Bryan was very professional and respectful; he drove to my car, took the damaged tire so I didn't have to worry about it, FOUND A TIRE I NEEDED FOR MY BUDGET, and replaced it WITHOUT ME HAVING TO TOW MY CAR. And this all happened in the span of less than 2 hours (that includes him going to my car, taking off the wheel, going to a store that had my tire on inventory, come back, and put the new tires in). Maybe he has hit a rough spot in life, I'd used him 2 times over a year ago and it went well. However, he is not reliable right now and I would not use him under any circumstances. Tuesday I had a breakdown returning to Portland from Seattle. We scheduled a time at 5pm for him to meet me in Castle Rock and agreed to a price. He wrote at 4pm to say his current job was taking longer than expected. I wrote him at 5 and asked for an ETA. Called him at 6. Texted again. No response. Finally at 6:30 I had to start looking for another tow truck, and by then it was after hours and the prices go up. The guy from Jacobson's Chevron had to leave home to come get me. Good guy, And we were able to get the car home, but it was hundreds of dollars more than what Tony had offered. No explanation ever came, no text, no call, nothing. And stuck paying hundreds of more dollars. Really strange as a repeat customer especially. Avoid Urban Miner until he corrects what is going on and addresses how his business reviews are tanking...
