We came right before her xmas break and was more than pleased. This place is extremely kid-friendly and high tech. The staff was in the holiday spirit and were dressed up with crazy xmas sweaters and pajamas on. This place is a breath of fresh air. The staff was great and my daughter was at ease. Papandreas has numerous incentive programs that encourages good oral hygiene. They offer convenient options if your child needs an adjustment by coming to your child's school for a quick touch up if needed. It is obvious the staff cares and the money that the client spends on braces or other services is put back into their business. We're talking state of the art equipment and even iPads to entertain the kids while they're waiting. The orthodontist was amazing and answered any and all questions we had. The staff also made sure we left feeling completely satisfied with our decision and made sure we left with all of our questions and concerns fully addressed. I've never felt so welcome at an orthodontist's office before, much better than the place I went to when I was a kid. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and if you are considering braces for your child or yourself, check it out. My daughter is looking forward to her next appointment so she can choose a new set of colorful bands to go on her braces. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next time. 1 Star -- Extremely frustrating experience…read more I am honestly extremely upset with this experience. Before making an appointment with papandreas Orthodontics, I called specifically to ask if they accepted my Humana insurance. The woman on the phone told me, very cheerfully, that yes, they accepted it. I trusted what I was told and made the appointment. I then drove TWO HOURS to get there. When I finally arrived, I couldn't even easily find the office because the building is incredibly crowded and confusing, with nail salons, restaurants, and multiple businesses all around the same area. After finally finding the orthodontist, I was given paperwork to fill out. While I was filling it out, the same woman I had spoken to on the phone looked at my insurance card and suddenly said, "Oh, this is Humana. We don't take that here." Excuse me?! I literally called beforehand and specifically asked if you accepted Humana. I even asked her if she was the person I had spoken to on the phone, and she said yes. I reminded her that I had asked about my insurance before driving all the way there, and she basically told me that she thought they accepted it. That is absolutely ridiculous. Why tell someone you accept their insurance when you don't? If there was any uncertainty about my insurance, I should have been told that BEFORE I made the appointment and drove two hours. I wasted four hours of driving time round trip, plus gas, because I was given incorrect information over the phone. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and I definitely would not recommend this office based on how my situation was handled. Please double-check your insurance before making the trip, because apparently being told over the phone that they accept it isn't enough.

My son is on a busy tight schedule with certain dental plan restrictions to work with. Robin went above and beyond to try to accommodate his situation. She even tried to work it out that he could get his x-rays started the same day we called, to get his teeth fixed faster. She was so courteous and understanding, that we like this place before even meeting them in person. We tried others that were closer, and they dismissed us within minutes even when we offered to pay with a credit card, or cash, if the dental plan wouldn't work! It says a lot when the person on the entrance desk is that willing to work with a new client and their personal situation. On that I will give the Burton Dental Care Office a 4. It would be a 5 but we haven't actually even been there yet. It will be soon, thanks to Robin.

The receptionists are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, and they make you feel like a priority every time. Every doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, and physician's assistant is well trained, thorough, and, best of all, compassionate. They listen carefully and acknowledge all concerns, and they treat each patient with respect and deference! It doesn't matter how "good" the doctor is; if good bedside manner isn't there, there isn't trust. Plus, the doctor on staff one day was able to diagnose in 15 minutes, what the local E.R. didn't do in FOURTEEN HOURS. I'm so glad that such a great resource is available so close to me!

Never in MY LIFE have I dealt with such horrible and unprofessional DOCTOR LEVEL staff. Not only did they prescribe me the wrong dosage of my controlled substance medication and REFUSED to fix it, they then call me and tell me it shouldn't have been prescribed at all - not my problem. The DID prescribe it, the mis-prescribed it, then told me too bad when asked to fix the error and that it shouldn't have been prescribed in the first place - once again, not MY fault. They are the medical professionals, not me, how it is my mistake they don't know what they should and should not prescribe? But yet, I'm the one who was told when I called, to "find a new doctor, that I had 3 weeks enough medication to get me through, that my pharmacy flagged the meds which is why they weren't filled (lies)" and the list goes on. I asked to speak with the medical director for several DAYS, and not until my pharamacy called did I recieve any communcaiton from him. Once I did he was rude, entitled, cut me off, and once again made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. He then said he would "do me a favor" and "not report me " (not report me for getting my prescribed medication filled? Make that make sense), he then said if I DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW HE'D DO ME A FAVOR AND SEND ME A REFERENCE OF A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR - no surprise here, but I never heard another word from him. I am disgusted these people call themselves medical professionals and people have to actually trust them with their lives. DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY. I will continue commenting and leaving reviews so the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to others. THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS WELL BEING AT ALL. Upon arriving at the office on July 16 at 9:15 I had said that I was here for my 9:15 appointment....I was greeted and told that I did not have an appointment scheduled for that day. I had cut a vacation short to make sure I had made it to this initial appointment...after waiting some 4 mos. give or take a week or two.... I handed the receptionist my paperwork and appointment card that had the appointment time on it and was told that I had to reschedule for the following wednesday, because a hygenist had called off, and there wasn't s slot open for me.I believe I handled the situation with as much grace as was able to not getting upset or saying anything rude. It is not my problem what the internal staffing problems are at the office, and frankly I don't want to hear what the businesses issues are to as to why they can not accomodate my appointment. I accepted the appointment for the following wednesday and called back today, to find out what the cost of the appointment would be as to I am paying cash. I was told 300 dollars and it was due on the day of the visit. I asked if I could submit a partial payment, and pay the balance due two days later. I was told no.it was due in full. The billing policy is understandable, I am a cash customer, and got screwed out of an appointmet that I have waited 4 months for!!!!!! No one in the office was willing to work with me and had the attitude like this wasn't a big deal!!! I'm sure the client list is large enough that my money doesn't matter a whole hell of a lot, but the screw ups on their end should have been handled with much more grace and a willingness to make things right...... I thought I was too old to have braces; however, I decided to consult with Dr. Weiss. I left that consultation feeling excited because I was going to have Invisalign. Finally I am able to smile without being self-conscious. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done, Dr. Weiss, Dr. Tor and the whole staff. They Failed: 1) Straightening the bottom to stop the groove in the top front tooth. FAIL. The cap now has a groove. 2.) They didn't push the fang tooth back and down. 3.) Overall laziness & lack of caring by the actual "Dr's." Their assistants do all the work. I would NEVER recommend them. THEY DON'T CARE. THEY ARE ARROGANT, GREEDY, DON'T WORK, AND DON'T CARE. The communication between dentist and orthodontist was so bad, they did inclusions on the bottom set and they weren't needed. It's been a disaster. I'm an adult, if that makes a difference. I'm angry, and rightly so. They tried to expediate the process (to save them money on trays, made in Mexico and I'm almost nearly where I was in the beginning. The problem is the same.

The staff there were very friendly and explained every thing they were doing to him. Our first appointment was a scan and meeting with Dr. White to go over the treatment phase. He was very personable and nice. Afterwards another staff member explained pricing and financing options. There was absolutely no pressure to sign up at that very instant, and that's what I think I love the most. They understand it is a big commitment, and sometimes families need to weight options. We went ahead and signed up that day, signed some papers and went on our way. They said it would take about 8 weeks to get his first treatment round in, but it only ended up taking about 4-5. He went in once everything was in and they fit him in his first set (along with some other stuff placed on. We are now being monitored ever week remotely and it is working out great. So finally I was able to start this journey in February! I am sooo very happy with all the progress; I have completed 10/16 months so far, just had an appointment and I'm already basically done!! Just minor tweaks now. Wearing the aligners for the full 22 hours is key. I really kept up with it along with all the check ins, so I do believe that helped speed the process up by a lot. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming at the Rocky River location and Dr. White is awesome!
