I worked with Marco at Premier Pools for about two months. During that time, he created several beautiful design renderings of how a pool would look in my backyard and walked me through the entire construction process, which he explained would take roughly 3 to 4 months. In the end, I chose not to move forward--not because of any shortcomings on their part, but because I had completely remodeled my backyard nine years ago. As appealing as the new designs were, I just couldn't bring myself to tear up what I had already invested in. EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Blake, Angel and their working crews as well as their pool maintenance sister company were all great! Their communication is exceptional they are very responsive and kept us up to date with absolutely everything. They did our pool spa and concrete for the entire backyard and everything went so smooth. We filled our pool on day 64. Blake and Angel explained everything so well and city inspections passed every time. Every question we had before we signed the contract until the end of the project was answered fast. The work done meet our expectations. We could have gone with a cheaper quote but we believe you get what you pay for and Premier Pools was definitely worth the extra money but they weren't the highest quote either. We got a total of three quotes we got a total of 3 quotes but choosing Premier Pools felt right from the beginning. One suggestion, if you're choosing a pebble finish do your research on the different color options so u can see what it will looks like because there are many options! We went with ocean blue and we love it but if you don't want a darker looking pool when there is no sun don't choose that one! One thing I highly recommend is add more jets to the spa than what it normally comes with to get that resort spa feeling just personal preference but I would have loved more bubbles :) read more

After 30+years of wanting a pool I finally pulled the trigger and I'm so grateful to have found Premier Pools Southbay! Their team was responsive, caring, knowledgeable, consistent and supportive. The subcontractors they brought into the project were highly skilled in their area of expertise! I had been hearing that permits would take months. But upon contract signing my pool's plans were drawn up by their engineers, submitted to the city and approved in less than a week! And then the fun began! Their construction timeline was on point. They even pulled a rabbit out of their hat after much rain and surprised me with plaster day when I figured it would be delayed a while. My pool and backyard are more than I could have ever imagined. I love love love it all! I suppose the best test of a contractor recommendation is if you even like your contractor once the project is done. Premier pool's team feels like family to me. After meeting with several companies and exploring numerous design ideas, we decided to go with Premier. Premier was slightly higher than the other guys we had met with, however, as a national company, they were capable of handling every aspect of our vision, which included the pool itself, all permits, plans & engineering, inspections, tree removal, a sewer reroute, concrete decking, new vinyl fencing, safety fencing, a gas line for our BBQ and landscaping. Blake took care of it all without a single hiccup or added cost. Every minor detail was included in his initial proposal, which we very much appreciated. The entire project took exactly three months from start to finish! We installed a 15x32 saltwater pool (3.5' to 6') with flush 8x6 spa, 6x6 Baja entry (with umbrella stand), bench seating across the entire deep end, French Grey pebble finish, LED lighting and full automation. The whole project from start to finish was (surprisingly) a great experience. We could not be happier and highly recommend Blake at Premier South Bay. Having a pool has long been a dream of ours, and it absolutely paid off hiring Blake and Premier Pools to make this dream a reality for my family. We started by calling three other pool companies in our local area. One never returned my calls, and the two others included a quick visit by the companies' owners who brought a tape measure and rattled off an approximate cost over a ten-minute conversation. Neither seemed enthusiastic, or even trustworthy. Months went by before my husband learned about Premier Pools, and our experience with Blake could not have been more opposite. He listened to our vision and returned for a second meeting with a slide show that included a gorgeous design. He spent over an hour walking us through options, itemizing costs, and helping us to understand the process of building a pool with his company. Everything was transparent, and we finally felt excited about moving forward with such a big investment. He left the house and my husband and I looked at each other and said, "I trust this guy." We were thrilled to hire Blake, and the entire process went as he described. His communication with us was top-notch, and if something would be delayed due to rain (for example), he would let us know. The pool was completed on time, as was the artificial turf soccer training area he helped to design. We are complimented on the pool's beauty often, which feels wonderful. After an extensive search for the right company to build our dream backyard with pool/jacuzzi, we went with Premier Pools-South Bay and cound'nt be happier with the results...just turned out beyond our high expectations!. Started with Marco the designer took the time upon initial visit to listen to us and create the design on spot including creative ways to maximize the yard space. They had a local showroom where all the modern material are on display to make the choice of tile,coping, pebble tech, etc seamless and efficient. Blake the bossman was very knowledgeable on the newest technology and had great recommendations that were spot on in regards to lighting, deck jets, spa fountain, pavers,design material,etc. The actual build was awesome as far as speed, manpower and efficiency which was supervised by Angel the taxman who kept things running smooth and on schedule.
