I hired an independent consultant who told me the ph was fine, and the installed heater was not the proper model for a salt water pool. I reached out to them on a Sunday and was immediately contacted by Andrew. Andrew was awesome and got us on a plan to get our pool back into premier shape. We had been struggling with algae. Once Andrew and his team took over our pool hasn't looked better since we moved in in 2011. Rise & Shine's communication is great as they notify you when they're headed to your home and they come out on a designated day once a week. They also take pictures of the pool and gate when they leave. Abbie has been our tech and she is so nice and friendly. This is a huge change from our previous pool man. Anyway, you can't go wrong with Rise & Shine if you're looking for a new pool service!

Hats off to Vintage pool and Debbie in their service department!…read more I have a 3 1/2 year old pool and one of the LED lights failed. I was referred to Vintage Pool Service by the pool builder. Vintage Pool Service came out and diagnosed the light failure after a thorough check of the system. These lights are $1,000 each to replace so needless to say I wasn't happy with it failing after only 3 1/2 years. The Vintage service tech encouraged me to call the builder and the light manufacturer to see if they would cover it, which I knew would likely be a big hassle. Less than 24 hours later, and before I was even able to contact the pool builder or manufacturer, I received a call from Debbie at Vintage informing me that she had already spoken to both companies and had gotten an approval to replace the light under warranty!! She also refunded my initial service call fee! This saved me an incredible amount of time, and money trying to get this replaced under warranty. For a company to go this far above and beyond is just fantastic, and is a rarity in today's business world. I'd give Debbie and Vintage 10 stars if I could (and I rarely give 5 Stars). Their customer service and communication is just top notch and a breath of fresh air. Thank you!!!

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We scheduled an appointment for someone from Vintage Pools to come out, and they completely no-showed. I called the next day and was told the earliest they could get a technician out was a week later. After expressing my dissatisfaction, suddenly they had an opening later that same afternoon. The technician came out but barely communicated with us and said we would receive a quote later that day. Did we? No. I had to call the next morning, only to be told the quote still wasn't ready. I called again that afternoon, and it still wasn't ready. Finally, near the end of the day, they called with a quote that was outrageously high. The entire process felt disorganized and required me to repeatedly follow up just to get basic communication. Between the missed appointment, lack of communication, delayed quote, and pricing, this experience gave us very little confidence in the company. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I have asked around and found this company to service it. I communicated with Patrick (the owner) and he was prompt to reply and schedule me for a consult. He brought in his brother who I came to find out used to service our pool when this house was owned by the previous owners. Anyway, they came and looked at the mess of our pool and how colorful it is becoming. They tested the water and both parties decided to drain the pool and start from scratch as the readings were grim. I agreed coz I wasn't aware when was the last time that water has been changed since we moved in. Made the appointment asap and come Friday of that week, they were here and started the draining process. It took a while for the water to drain and the pump stopped for awhile, but they came back and fixed that problem right away. It was a good day and a half for the water to drain and on that Sunday, Patrick came back and started power washing the pool and acid washing it. We were so surprised after the process how white and clean our pool was, it was sparkling! Also, that same day, he started the filling process. While the filling of the pool took like ages to finish, he was very diligent on coming and checking the progress of it. When it was time for the pool to finally be fully filled, Patrick came and finish balancing the water and cleaning our pool sweep and filter so that we can finally have a clean and summer ready pool. Communicating with him was easy as he was very attentive and quick to response to any of my questions and concerns. Friendly and most certainly being reliable is what I look for in a business and Patrick definitely delivered. It was also during memorial day weekend that he came and did the job so I was pleased and truly appreciate the hardwork that he did. I am one pleased customer. Thanks!
