10/25/2018 12:20pm Just would like everyone to know to NOT WRITE A BAD REVIEW regarding your experience with this company. This business has been nothing but unprofessional towards clients. As far as to investigate clients to send them slander and harassment emails, call their jobs, and over make life miserable. IF YOU CANNOT TAKE GOOD OR BAD CRITICISM WHY DO YOU OWN A BUSINESS! There is no need to put anyone's personal information out there the way this man has. One bad review will not kill your business. We simply DID NOT LIKE how the job was done and how they conducted business with our own situation and we felt compelled to write on Yelp. This company may have worked for others but it did NOT for us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Do not trust this company. Roommate and I paid for a home to be pre-cleaned before move in. Aaron let us know the run down of each type of cleaning beforehand. We let him know the issues and what needed to be cleaned. At the first house, we paid $275 for a deep clean. This was dependent on size of house and what needed to be cleaned. I didn't end up moving in, but since they came to the house anyways, we agreed on a half refund credit towards the next cleaning. The next house to be cleaned was smaller and less needed to be done. Roommate and I agreed on switching to a regular/basic move-in cleaning since it would be cheaper. He spoke on the phone with my roommate and said the regular cleaning would probably cost around $140. So keep in mind that with the credit I have from the last charge, this would cover it. Aaron and one other guy come to clean my house, but when I come home, I asked my roommate what did they even clean? Because the blinds still had stains, the countertops had crumbs everywhere, the tile floors still had shoe marks, dust on the door panels/AC vents, and there was pet hair wadded up on the kitchen floors from the previous pet owner. We have not even moved in yet. When my roommate contacted Aaron, he informed her that the blinds, sink, and dust was only covered in "deep" cleaning. The problem is she informed him of EVERYTHING that needed to be cleaned and he approved that it could be done with the regular move in cleaning. My roommate kept asking Aaron for the bill beforehand so she could pre-pay it like the first house, but Aaron kept putting it off and now we know why. We get the bill and they want to charge us $100 on top of the $137.50. Aaron claims that they had to throw away their cleaning rags because they cleaned the baseboards that had previous pet urine on it. We went and bought a pet urine blacklight that same day and NO urine was cleaned up. The blacklight showed that 80% of the baseboards still had urine. So they want to charge us an extra $100 for rags? It's one thing to not clean up everything, but to be untruthful and say they cleaned up pet urine when they didn't? That's unfair to customers. So my roommate informed Aaron of the urine issue and he offered to come back and bleach the baseboards but we would still have to pay the extra $100 fee. We declined because he already lied about cleaning it the first time. Nothing was even cleaned properly. He still charged us on top of our cleaning credit. It's not even about the money; it's the principle. I would have gladly paid an extra $100 on top of the cleaning credit, if the property was cleaned properly as mentioned and if he didn't lie about cleaning up let urine. Save yourself some grief and go with another property cleaner. I will never in my lifetime recommend Premier Property Services. There are better and honest cleaning services out there. read more

Great business and I highly recommend them for their service. I'm so impressed with the cleaning they did and was even more impressed with the owner, Aaron, and his personal involvement in the process. My house needed deep cleaning for the holidays and I have children living there and a lot of traffic going. Some of relatives have very severe pet and dust allergies that I needed it to be cleaned a certain way and they did not disappoint. In line with my other reviews, you will notice that service is one thing that I notice right off the bat. Premier Property Services did not disappoint in. They were able to remove carpet stains I didnt even think was ever going to go away. I want to commend the owner, Aaron, for his due diligence. I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about when Aaron, as an owner, was so involved. He personally came and clean with his crew, Destiny and Edgar, which I thought was impressive. He was also very upfront and very transparent about the negotiations that I feel very confident in hiring them again. They came in for a deep clean and my carpets felt new and fresh. Apart from the heavy hands on service is the transparency of the owner, and the price I paid was such a steal with the cleaning that was done. The deep carpet cleaning for a 6 bedroom ($450) and general cleaning ($180) were superb and I have no problems hiring them again and recommending them. Overall, I have no problem with this business and their services. That's why I'm surprised with some of the reviews on here because I disagree with a lot of them. I had a great experience using premier and working with their office. It was a holiday period (X-mas/New Year) and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get a good service to clean up my rental home so I booked out with them about 1 week in advance. From when I made the appointment the office staff sent a text confirming the appointment, all things went smoothly. The house they cleaned was about 3400 feet and empty of furniture so cleaning it was a breeze for them even on a time crunch when the carpet cleaners were coming right after them. Thanks to them, the house got cleaned quickly and provided top notch professional services. I highly recommend using them if you're looking for a good, reliable cleaning service. read more

Premier has been good so far only had 2 complaints in a 9 month period my account manager Kevin took care of it right away , the maids are always on time and usually come in a team of 2 unless my account manager Kevin is with them (I'm assuming to check if the maids are following the rules?) Kevin is always giving me discounts for friends i refer to them which is nice. Used Premier Property Services once, and the housekeeping staff have gone above and beyond to ensure my upmost satisfaction. I plan on continuing with their service. Contacting the office was incredibly easy, and my appointment was setup in no time. Pricing is very reasonable considering the job done was outstanding. I was at work when the service was done, and when I returned, I could see a night and day difference in the job done. Even when I had written some unusual cleaning requests (such as under the sink, above the TV, around light fixtures) they completed the job meticulously and carefully. Not a spot was left behind that was able to be cleaned. Please also tip, I left a good amount for when the job was done. Ever heard about this cleaning company thru a friend that uses them for the cleaning and maintenance of their business so I decided to bring them to clean my home. They sent four ladies for the price of one and amazingly cleaned my house in less than two hours. The other company used to take four hours and didn't get the same result. How does this company only have a few reviews? They must be too busy to ask their customers to leave a review, but I feel compelled to leave one. Aaron and his team have shown a level of professionalism that I don't often see. Some companies, when you complain, they ignore you or make excuses - not these guys. Rock solid. They've been flexible with pricing, stood by their work, and took on a job that looked like it needed an army of cleaners. I didn't even need to be home and I received photos of the house before and after. As a landlord, it's great to find a company can do multiple things including maintenance issues and yard work. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this company a try. I wish I didn't. I paid for a deep cleaning and instead I received a careless and sloppy cleaning. On top of that, they charge ridiculous rates. The only reason why I was eager to pay it is because I really thought they were a superior service. Please see photos. They did a horrible job on the floor cleanup. They only had to mop downstairs and nowhere else. THEY HAD ONE JOB. When I opened my pantry door, I see what appears to be pet hair. I don't even own a pet. It was filthy. On top of that, there were still scuff marks/foot marks that were CLEARLY left behind. I don't understand how they did such a shoddy job. It looks like they were rushing to get the job done. When I confronted the manager that is listed in other reviews, he tried to act like it wasn't his fault. I paid so much money for something that didn't get done. I could have hired cheaper cleaners and they would have done 10x more work. I'm not even sure what they cleaned to be honest. Aaron the HR Specialist was the one who cleaned my house multiple times, and before that cleaned our apartment. Unfortunately, he makes appointments and then does not show up to them. This is the second time he has done this. We confirmed our appointment, and he never showed. I called, texted, and then called the company, and of course no return calls. This is not professional on hIs part. The cleaning was "ok", they cleaned my apartment better than my house. I paid for deep cleaning and did not receive that. I paid for the month and no one will call me back. Response to Kyle: So what about the poor service that I received. Our previous property manager hired Premier Property Services with our approval to rehab our rental unit in Las Vegas. We would not recommend hiring Premier Property Services in Las Vegas under any circumstances. We were very disappointed with some of their rehab work on our rental unit. The "deep cleaning" was not thorough or complete. As part of the rehab, we hired this company to remove old carpet and install laminate flooring in two bedrooms, but they did not complete the finishing work to adjust the baseboards to rest on the new lower flooring. A dishwasher was installed but they never hooked up the plumbing; again incomplete work. We ended up having to hire a handyman afterward to hook up the dishwasher plumbing. We asked for pictures of the unit being done before and after completion of the work. After several requests for those pictures, he finally emailed them to us. We could not open the pictures due to them be password protected. He stated he would give us the password to open them, but never did. They built two replacement drawers for our kitchen cabinets that were horrible quality and did not function. After we brought this to the owner's attention, he promised to refund us for hiring a carpenter to rebuild the drawers. We sent him a copy of the carpenter's invoice for $345 and pictures of the new constructed drawers which he requested. He said the refund check was approved and cut by the billing department on Oct 27th, but we have never received it. We tried to contact his billing department but they never have answered the phone. Their voicemail says we will call you back in two business hours. We never got a call back. We emailed him and left a voicemail and asked where the check was being mailed, but we never received a response. We never received the refund that he promised to us in an email. We are very unhappy with the way we have been treated by this company. It is important that a company has good business practices and this certainly has not been the case with this company. Premier property services was such a blessing in disguise. They have been beyond phenomenal. They helped me with unpacking, organizing and cleaning. Sadly they don't do moving services but they referred me to an amazing moving company that handled my property with care. I want to say a special thanks to Ashley, Aaron and Zac for always communicating with me about my appointments and invoices. They provide with an invoice after every service and allow me to pay once a month which goes great with my paydays because I can take half and half out of each check. They never pressure me to upgrade my services like my old cleaning company and give reward points so every so many cleanings they give me free services like deep cleaning and carpet cleaning literally I'm amazed by them. I'm giving this company two stars because every time I have used them they have been great except for this last time. I know the owner and I am highly disappointed in his lack of care for his business lately. I contacted premier Property Services to do a move out cleaning on 2/24 at 11am, they scheduled me for that date and time and sent me a invoice per my request saying I paid in full even though I didn't so that I could have a receipt for the person buying my home. They knew I needed this done on this date because I needed to close on my house to buy a property that had caught my eye. On 2/24 at 11:20am no one from premier Property Services had showed up or contacted me... I began to panic and called them and left numerous messages on their business number. I also called the owner a million times. Later around 5pm I got a response from the owner saying his assistant cancelled my appt due to no payment even though we agreed I'd pay the day of. I was upset but I was giving them a chance to fix it, they couldn't come out the same day so I told them to book me first thing in the AM. The owner said okay and to give him a few minutes, hours later I hadn't heard back from him so I proceeded to book a cleaning with another company. The next morning at about 10am premier Property Services calls me to schedule an appt but by then I had already hired another company and didn't want to deal with this unprofessional company anymore so I told them I had already found someone else. The owner texted me later that day saying that his assistant had called me numerous times all day which isn't true... she called once and I answered. I am truly upset with this company because the owner is the type to go above and beyond for people and take care of his clients and friends but not anymore I guess. I don't often write reviews, as not many companies take enough initiative and effort for me to take time out of my day to write one. Premier Property Services went what I feel was above and beyond. I hired this company due to another business owner I respect referring them to me. I used to have a private cleaner come to my home however she recently moved and I have had the hardest time finding a replacement. When I called Aaron he was respectful and understanding of my needs. Aaron soothed my fears of having new people come into my home, which is always a bit stressful. The girls who came to my house were professional and did a fantastic job as well as were efficient with my time which is often an issue I have as I am a busy person. As I know this is often an issue I will say the cost was less than I expected. I payed more for my one private cleaner than I payed for this service with multiple girls coming to the house. I will continue having this service come to my home. I would highly recommend this service to any busy household or even the housewife who needs extra help! read more

I initially reached out to this company for cleaning services following a hospital stay for an ongoing incurable illness that leaves me unable to do much physically. The intent was to have the help for a few months. They are great about doing the general cleaning I most need. However, they do not hesitate to help me out when I request specific things that I was not/am not able to accomplish myself. As I thought I no longer needed the assistance, I was hospitalized again this past December and continue to rely on them to come every week and get this place in order.
