They told me I was "over exaggerating". They wouldn't give me any meds and told me not to "over react" and sent me home. The next day I woke up with a 104.6 fever. I was delirious. I was beading sweat. I couldn't hold urine. I couldn't eat or drink and I could barely walk. I told my wife "I think I have a UTI I need the hospital now I feel like my body is dying". We get the hospital. They tell me I'm a "frequent flyer". I said I just need a urine test I think it's a UTI. The lady came in and said this is "typical withdrawal" and insisted I was coming off something. They asked to do a drug a test, I said of course. Next thing I know they are trying to force pain pills down my throat as I am having blood work done. I asked what the pills were- they said norco. I said if I'm having a drug test why would I take that? Then as there doing my blood, my body went into a seizure from how sick I was. I came back with a needle stuck In my arm sitting In the chair with the nurse watching me. From there they sent me to a room and left me in there. They did an IV 10 minutes later and then had my urine sample checked. I asked to change the Iv because it was Infiltrated. The nurse came in and yelled at me telling me "you have tattoos you can handle some pain". From there they discharged me 20 Minutes later with no results. Said "check the portal" threw the papers on the bed and left. We left and at 3am the results were loaded to the portal. At this point it's 730am. I have a 105.2 fever and I'm getting much worse. I can barely move. I call my primary. I started crying telling the receptionist what happened. She had me text her the screenshots. I got a phone call three mins later from my doctor. She said I had a life threatening uti. My body was shutting down. She said she was sending me meds and if my fever didn't break within 30-60 mins I needed to go to Christus. Thank god as soon as I got the meds my fever stated dropping. That was the worst experience I ever had and I will never step foot in that place again. They have no idea what patient care is. They treat everyone as if they are drug seeking.

Is there a zero? I mean seriously there should be options for nurses, doctors..etc rating! I got…read morekicked out the Hospital for making sure my mom got care she was paying for it made the little staff mad. After 7 days of being in ICU, I found a pill laying on my moms table and yet they said she was charted she took her meds, then what was that? did she get it or not? Next time I set my timer because I never saw her nurse the whole time I was there and once the time was going I walked in and out to see and everyone ignored the call button! I asked a lady for ice and to speak to the nurse and told her what what going on. My mom never got her dinner! The first nurse said that my moms nurse said she offered her a ensure? really when she has a meal? then when I confronted her 27 mins later when she came she said that was on the person before her and that she offered her an ensure but magically when the manager came she offered it and my mom said NO. They wanted to know if I wanted to warm it up to give to her because she was hungry. UM no you don't heat up food that has been out for 3 or 4hrs later hanging out on a nurses desk. We all know hospital food isn't good even hot but in ICU when it is suppose to be vital to be clean and no germs! The problem is her story was different so which was it? My mom said in front of them that she didn't offer no food to the nurse. So, I had my mom tell them to bring it in her room no matter what! I mean that is what they normally do anyways. Then, today I went in there and was videoing my mom bc I didn't know what was going on and she was hurting. The guy was being pissy and said are you videoing and I said absolutly, I wasn't rude or anything and all he had to say was you couldn't video or take pics but that is funny because I did all week took a few pics but no video. why not??? No ones face was in it! No information was in it! They had security escort me out even though I did NOT get crazy or anything just inquired about what was going on. These people did it just to get me out because they are getting called out and not doing their job. They kept poking her to find veins which I understand but why they couldn't give her oral pain meds until I got there and asked when was the last time. I explained to one nurse I was just trying to find out what was going on. But NO they were all in a little group like they did something cool. The care today has gone to crap! They just want to sit there on their phones and get paid.

Once in a room, I saw a Dr quickly and she confirmed my suspicions of a sinus infection. Gave me a prescription for a antibiotic and recommended a steroid shot to relieve the sinus pressure. I agreed and received the shot and was back in my car within 10 minutes of getting into a room. All in all not bad...BUT...then came the bills! For the office visit, labor to stick me with a shot (yes, a separate charge), and the medicine for the shot (another separate charge) $427.50 ($290.29 after insurance). Then get this. The Dr. sent me another separate bill for $112 ($65 after insurance). I have been to other urgent cares on numerous occasions, received the exact same services including a steroid shot, and have never paid more than $120 depending on deductible. If you go here DO NOT get them to do anything but prescribe medicine. Or just don't go here and get ripped off. My office visit bill is currently in collection due to me refusing to pay it. Take charge of your health people. Ask Dr.s the cost of everything BEFORE they give it. I could have had 6 days of a steroid prescription for $4 instead. Lesson learned!!! I will never do business with this facility again.

BAD! BAD! BAD! I am in the medical profession and I must say this place is sad!…read moreI was here visiting and had to take my father here and the ENTIRE experience was dreadful. To begin, it is not easily accessible to anyone in a wheelchair. The main door electronic doors do not even work. The bathroom did not have any soap, and this is bad especially for a health clinic. Then my favorite part, the rudest receptionist in any medical clinic I have ever come across, and she is a senior, who you think would have more compassion for other seniors! WRONG!! She quickly tells you NO AND I CANNOT AND WILL not to any requests, then you have to ask for a manager who comes out with a fake caring attitude to overrides her decisions to keep the business going. Once you are in the back of the office, expect to WAIT! We waited 2 1/2 hours to not see a real doctor, but a Nurse Pract. WHAT???? All of the staff need a good lesson on time management, customer service, and just plane ole southern hospitality. This clinic is poorly run and they do not seem to know medicine. My father had borderline pneumonia and although given the right anti biotic, he was given a cough syrup that completely dried him out instead of breaking up the mucus. When we spoke to his internal medicine doctor, finally after he returned from vacation, he changed everything this nurse pract. did. So you have been warned! Go to the Premier Urgent Care!! AVOID CENLA URGENT CARE AND THE RUDE LADY AT THE RECEPTION DESK!!!
