They patched the first leak and agreed to pay $500 toward the remediation, although they never paid. The second leak was about 4 months ago. They repaired the roof, although they did not pay for any of the interior repairs. Now, we have had a 3rd leak, in the same area as the second. Again, they patched the roof, but they refuse to pay for any of the remediation or repairs. If the roof was repaired properly after the second leak, it should have lasted more than 4 months. They state on their website that they have an Arkansas contractor's license. I found out that the license expired a couple of years ago. They say their work is warrantied, but regardless of your claim, they will say the damage is weather related so they are not responsible. They have stopped responding to my correspondence. I'm hoping this review will prevent others from getting sucked into this web.

I had an inspection done in June 2023. They missed or didn't annotate at least 3 important items…read morethat were broken, needed to be replaced or just weren't inspected. They will mention that I waited almost two months before emailing them about the problems. I'm retired military and still currently live outside the US at the time and moving into the new home by the end of this month. We only flew up for for a couple days for the home inspection and came back up for the closing. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spend a lot of time at the home and basically relied on this company and their home inspection team. I actually called them a few weeks ago and asked for an explanation on a couple of issues. I was told by the Scott that if I had any questions it would have to be in writing and wouldn't discuss anything over the phone. I was actually going to let it go and not respond via email to complain about the overall poor inspection until last week when I was told by a plumber that I contracted for home renovations about the house main water control panel problem. The main water control panel located inside the house, (called the Mana Bloc) had seven broken shut off valves. That the Mana Bloc needed to be replaced. (I'm quoting the plumber who found the problem). "This should of been identified during the home inspection." System can't be repaired and has to be replaced. $1500 to get done. When I asked the inspection company about it they said they didn't know were it was located. They didn't even take the time to ask where it was located to inspect it. How thorough is that, from an experienced home inspection company ??? The front yard water sprinkler system was supposedly checked and was annotated working......but the control box was broken (?). Along with a couple of sprinkler heads. None of that was annotated in the report and it ended up costing $300 to repair. Something as simple as checking the air filters in the house were not checked/inspected or annotated. I actually checked them when I came back for the closing and personally replaced all of them. When I asked about that his response was that they annotated it in the report as follow "the HVAC system needs to be routinely maintained". That was there answer. Unbelievable. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. In closing, the company said they addressed every issue. That no faults were on them. I relied on this company and their experience to make sure everything was working properly as it should. I didn't happen. I was still living and working outside the USA at the time. Ultimately, the responsibility ultimately falls on me as I was buying the home and I'll have to live with it. This company not taking any responsibility for their actions or lack of, speaks speaks for themselves. Don't make the same mistake I did. There are much better companies out there.

Quoted $800. $400 up front. Immediately after starting work, contractor identified two sections of wall that needed to be rebuilt. New quote was $10900 to rebuild section of section of stone veneer and 6x6ft section of brick veneer. In the event another section of wall was needed to be rebuilt, they offered to cover it at no additional charge. That was nice but no reference in the contract. Decided to forgo the brick work and just have the stone portion rebuilt as the top section of the veneer was already pulled down. Repaired section of veneer looks alright, but $9500 for rebuilding a 3.5x8ft section comes out to ~$340/sqft. Same stone reused. About 2-3x a standard rate for this type of job.

He and his guys had to get under the house and replace old rotted out wood and insured the support of the flooring. Inside they went to work on the tile replacing damaged areas with new tile, making sure it all matched up and to me looked almost brand new. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the work we had Luke do. Luke was very honest, professional, punctual and affordable. I would hire him again without a second thought.

Then, I received a harassing messages followed by another message the next day stating legal action would be taken against me if I didn't change or remove my review. Brad Langley then went to my business profile despite never being a customer and left me a one star review in retaliation for posting this review. This is just bad business ethics and frankly - it's bad manners. His response to my review stating his contact with me is flat lies as I have all of the screenshots.
