We hired them to manager one of our properties and bid out repairs and remodeling for over $25k. which they made us pay the full amount up front. I challenged that, but put my trust in them. BAD CHOICE! They were the most dishonest, poor communication, and over all deceitful business I have ever worked with. They did not complete the job, left clear items on the bid undone, lied about things they claim they did and for which I provided pictures showing they did not, and then when I fired them, made me pay an additional $3k for work they still did not have completed. They charged me for fill and new grass...neither delivered. They charged me for repairs that were never done. The lied and lied and lied and what was supposed to be a 60day turn, turned into almost 6 months of lies and unfinished work. After firing them, I had to hire a reputable company and pay again to have the work they charged me for completed properly. Corrine is the only honest one, but she was between a rock and hard spot and could not do anything about it. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I am still toying with the idea of taking them to court to recoup some of the fraudulent charges they laid on us. I can't even begin to steer you away from these guys for either tenants or home owners like us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
