I purchased a home with a pool and I've never owned a pool. Mike came out and explained everything regarding cleaning, safety, the equipment, and how to maintain the pool. He was patient, thorough, and tried to explain everything. The reason I say tried is because I don't always understand in regards to pumps and motors. his company has been cutting corners with our pool service from the start. They claim the pool is cleaned, but the only "proof" they provide are wide, zoomed out photos that conveniently hide all the debris still floating on the surface and sitting at the bottom. It is obvious they are not actually doing a thorough job. Last week I specifically asked the technician to be more careful, and instead of fixing the issue he tried to insist it was already clean and blamed it on the wind. That explanation made no sense given how much debris was clearly still there right after he finished. It was only after being pushed that he finally took out the vacuum and actually did the work we are paying for. Today I called to address the ongoing problem and the person on the phone was rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. Instead of listening, he doubled down on the same excuse and acted like I was the problem. At this point it feels dishonest and not worth the hassle. We are canceling the service and moving on. TLDR; dishonest, slow lazy slackers, and overcharge to take advantrage of college students. Disrespectul and unprofessional and this will begin to show more in the coming years. read more

This review is for our weekly pool service/cleaning with Jayden. We actually had our pool built with PPS, and so glad we didn't have to figure out who to go with for cleaning services. Jayden does a thorough job in cleaning our pool. He actually sweeps the walls and floor, and scoops up debris. I say "actually" because we worked with a different cleaner before and he literally would spend 5 minutes "cleaning" our pool. He used to come to our yard with a pool brush but never even dipped it in the water! But that's for a different review. Jayden checks our system and gauges and sends us photos of before & after, as well as a report of any chemicals he adds. Overall, we're happy to have PPS and Jayden service our pool! Premier Pool Service has been the best service my pool has ever had. I had gone through quite a few other companies before I found Premier. Everyone I have had contact with has been professional and extremely helpful, but today, Corey blew me out of the water, so to speak. I explained that I was having to pause my service for a while and would be taking care of the pool myself until I am able to resume service. He took the time to explain how to balance the chemicals as well as clean the filter and showed me an app on the phone that could help me figure out the chemicals to add. He was so kind and patient while I asked questions and wrote down instructions. I can't even stress how much this kindness meant to me. In a world where it seems we are all used to getting the bare minimum, and sadly have come to expect it, take heart! They have been consistently lazy and deceitful about the cleaning of the pool. They take pictures that are super zoomed out to confirm the pool was "cleaned" but this just allows them to bypass the actual process of cleaning because the pictures simply don't catch all the debris on the top and bottom of the pool. Last week I asked the cleaner to do a better job and he was lying about having already done it and that it was the "wind" which is a complete and utter lie because it is a physical impossibility that the amount of debris I saw with my eyes on the top and bottom of the pool could accumulate before the pool guy even leave the premises of our property. Eventually he pulled out the vacuum cleaner and did his actual job that we have been paying good money for. Today I called the receptionist and he was super confrontational, rude, and aggressive on the phone with me. Completely lacking an ounce of professionalism. He fell back on the "wind" lie that they like perpetuating (obviously wind will result in debris over time, but the amount of debris is not possible, right after they "finish cleaning"). We are terminating the service with this abominable, deceitful, scam company. read more

We started pool service with this company in April 2023. I hired this company because we needed assistance in getting the pool summer ready. After the first month of service I spoke numerous times with the technician about the poor appearance of our pool. He told me the owner would be coming by and taking care of it. On June 28, 2023 the technician arrived and told me the owner wanted me to call him. During our conversation I asked again about the poor condition of our pool and he blamed me for not wanting to run the pump amongst other reasons. This was totally untrue. He also said he did not want to service our pool any longer and left the pool in this condition (see picture below). After three months of service the final "Service Log" email stated that the pool was: Not Safe to swim in.
