Also did a great job on the ceiling, new ceiling fan installation, etc. of the downstairs bathroom which had water damage from the upstairs bathroom. The project manager Norm Shamoun was nice, professional -- just AWESOME!! He communicated with me frequently and kept me updated on work status and any issues. All the contractors/staff that worked on my house/home were nice, respectful, did quality/excellent work and on time -- fantastic completed work. Dan examined the water damage in the bathroom floor around the fixtures and checked the subfloor underneath. He decided what needed to be done. He wrote up a proposal and contract, and made the cost very fair and affordable. Norm and Zach worked so hard in taking off the damaged flooring layer by layer - down to the joists! They then professionally installed layers of new flooring, laid the interlocking tiles that we had picked out, and finished it perfectly with new baseboard. My family and I think it's beautiful! David and Josh came to install a new toilet and fix plumbing. They did a great job by repositioning the toilet and making sure there were no leaks. We lived with a bad floor for over a decade, not knowing the full damage that had taken place. So we are thrilled with the new quality construction of our bathroom. I recommend J & L Restoration to everyone for their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, consideration, and friendliness.
