and the total professionalism of the staff when I was there. I had never had PT before so I had no idea what to expect. Joan was wonderful, and everyone there was utterly engaged with their patients. I appreciated how Joan took the time to truly listen to me, and explain the process of what we will be doing. My only semi-gripe is the lack of parking. There are 5 spots reserved in the underground garage, but despite my appt being at 0700 hrs, four of those spots were already taken. I was informed that usually one has to find parking on the street. I hope this won't be a problem. read more

I'm a new patient - been in 3 times so far for a neck/back injury. They had no problems getting me in for either early morning or later in the day - their hours are very flexible! I've met with both Joan and Nick for visits and both have been wonderful. They genuinely care about their patients! I am very happy my doctor referred me to them and I will continue my treatment at this facility. All of the office staff that I've interacted with are friendly and outgoing - receptionists and the assistants. All great folks. I have seen this team for 2 hip surgeries, one broken ankle, and most recently polyneuropathy in both legs. Having worked with most of the staff there I can say that across the board I would highly recommend them for any of your PT needs. I have been going to Redmond PT intermittently over the last year or so as a result of an automobile whiplash injury. I have seen other Physical Therapists for various reasons including a previous whiplash more than 20 years ago. Ken and Nick are the best Physical Therapists i have ever had, expert, empathetic and totally in tuned to my condition. I have been going there since 2014. You can't believe how satisfied I am. I'm able to walk and I do Threadmill in the water! I can now move my arms in many directions. I have tried many places before I was not satisfied but Premier physical therapy has been a great help to me and my family is amazed to see how well I'm doing . Thanks to Ken. Disappointed. I've been suffering from a chronic neck injury and wanted to try this place out specifically because of the pool therapy it offered. The pool is actually more like a big hot tub than a pool (don't plan on doing any actual swimming) , and only goes 4 feet deep. The treatment in it was eh OK, but the room usually wasn't well heated (besides the pool) so chest-below I would be in warm water but chest up I would be freezing to the point of shivering- which was extra terrible because it always made me tense up my neck and pretty much ruined any benefit I might have been getting. My therapist always felt really awkward to be around, and after I started expressing some frustration with the results it only got worse. read more

You can do much better than this place. The atmosphere of this place is as if a bunch of high school friends got a summer job together. I received this impression because there was a lot of inside joking and teasing of each other and there were Chuck Norris quotes on the dry erase board. Hey, I love joking around and Chuck Norris as much as the next guy, but let's keep it somewhat professional when clients are around, OK? The people are nice enough, but they really are lacking professionalism. Honestly, I could have tolerated all of this, but my experience with the receptionist was the last straw. There are 2 receptionist: one that is awesome and great to work with and the other one is severely lacking and cost this place a customer. I initially had 2 appts a week, but was downgraded to weekly appts. When I asked for that change, the receptionist just looked at me and said "OK" without touching her computer. I asked if there was anything else that I needed to do before I left and she said no. So a few days pass and the same receptionist calls me to confirm my appt on the days that I had canceled. I explained to her that I thought I had taken care of canceling these appts when I was in the office last and if these appts were still on the schedule then to please remove them now. She was flustered and asked me which receptionist I had talked to before. (Uh, YOU!!!) Anyways, so I thought I had it taken care of again, but I was wrong. When my weekly appt time came up, there was no reminder call. So I called them up and guess who answered. I inquired about my appt and she said that I had no scheduled appts with them at all. I am so tired of dealing with this woman so I just said thank you and hung up. The physical therapy that I received here is fine, but I get the impression that they just want to get you back to a tolerable/sedentary state. I am running a 5K and going to do a triathlon in 3 months and need to get to an active state. I deserve better and so do you. read more

A very up-beat and professional clinic. Bright people with big hearts. Everyone is friendly and encouraging; they are able to motivate and yet are very compassionate and understanding of your pain issues. Helped four members of our family over the years: DS with pencil grip issues, DD (teen) 10 degree scoliosis, DH recovered from broken arm and shoulder, and me with whiplash from an equestrian accident. I've had to come here several times due to multiple leg/ankle problems pre and post surgery and I really love coming here. The whole team at Redmond Physical Therapy are super friendly and there are very flexible hours for appointments! Although recovery is less than a fun journey the staff here make it much more tolerable. I find that every time I come here they really pay attention to different parts and steps to my recovery which has been really helpful! I have been slowly recovery from my injuries with Redmond Physical Therapy. Almost two years ago I tried two other physical therapy facilities and found Redmond Physical Therapy to suite my injury needs around 1 1/2 years ago. The staff are very friendly and professional. Ben, my physical therapy, has never given up on me even thou my progress has been slow. He keeps changing my workout as my symptoms keep changing. He does follow up with me via emails. When I am having a rough time and in a lot of pain, I can contact him via email and he will give me some guidance to relieve the problem. He has kept my massage therapy, medical doctor and Chiropractor up-to-date on my treatments which has provided me with the best results. I have also had some problems with my medical insurance. His office staff have been on conference calls with me, meet with me and have done extra work to help me get my insurance refunds. They are very knowledgable on insurance and Washington laws. They have been very patient and positive throughout my whole experience. They have always looked after my best interest. read more
