They send a pool report right away with a photo, chlorine, and pH levels; I can tell that the chemicals are where they're supposed to be. Andrew, is always easy to get a hold of, quick to respond to text, and happy to answer questions. Overall, just solid and dependable service. I had a pool service for many years with no problems, they were bought by Rise n Shine. As of a month or so ago, our service price increased 50% and they took away some of what they were doing. So 50% more AND they will no longer sweep the walls. At the very least, I understand prices are getting expensive for chemicals and such. So increase your price (even though I still think that's a big increase) but at least keep the service the same for some time before you take away parts of their normal service. I have downgraded my service completely to chemicals only and will be searching for a new service. Super disappointed they increase price 50% and do less. Doesn't seem right. I hope they reconsider as the tech who came mentioned several customers complaining. read more

ZERO stars is not an option... SHADY! SHADY! 100% would not recommend! FYI--- NOT TAKING NEW CUSTOMERS as of 9/3/2024!!! I initially reached out to this company via their web contact form. They responded via email and we had several email correspondences regarding service (see attached emails). After sending pictures, I never heard back, so I called and left a message on 8/28/2024. Andrew returned my call on 8/29/2024 at 3:12 p.m. We had a 10 minute conversation about starting service. During that conversation, I thought he asked some strange questions. I told him it had been very difficult to find a company to service my above ground spa. He asked me "Why don't the bigger companies or other places service spas?" To which I answered, I have no idea. I told him that I currently have a company servicing my spa, but my spa turned green on their watch and I'm paying a lot of money for them to care for it. He then said, "How much are they charging you?" To which I responded, "A million dollars!" I then told him what they charge. I reached out to him after the 3-day weekend to confirm details that were discussed on the phone, including the quote in writing of $119/month for both pool and spa service (see emails)! To which he responded, "UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ON NEW CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME." Again, see emails. After several conversations with Andrew, this did not make sense. Especially since their website is offering a September special for NEW CUSTOMERS (see screenshot attached). So, I decided to investigate. On 9/3/2024, I had a friend call Andrew to inquire about pool and above ground spa service. He told her that is absolutely something he can do! Then, she asked the rates... Andrew then told her the price for service, which has now changed to the price I told him that the other company is charging me!! Super shady! So, after talking to me and finding out that another company is charging more than he was, he changed his price and abruptly told me he was not taking anymore customers!! Hilarious! If you want a shady "businessperson" taking care of your pool, hire this company! Good luck! read more
