If I could rate them ZERO stars thats exactly what they'd get! DO NOT rent with this company! The absolute worst of the worst. First off, they falsified the ad, wouldn't allow anyone to tour the units they claimed were available. The units closet to the far side of the building ALL have NO kitchen cabinets. We have been dealing with ants, Black Mold, Roaches and other garden bugs FOR MONTHS! And don't get me started on the piles and piles of dog shit that is literally everywhere in the community, drug addicted people floating all up and through here, issues with the electrical, and they claim there's no problem. Basically, they won't FIX shit, but will damn sure charge you outta your eyeballs to live in a shithole and talk shit about you wanting them to fix anything. Save yourself the headache and RUN, DONT WALK RUN! I promise you, they prey on those who are desperate and will take anything...i.e. if you've been in transition or homeless, or you're credit is bad! And that's the catch right there. You get to spend thousands of dollars to live in squaller. Seriously, save yourself physical illness and mental stress and find something better, especially if you have children or animals. The units will ultimately make you very sick. read more

We have been here a long time and nothing gets fixed. They don't value their residents at all. It's really sad that they are even in business. The mold is horrible and they don't care. They pretend to care doing the yearly walk through and still nothing gets fixed but yet they will keep raising rent. They have mice/rat problems they do nothing about. They will not fix things that need urgent care such as busted pipes, or leaks or toilets backing up into the bathtub. Yes they will be nice to your face but believe me they don't give a crap in reality cause if they did the places they rent wouldn't look the way they do. Absolutely the worst leasing company I've dealt with. People on the phone are rude, short and unhelpful. They don't call back when you leave messages and are awful about making service requests happen. The maintenance crew is incompetent, they can't handle simple tasks given that they end up having to outsource for, which takes 5x as long to get anything done! They don't care, they don't work with you when they should be working for you. I pay rent on time every time. A genuinely poor company that should be avoided. read more

This is a review for our house listing and sale. This was the fifth time we've sold a home so we've had some experience with realtors. We recently sold our Camas home and our agent, Michelle Monroe, went way, way beyond any other agent we've had experience with. Of course, she helped us prior to the sale to prioritize projects to help the sale; but we left town prior to listing so Michelle continued to stage our house prior to putting it on the market. Our home sold in 5 days and then Michelle recommended and coordinated with contractors to resolve issues with the inspection as well as doing all of the rest of the legal stuff a realtor gets to do. read more

I was in the same rental for 2 years. Upon moving out I documented the cleanliness of the home and went above and beyond their expectations leaving the home cleaner than when I moved in. I followed all the requests. $1800 in deposits were paid, the refund of deposit after moving out was 1/4th of the amount paid. They claimed that they had to pay a repairman to fix the small nail holes and a cleaning service to clean the home after move out. I challenged the miniscule refund in writing and now they will not reply to my emails or return phone calls. I have been trying to contact them for over 60 days. The move out fees are all bogus and include fake receipts for cleaning services. After speaking with other past tenants, it seems this is a scam they pull on their tenants at move out. I would NEVER give them my business again. Customer service of the company is non existent. read more

**PLEASE READ** this place is HORRIBLE,  if you are looking for a home please don't waste your time and go through someone else .... I want to start off by saying everyone that works for this rental company is rude! I called to inquire about a townhome and the girl that picked up *sighed* and said everything is online if something is available it will still be posted and then hung up on me. so going off of  what she said I applied for the town home thinking it was all up to whether I was approved or not ... then I called a couple days later because she never got back to me and she told me that I was approved multiple times but that there was 3 people ahead of me and that she will let me know 2 days go by and I didn't hear anything back from them but I noticed they had uploaded new properties so I called and she told me I was wrong that I was never aproved for anything that noone had even touched my application so I was annoyed at the mis communication I asked her to transfer my application to a different home that I saw they posted the night prior and 30 mins later she told me I was approved and asked  me to send my deposit and sign a rental agreement and I did and sent my deposit .... I waited about 2 weeks to put my 30 day notice at my current apartment and luckily I didn't because all the questions I asked her about that she acted like I was bothering her  about happened she called to tell me I couldn't move in because the current tenants were no longer moving out...... if I had put my 30 days in I would have been in trouble!  then she asked me if I wanted to transfer my application for a different property I said yes and told her which one I liked and  she said she would get me an appointment  to go view the new property since I was already approved and they had my deposit and then she didn't call me back for a whole day to let me know anything so I decided to call her, when she picked up she told me she was about to call me to let me know that someone else had gotten approved for the home. at this point I was done with their back and forth games so I asked for my deposit back and it still took them a few days to get me my money back... not only that but they couldn't deposit it back into my bank account and I had to drive an hour from where I currently live to pick it up. they are so unprofessional and rude. they don't deserve your money. Do not do business with the company. I located a house I was interested in and was told I would have to complete an application and pay a $60.00 fee to process the application. I was informed I would not be able to tour the house without completing an application. In addition, I was informed that $55.00 of the application fee would be refunded if I didn't like the house. They would keep $5.00 for an administrative fee. Since the house was occupied by tenants, I was told I would be called by Premier to schedule a walk through on a certain date. No call, no email. I emailed the company asking for my money back and was told since my application was processed I wouldn't receive a refund but I could use it toward another home. Horrible business practices by this company. The area has numerous property management companies to choose from avoid this one. read more

Great service, excellent communication & the best realestate I have ever dealt with until we were moved in. Then it was multiple emails & phone calls trying to get things fixed. Needless to say they never were. We even offered to do some of it ourselves but they use contractors. Then to add insult to injury we were charged for things we had tried to get repaired or replaced. BEWARE No refundable pet deposits (per pet) regardless of the condition on the house & on top of monthly "pet rent" per pet. Non refundable move in deposit regardless of the condition of the house. Even the neighbors commented to us that it was a nice change to have tenants that kept the yard & flowerbeds looking nice. So glad to finally be in our own home. read more

Wouldnt pay their share of a charge for the gas bill after we were late to report a move. To much BS and paperwork to start with. They made payments for pre-rental difficult. Lied about re-keying the home when we moved in (we found a hide-a-key in the yard, and it fit) And they forced us to move during the pandemic, with no help to seek a new rental. And they said we were good renters. They are not your friends. Can't rate any lower. read more

It's no wonder so many people are homeless around this area. The policies put in place by this company make it impossible for even those of us with resources to find a place. What chance do young families or people working an hourly wage have? We are a family with a combined income of $130,000 with $165,000 in savings. Our two sons are 22 and 23 and Premier rejected our application because, though both boys have solid jobs and excellent references, neither boy earns three times the rent. It didn't matter that we are a family and have lived together for 10 years. Look around the streets of Portland, OR. They are lined with homeless young people who can't find a place to live. The amount of problems I've had with our brand new townhouse has been nothing short of ridiculous. From cable lines not being available, to bathroom lights tripping the breakers every time turned on. Had leaking in our shower head that leaked behind the walls, and recently a dish washer that has been broken for two weeks and still no one has attempted to fix or even call me. As a single father raising two boys, it just sucks to have so much going wrong all the time and for the maintenance/ builders to drag their feet when it comes to fixing the issues. This has been the worst experience I had with a property management group. We moved up from Florida to Vancouver, WA for a great job opportunity the only mistake was renting from Premier Property Management. They are unethical and unprofessional. I reviewed the unit I wanted to move online and complete my application fee and put down my down payment expecting to move in by August 1, 2019. However, they didn't have the unit ready. We discovered the unit showed online was not the same unit I rented. They stated that since all the unit are the same, they just used photos from other unit for advertisement. They harassed me for over 2 years about any occupants that in my units. So, I decided to move out just for this past November. Just for the peace of mind of not having issues of who was staying with me since I was the primary occupant. They stole my deposit even after paying both to have the unit steamed cleaned and clean by professional cleaner after leaving the unit. They would not do a walk through of the unit after you leave stating that they have a 3rd party that do the walk through with you present and they. When I took them to correct they lied about damages to the unit that was not present. If you want peace of mind and not to be robbered do not do business with this management group. read more

This management agency willfully didn't follow up on my clients extensive positive rental history, denied my client based on "lack of rental history", took non profit money for the outrageous application fee, didn't tell us about the rejection and moved on to screen another applicant. 'The best experience with company is when they're selling you; if they can't do that well, it's only going to get worse.' I never rented from Premier Property, getting in contact with them takes days -- if they even call back -- so this review is just for their sales experience. In any event, I toured a (great) condo that they were managing and afterwords, I was told the owner might be increasing the rent to change the carpet. Clearly owners are going to do what they want but creating a reasonable experience is what management companies are suppose to do; randomly changing something that's been on the market for a month from what's advertised... not good. From there the follow up just became hilarious. I wanted to move the following week but it took 4 days just to get a reply confirming the new price. Then they told me it was being rented, a few days later it was free again, and that was enough of that. Another condo opened up in the same community that wasn't managed by them and I'm now living down the street where I can see the "for rent" sign still up in the unit... This company was horrible when I rented a property from them years ago. I was contacted 4 years after moving out from the property because somehow they still had my name tied to the lease. All around bad experience. Now I need to rent out my own home, and I contacted them to get information and an estimate for managing my property. They never got back to me. Worse property management for both renters and property owners. I finally had to fire them from taking care of my rental property. They do not take care of problems at the property when renters ask multiple times for something to be fixed. I found out my renters actually had to fix a bunch of issues themselves because the management was non responsive. They use the owner like a cash cow. They do inspects on the property as they need cash. Sometimes will go a couple years before do an inspect. Other times they do multiple in a single year. Each time as the owner I have to pay $100. Then they allowed the last renter to kill the whole yard and did nothing about it, even though the home owners association was yelling about it. It finally took me yelling at them and shoving my agreement with them in their face to get it fixed! STAY AWAY, both renters and owners. UPDATE... This aweful property management company decided to answer me....with a bunch of lies. The current renter had a laundry list of thIngs that needed to be fixed because they did not hold the last renters responsible to pay for their damages. However the property management decided they never had to answer them, let alone forward it to me to get fixed. INCLUDING allowing the last renters to smoke in the garage, when this property was strictly non-smoking! Now, thanks to them, I will be out the professional cleaning service charge to get that smell out of my house! Every single "issue" they say they brought up? All of it is lies. Not a SINGLE time was I informed there was a problem with the floors. Also, I did a drive by the property AFTER I got the letter about the lawns! It is the responsibility of the property management to make sure the renters are following their contract, and yes, the lawn maintenance is in the contract. That's what I PAID you for! And everything I did NOT bring up in my review? Yeah, have proof of everything. A REAL business, when given a bad review, should reach out to try and make it better. Instead this stellar business goes on the attack, the only way they know how...LIES! So keep up the great job. You are proving my point for me! And...just so we're clear...I did NOT fire you because of the renters you found, I fired you because I was done with the lies and run around with you after 5+ years! THIEVES! CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Unethical and fraudulent practices. Filing a complaint with the BBB and meeting with our attorney. First of all they NEVER took care of any repairs. There was mold in the master bathroom that we had to take care of, blinds never hung, garage smelling of gas, rodents in the vents....Hard to get ahold of and if you did, they were rude and dismissive. When we moved our we asked for a walk through, which they would not allow. We moved out, leaving the home in better shape then we found it ... carpets professionally cleaned, home professionally cleaned, light bulbs replaced, refrigerator and oven cleaned, windows washed, walls washed... when we received our deposit check from them they stated that our deposit was $250 dollars less than it was (fraud) and proceeded to deduct $450 total, for the water bill ( which we already paid... fraud), for a "light cleaning" ( as I stated before, we already had it cleaned and it was immaculate!...drawers, windows, ovens, walls, closets, bathrooms, oven, microwave, carpets and floors), and for items like the furnace and water filter. When we called them, they said that they would not talk to us and they and the hung up. read more

Terrible experience with this company. The office staff are unorganized, unprofessional, and unattentive unless it comes to sales. I have had dozens of experiences where they have dropped the ball. You have to pay for your carpets to be professionally cleaned (and show a receipt) PLUS pay a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. New property managers to us. Just notified to use them in early August 2020. First payment due was 9/01 but not happy with PPM so far. We have a deck in need of weather protection before winter and asked on 8/20 if they would supply the stain if we apply it, free of charge. As of 9/01 we had received ABSOLUTELY NO response. We enclosed a note with our rent check, mailed it 9/01 and as of today 9/06 we still have received not response. Not a phone call. Not a text. Not an email. Not a letter. Nothing! We do NOT appreciate being ignored. If this is how they do business, it will be a short-lived business relationship with plenty of free, adverse advertising. We've lived in this residence for over 20 years and never been treated as this. Not a good start for PPM. read more

Terrible company. They never fixed a thing. Had a hole in the soffit over my balcony where a bird had made a nest and crapped all over my out door furniture. Property manager just said to basically deal with it because she couldn't get anyone to go on a ladder to fix it. Asked the property manager what I needed to do about a thirty day notice. Told me I just had to write her a letter stating I was moving out. She was never in her office so they didn't receive it for over a month, so they came after me on the charges for two months when I didn't even live there. They didn't clean the carpets when I had moved in so I could get in faster and then tried to say I owed them for new carpet when I left. Total charges were over $1000, and apparently my security deposit didn't cover anything. Regional manager hung up numerous times while trying to have my files sent to me so I could dispute the charges. read more

You might blow off bad reviews from a property management group thinking renters who didn't pay rent are now taking it off on the management company but I assure you this is not the case. They made false accusations against us for not paying rent, even when we provided the proper documentation, they slapped on fees & harassed us for money that we clearly did not owe them. They kicked us with hardly a notice, without cause and then sent us a ridiculous bill for damages. The employees are beyond unprofessional and immature, I've never been so shocked by the way another person could treat another individual! I honestly think they like to play God, threatening families with homelessness and forcing them to pay fees just to keep a roof over their families heads. Premier had an amazing property listed on their website. I quickly applied on Wednesday to make sure we were approved and ready to go. I called Thursday to make sure the place was still available and to check how many people were in line before us. I was told that there had been a lot of interest and people had been denied and that we were first in line to get the place. I made an appointment to see it on Friday. We got to the home at 11:30 and noticed the current tenants were having a garage sale. We waited for premier to arrive and realized there were a couple other families also looking at the home with us, during the tenants garage sale. My husband heard one of the other people looking at the place say "We're going right now to put down a deposit." So we quickly called the office to verify that we were first in line. AGAIN they assured me we were first and that they'd run our credit check and get back to us in 24-48 hours.We needed to stop by the office anyway to give them my husbands ID so we did that. My husband got a whole new story. Turns out they had a tenant that was transferring to this particular property. They knew this on Tuesday. She didn't require any verification since she was already a tenant in another property of premiers. So we weren't going to get the property. So exactly WHY was premier still showing the property with no mention of the tenant transferring? It's interesting that a prop. management company has no idea that trying to find a rental is an emotional process. We were pretty invested in this property and really thought we'd get it. Thankfully, we dodged a bullet. Looks like premier is pretty darn shady. A blessing in disguise for us. Rent from someone else, don't even bother with these people. Good luck getting your deposit back. I spent $300 from a great company to clean my already clean townhouse....now Premier is trying to charge me $200 more in cleaning fees. Also $100 to mow the grass in our dinky backyard (grass was less than 2 inches high when we left) Also charging me $100 to replace a partially cracked plastic shelf in the door of a 15 year old fridge. I had also been warned and thought I was prepared... Nice property. Even nice employees. But apparently no integrity. I guess I'm headed to small claims court. read more

I'm the home owner and will ALSO define them as abysmal. I have returned to my home to be told the renters were given their full deposit back. I am now reaching completion of $6,500 in repairs after being gone just 2 years. They also offered to sell a bedroom set for me as I couldn't move it. I never saw a penny from that sale, nor is the furniture here when I returned, and they won't respond to my messages. read more

While it appears Premier Property Mgt in Vancouver has nothing but very negative reviews including a complete lack of ethics and unprofessionalism, I feel I must leave one more negative review as a warning not only to prospective tenants but to those considering using their services as a property management firm as I have been both a tenant and used property management services in the past. This company NEVER responds to emails and the individual who answers the phone, Dawn, is unhelpful, rude and condescending so perhaps working for Premier is as bad as renting a property from them, who knows? Aside from all of this, my main complaint is the fact that a few months prior to moving out after two years of living at this property, there was a leak in the upstairs loft ceiling which, as the plumber explained it, was caused by the pan underneath the heater condenser being installed incorrectly when it was built in 2018 and the water overflowed causing a leak in the ceiling. I caught the leak immediately and prevented the water from causing any damage to either the carpet or the downstairs ceiling. A few weeks later the dry wall was repaired by one of Premier's contractors, however, Premier never came to repaint the area repaired. I gave my 30 days notice a few months later but had spoken with Corey, the owner of the property, and informed him that no one had repainted. Three weeks after I had turned in my keys, Dawn called to ask me if the repair was ever done. This poor, clueless woman had no idea how ignorant she sounded as it was their contractor who repaired the drywall a few months earlier and according to their lease agreement, the tenant is forbidden to paint as Premier is the only one who does the painting. I told her the drywall was repaired but they needed to paint It. While I did not say this, I could not believe that this townhouse had sat for nearly 3 weeks after I had moved and no one had even checked to see how the place had been left. I took this opportunity to ask about the deposit refund since I had completed all the items on their checklist and left the townhouse in excellent condition. She was perturbed that I even inquired and said they had 21 days (which I know is the law) but we were at about day 19 at this point and she called me not the other way around. I finally get the deposit refund and the only charge against the refund was for $93.75 to PAINT THE LOFT CEILING which was caused by the repair due to the builder's negligence and had absolutely nothing to do with anything I had done. So far, I have sent three emails to admin inquiring why I was charged for this repair and have received no response and two calls to Dawn who was so rude I ended up hanging up on her. This company is not fit to deal with tenants or to provide services as a property mgt company. I have used the services of a property mgt company in the past (who actually knew what they were doing and realized they had to respond to emails and phone calls). While I also left a review with the BBB, of course, this company is not even registered or has probably never even heard of the the Better Business Bureau. You might want to think twice before you consider these people for either property mgt services or getting into one of their rentals. Even though the charge was minimal, why should this company be allowed to cheat their tenants and neglect to oversee the properties they represent in a timely fashion and charge their clients fees for the services they are not even providing? read more
