On-site manager, Lance, was proactive in helping me with problems and was very understanding when I once accidentally left him my car insurance check instead of my rent check (oops : ). The maintenance staff was also very kind and quick to fix things, almost always within a few hours. I only ever had minor issues because their buildings are so well maintained, and the buildings and grounds were always kept very clean. I would rent from them again if I could. I recommended several friends while living there and they have had very positive experiences as well. Now I am in a new city and have read bad review after bad review written people who have had to deal with nightmarish landlords and management, so I thought I would take a moment to sing the praises of Bridger. Lance, Bridger Development's on-site manager, is incredibly nice and responsive.
