Some of the hygienists and staff have been there the whole time and I love working with those people. They said no. They charge $7000 for braces, but can't even accommodate their patients. I did not need an exam. All I needed is for them to clip the piece of wire that was sticking out. If the business is open the desk should be manned or notify patients to come later. Many of us are in the middle of school and work days and are pressed for time. Communication to patients in my experience has to be requested. Parents should be advised what's happening with a child's appointment. We have been given incorrect information and tools by the front office staff. If they are not in the chart and performing services, they should not be issuing anything. Care is not completed, hopefully this is our last appointment. The office manager is pleasant but that doesn't make up for the inconveniences.

Then we found Dr. Ward. He was kind, gentle and soothed my daughter's fears. He invited me to ask any questions. After looking at her, he said that it would be a waste of money and cause her unnecessary work until her permanent teeth came in and showed why. He took time to answer all our questions and then said there was no charge since he didn't do anything. He's continued to be as good as that first visit. His rates for ortho work are MUCH more affordable. His staff is great. I recommend him to everyone.
