What we didn't realize at the time was that he was the main reason our pool was always dialed in. The company we stayed with wasn't even coming some weeks. As someone whose grandparents owned a pool company growing up and having worked for them, I knew what basic maintenance was not being performed... plus, we have cameras in the backyard. You may ask,"If you can do the work, why don't you?". Sadly, it's more a glaring indictment of my laziness, but that's not the point ;) There were other challenges with the previous company as well so we decided to cut ties and I begged Troy yesterday to take us back. Not only did he respond immediately, but he gave me an exact quote, timetable, and what he could do. I mentioned the current state of the pool, and we had an event coming up, and he made time to take a look and even got started. I highly recommend Troy (and his company) to anyone looking for a pool tech. Not only is he a professional, but you can tell he takes pride in his work, which is almost a superpower in itself these days. Currently, I just have the "before" pics, but the work he put in yesterday is already yielding results. I will post the "after" pics this weekend.

After hours of service work Joe stated he needed more time and would return to finish. Sapphire pools never returned but left me a mess questions to what they did. I contacted Joseph many times and he refuses to complete the service work he agreed to do. Be Careful- now I'm paying more to correct their mess and do the services. I waited for the original appointment. Now more time lost. Very frustrating!! Hire a professional!!! No quality or value. Just disappointment!!

I hate to leave a bad review but I don't want others to deal with the same hassle we had to…read more Unfortunately we had to cancel services with them because they repeatedly would not show up for the weekly maintenance they were charging us for. I knew it had been happening over the course of several years now but things were busy and I only finally got around to terminating them. When I mentioned that we were canceling and pointed out there were 2 recent missed services (not to mention many others), one of the brothers told me it was because one of them was sick but they always have someone to cover while one is out. If that was the case then where was his cover while he was sick? We have security cameras, we know for a fact no one was covering for him. They also mention they don't perform services on certain holidays, but this was not a holiday. If there were missed services and they told us about it that's one thing. But to repeatedly not show up and not say anything to us is very unprofessional. On top of that, rather than offering to give us a refund for the past couple times they didn't show up, they expected us to pay for the full month. I didn't argue because I don't have time to deal with them and wanted to be done with this. To make it worse, they didn't prorate for the appropriate final billing period. They wanted us to pay for the full month even though they only provided services for part of the month. Why should we have to pay for the full period? It's already bad enough that they expect us to pay anything for the period they didn't even show up. They have very unethical business practices. I don't mind paying more if a quality service is performed. But you can't charge people for a service you are not performing. If they are unable to perform the services they are charging their customers for, then they should be transparent about it and stop taking on new customers. Either that or drop existing customers who, like us, didn't say anything for a long time even though we knew they weren't showing up and doing their job.
