In fact, he once advised us to wait on a reseal because he felt our pavers weren't quite ready--something you don't often see in by other contractors. We were unhappy with their work and wanted some time to reasonably resolve the problem before we submitted final payment. They didn't agree, took no responsibility, blaming other things and people. They continued to contact me daily to collect payment, with phone calls, text messages and emails! At one point they threatened to place a lien on my house. There are hundreds of paver sealing businesses in the county and this company is one of the bad ones. read more

I had them do the full cleaning a year ago and signed up for the semi-annual touch-up. Had the second touch-up this month. They had some issues and could not be there on time and did not communicate that well, but they apologized and ended up doing it for free. They are so prompt and courteous. We have been very happy with the service we receive. We had our Pavers done about a year and a half ago. We signed up for the maintenance program. They come every 6 months and pressure wash to keep the pavers looking great. Prices are so reasonable. Thankful we use their services. read more
