I am not one that likes to leave less than a 5* review, but when it is due...I am the first one to be honest about our service we receive. The communication in a couple different departments has definitely been less than satisfactory. When we are told someone is going to do something, this is what we expect in return...phone calls, paperwork. It is very frustrating on our end to deal with this sort of customer service after buying our brand new truck here.

I drove several hours from out of state to look at a Toyota 4Runner. I made the long journey to buy…read morethe car but It was bait and switch. So many undisclosed issues like paint issues, loose front bumper, loud wheel bearing/worn tire, alignment. When I mentioned that the vehicle wasn't as described, Blake said "it is expected for a used $28k vehicle to not be perfect." While that statement is true, I was not looking for a perfect car, I was looking for a reasonable car. I then told them that I would need a discount to repair the undisclosed issues the vehicle had. They said they cannot go down, In fact, if they do, it would mean a lower tradein value for my vehicle which ultimately means they did nothing to help the situation and literally tried to even it out. Test drive began with salesman Blake driving to a convenient store parking lot, then he asked me to switch seats so I could test drive. He mentioned it was their policy that only the salesperson drive the vehicle out of the lot, then allowing the customer to test drive it back to their lot. Never heard of this before and seems disingenuous to not allow the full round trip for the customer to test out a $28k vehicle. I then requested to speak to the sales manager. Mr Blake, the salesman who assisted me went back and forth from his desk to the managers office, ultimately returning with the same results. I was advised the manager is "currently working on multiple things and is busy." Which tells me he doesn't want to own up to the dealership's mistakes and accommodate a sitting customer with funds ready on hand.Just to clarify, Blake sent me a short walkaround video, where he began pointing at a couple areas on the hood where paint was touched up, however, I evidently found out that the paint used was the wrong shade of white. The vehicle had a pearl white paint exterior and the touch up paint was a base white, which is different. It wasn't even done correctly with a tiny brush, it was smeared with someone's finger, as they glided the wrong paint around the rock chips, but failed to fill the crater left by the chip itself. After pointing at the hood, Blake cotninued to talk about the features it has. What I was more concerned with, is the rest of the body's condition. After not disclosing the remaining issues, I was certain he would stand by any shortcomings from hiding the new issues i found out about. Finally, when I arrived, I saw it pulled up to the front of the dealership. I immediately saw the front paint damage that was touched up on the hood, however, they discounted the severity of the problem, because there were multiple areas with touch up paint, including the hood, driver's front door, the tailgate, and more. I also noticed that the front bumper was separating from the top corners, indicative of prior replacement (fit and finish won't be like Toyota), loose rivets, or the vehicle may have recently collided with an object or another car. Yes, it had a "clean" Carfax with 3 owners but I do not trust carfax since not everything gets reported. Carfax works for the dealer, not you. The finance manager "Guillermo" said he'd rather sell it locally there when I mentioned that I would appreciate it if they could work with me on a deal, since I am a committed buyer driving far (8hrs). This is the same Guillermo who had to be educated on why prepaid maintenance program is also honored at my local Toyota. He wanted to charge me a fee in the selling price, not allow me to opt out, and still require me to drive 8hrs for this service plan which includes oil changes and tire rotations. Blake corrected him, rightfully so, but the alarming fact is that he was certain he was right in the first place. Considering his position as "finance manager" Guillermo should have known better. A bit condescending and arrogant in my assessment. salesman was kind and responsive to my questions but it would have been nice to know those things before driving 8hrs. I don't recommend Wills Toyota for used cars if you don't want hidden problems and disappointments. What a shame.

I called Tom Tillitson in the beginning of February when the motor blew in my Jeep and said I had…read moreit listed for sale, no title for parts and it had 2k worth the brand new tires and he said he would buy it. He told me it would be a week or two to get the cash together to not have that happen. He wanted to chase down the title as my Jeep was in my son's name and that if he was able to get it he would be able to buy it outright and not have to part it out himself because he wanted to rebuild it into a toy. This was not the deal, he was suppose to buy it himself to part out or find another 4x4 and trade for a vehicle and cash, he did not honor the agreement. Each week turned into a month and then still four months later, every promise he made that he was waiting for money or that his house closed and he was then waiting for that money to cash me out never happened. Everytime he said he'd call me back, he didn't or if I called her send me to his voicemail and then after leaving messages, he'd still not call and my texts went unanswered as well. If I was lucky enough to get him on the phone, it was one promise after another and he never honored the agreement we had, instead he started changing the terms without me being in agreement and now he's basically screwed me out of a One of A Kind Jeep. Because I got upset after 4 months of continued runaround, he tells me now I'm responsible for the towing to get the Jeep to his shop and for an engine cooler from years ago that HE Himself didn't bill the Warranty because he forgot and expects me to pay for that as well before he wants me to now pick it up which are totaling over $1000. The part that makes it worse is that he had parts equally over $1000 that didn't get installed and he took more than half of that money towards the engine cooler that he didn't bill correctly. There was also an auto claim worth over $10k that parts and labor that were paid for were never installed on the Jeep that he's kept the money on and was never returned to me. This is NOT how Good Business is done and I'm getting screwed here for a decision he made himself and by not honoring the deal we made has left me in hardship due to the fact that I was suppose to get another reliable vehicle and cash or simply all cash for me to buy something. I am Disabled and Handicapped and have not been able to go to the Doctor, haven't been able to schedule Scans, or the necessary procedures I need done since he took my Jeep and never paid me for it. Tom Tillitson should be ashamed of himself, preaching faith and how good he has it, well no wonder when he screws his way to the top while not communicating with you to what he makes his plans to be

Very busy shop and my clutch issues took a bit longer than expected, mostly due to waiting on parts, but the shop worked after hours so I wouldn't have to cancel my weekend plans. They repaired the issues very quickly and had my car back to me within a day. Brought my wives escape in for an alignment and these guys once again nailed it with quality customer service and quality workmanship had her car done in no time. Brought my truck in for rear end issues I thought it had. Turns out it was fine but had other issues they gave me an estimate on repairs and look forward to bringing my truck back to have it repaired.
