From the moment I arrived I was treated with the most kindness anyone could offer. I needed an emergency extraction and they took care of me fast and it felt like family! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Premier Walk-In Dental. Less than eight months after having a filling done at this office, the filling fell completely out. A dental filling should last for years under normal circumstances, not just a few months. What made this situation even more upsetting was being told that before anything could be done, I would have to pay for another exam, new X-rays, and pay again to replace the filling that had failed. I understand that offices have policies, but expecting a patient to pay all over again for work that failed in less than a year is unreasonable. I am now left with a large hole in my tooth, significant pain and sensitivity, and the stress of finding another dentist to correct the problem. I expected this office to stand behind the quality of its work, but instead I felt like I was being charged twice for the same issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I will also be filing a complaint with the appropriate licensing and regulatory agencies so my concerns can be reviewed. I hope this review encourages the office to reconsider how situations like this are handled and to better support patients when dental work fails prematurely. read more

Do not go here!! What a rip off & they don't know what they are doing!!! Went there, from out of town, with a crown that broke off. Said I needed the tooth extracted. I just wanted it fixed, if possible, til I could get home, since it was a front tooth. They glued it back on. It only stayed on about 30 hours!! They charged me almost $400!! When I got to my dentist, he said the crown was broken & there wasn't enough tooth to even glue on. They should have told me it wasn't possible to glue it back on. It needed a build up and a temporary crown made, which is what my dentist was able to do, and it looks amazing!! The dentist at this place, only gave me options of extraction, a bridge or gluing it back on. It was $150 to see the dentist & $235 for gluing the tooth back on, which took about 30 seconds. I thought from the papers I signed, it was going to be $235 for everything. I didn't know until I went to pay, that it was &396 for everything!! When I first called, they said it was $150 to see the dentist & might be a little bit more to glue the tooth back on. I don't call $235 a little more. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I called and asked for a refund for the cost of gluing the tooth back on & they were quite rude to me & said I signed papers agreeing to it. That's not the point! The dentist should have known, as a qualified dentist, that gluing it on was not possible. They were just taking my money!! It should have never been given as an option. Actually all of their options were bogus!! The tooth does not need to be extracted, a bridge would not have worked & the tooth could not be adequately glued on. What a joke this place is!! read more

I visited this office for a very specific need -- to have a surgical site re-stitched after dental implant surgery abroad. While the staff was friendly at first, my actual experience was very disappointing and concerning. The dentist who restitched me clearly lacked confidence and skill with this type of procedure. In the middle of working, she stopped to look at my other stitches, which made it obvious she wasn't sure what technique to use. I specifically asked if the site could be fully closed, and was told yes, but when I got home I saw the site was still left open. This was the exact problem I came in to fix, yet I left $350 lighter with no real resolution. On top of that, when I later raised my concerns, the front desk (Kim) handled the situation very poorly. Instead of listening or offering solutions, she became defensive and even judgmental, comparing my situation to something unrelated from her own life. That level of unprofessionalism was completely unnecessary, and it made me feel even more dismissed. I appreciated receiving antibiotics and mouthwash from the visit, but the quality of care, lack of skill with suturing, and unprofessional communication from the office were unacceptable. Patients deserve honesty about what a dentist is or isn't capable of, and better respect when concerns are raised. read more

Please do not use this dentist for anything other than extractions and maybe not even for that. I first visited because of a toothache but was under another dentists care and aware I would need to consider dentures. Dr. Kumar seemed so calming and nice and I really wanted that experience so I began the process. That started the nightmare. It began with a full mouth teeth cleaning which should have been a clue as most of my teeth were going to be pulled. I was set up with the hygienist who informed me he was really a dentist from South America and he didn't agree with Dr. Kumar, I should keep my teeth. I let him know it took me a long time to make decision but that didn't deter him, he continued to tell me it was wrong. I asked for someone else to clean my teeth. I told the dentist what he said and I was in tears. Dr. Kumar said, "All dentists want you to keep your teeth" and laughed about it. She cleaned my teeth. A week later all my uppers and half my lowers were removed. I still do not understand why they weren't all removed as the 6 teeth remaining were not viable teeth which is clear from the X-rays. Dr. Kumar said the bottoms dentures would hold better. That is nice except one of the teeth had to be removed in the next 2 weeks due to pain. A new bottom then had to be made. The other teeth remaining were still painful and I let her know but she kept saying "It's a process". I had to go back a few times for fittings and I had appointments but was seen in between other patients, some walk-ins, while the dentist would come and sand down areas for a few minutes and then leave for a while. I tried to explain where and show her but she'd be gone again. She didn't listen to me or spend real time trying to correct the ill fitting dentures. I gave up on wearing the dentures because I knew I would have my permanents in 6 months time. My next appointment was to clean my 5 remaining teeth and the hygienist was once again the guy from South America. They either didn't remember or didn't care. I let Tabitha know I didn't want him cleaning my teeth. Then I look up on the wall and see effective in a few short days, they weren't accepting my insurance any longer. No advance warning, nothing, right in the middle of my treatment plan. I told Tabitha they should have let me know because it was in the middle of my treatment plan. She said my treatment plan was finished for now and I'd be paying for my permanent dentures anyway and I could still come there for my permanents. No talk of the plan we'd been working on. Like it was over. I didn't get my teeth cleaned that day and it was clear to me they were done. Both Dr. Kumar and Tabitha did not care about me as a patient or a person. I heard statements like, "Where did we hurt you?", "Let me tell you what triggered you", and "It's a management decision". The Dr. owns her own practice and the building its housed in together with her husband. They did mail me a letter after ai complained as others have complained as well. Fast forward a month and I had the bottom and top dentures in and I bit down and the bottom broke in half. My husband dropped it off and it could not be repaired, was not covered under any type of warranty. They don't stand by their work. They told me it was because it was a partial and not a full denture. Remember those 5 teeth? I did let Tabitha know I am hiring a lawyer and sending all documents to the insurance company because I'm seeing discrepancies on what was billed and work completed. She said the Dr. would see me and realized she hadn't spent time with me. It was terrible. 1 1/2 hours later I had seen the Dr. maybe 5 minutes and I'm being generous. She was also abrupt if not mean when I did see her. Prior to the teeth removal I was not asked if I would like a sedative prior to the procedure. I was not asked about or given any kind of antibiotics or pain medication for recovery. I assumed this was normal. I bring this up as I've started completely over with a dedicated denture and implant specialist and these are all things they did for me. read more

The staff in the waiting room was the only thing good about this place. The procedure took almost two hours. I was there for an extraction of a cracked tooth. The assistant cut my lip and mouth open, on the opposite side of my mouth, away from the surgery, from jamming the suction device into that area of my face. I had to stop them several times for this alone. They eventually switched out the assistant and continued. The surgery itself was painful and poorly handled. On top of that, when filling my post op prescription, the pain meds were written on the "incorrect" paperwork and I was unable to fill it. I went two and a half days without pain meds or a way to get ahold of their office, as they are closed on Saturday and Sunday and they never check their "emergency" messages like they state they do. Yes, this was a bit of an emergency, but come on. You're a "doctor" and you can't even write the prescriptions of your patients correctly. Never go here read more

Will not offer any kind of guarantee on their work. Dr. Kumar installed a crown on #18 on May 30th of this year. In December that crown fell out. I called the office and they were able to book me an appointment for 2 days later. During that phone call, the receptionist verified that I still had Delta dental insurance, and I told her I did. 2 days later when I took off from work and drove to the office, she told me that they no longer accepted Delta dental. It was very disappointing that they couldn't have told me that just 2 days prior, instead of waiting for me to show up and then tell me it would be out of pocket. I then told her that I hadn't really expected to pay anything, since I assumed she would want to make it right, but was told (then, and just now for a second time) that there was NO GUARANTEE on their work. I then asked her "So if I pay you hundreds of dollars again and it falls out again, I'm just out of luck?" Their answer...YES. While they were off for the holidays, I went to another dentist to get them to re-cement the crown, and they said they were not willing to take the responsibility for someone else's work. They assured me that their practice actually guarantees their work (if they had done it in the first place) and told me I should try to go back and ask them again. They also suggested that I contact my insurance company and pursue a refund for the service. That process has been started. Is she under any real obligation to do the right thing? I'm going to find out. Would it have been the right and honest thing to do? Dr. Kumar definitely does not think so. Learn from my unfortunate experience. I scheduled an appointment at this dentist office waited a week and a half got the confirmation the day before showed up at my appointment time that was changed mid week which was already unprofessional. I scheduled my day around my dentist appointment and then when I showed up at 10 AM actually 10 minutes early at 9:50 she told me she had spoken to me on the phone and canceled my appointment which was untrue. I have the to prove that she had confirmed my appointment. I knew I had an appointment so why I would be told I can't be treated today after scheduling an appointment a week and a half out is actually very bothersome completely unprofessional and rude. You don't need to call my phone 30 times and leave 30 voicemails to change my appointment around and then not even take me when I show up 10 minutes early to my Appointment. I can't say anything about the dentist because I never met the dentist. All I know is that the staff is absolute trash and she lied to my face and I even played the to her of the confirmation of my appointment and then to be turned away with my paperwork, filled ready to go already having anxiety about going to a dentist appointment to begin with is absolutely unfair and disgusting, not professional at all read more

Lovely front desk ladies there was like 3 they are all great. I'm upset. I paid 150 for an xray of only a few teeth (3) instead of my full mouth. My jaw is locked so it did save me pain but from what they told me i have a wisdom tooth growing in. Idk if i have the other 3 growing in because of this! They wanted to clean it for 200$ and send me elsewhere to get it pulled without a quote which is always scary without insurance. I have to wait two weeks for my appointment with a locked jaw and i talk for a LIVING phone sales. The dentist refused to prescribe pain killers i only wanted 500 mg ibuprofen to last until my appointment. I went in with a few ibuprofen stopping the pain and now i am out. All i got were antibiotics and I've been taking them with excedrin to stop the migraine and subdue some pain. Dr Kumar will not get my business again! read more

Dr. Kumar is amazing! I was so nervous as a new patient getting a tooth extracted. This was by far the best dentist visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Kumar was so compassionate and took her time to get my abscesses tooth numb all the way, as I have difficulty with anesthetic. The dental assistant, Stephanie was so sweet and she kept my mind off the process! Tabitha got me in very quickly with an appointment when I called in pain. Super terrific dental group! I'm terrified of the dentist but wanted a tooth pulled as I was in so much pain. Every other dentist I called was out of town or wanted me to wait days, or even a week and a half. I couldn't eat or sleep. They got me right in and were perfect! Dré was AMAZING. Comforting me every step of the way. The doctor was the absolute best! She gave me my options, but I was already set on getting rid of this tooth. She numbed me all up, but let me know if I needed more she could do it. I put my headphones in and seriously about 5 minutes later, the tooth was out. I walked out smiling. HIGHLY recommend! I'd love to go there for everything! I chipped my front tooth late on a Thursday night. I was scared, I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. But I had to, so on Friday morning the 13th of January 2023, I went to Premier Walk in Dental, which was highly recommended by a family member. The staff is excellent from the moment you walk in the door. Reception is friendly and professional. They got me right in after a short wait and the Dental Asst. Shawndel took over and made me feel at ease. .She was funny, informative comforting at the same time. Dr. Kumar was excellent, kind and most assuring. I was amazed at how fast the whole procedure was. I came in for a tooth that needed to be pulled ASAP and my dentist could not fit me in that day. I called the office and April who is absolutely amazing had me come right in! I was in so much pain and the doctor and staff took amazing care of me! I was so relieved when I left! I have been back twice since, after the removal of the tooth bones in my mouth started to shift. They had me come back and took completely care of me! Jen in the back is awesome and the whole staff had me laughing and feeing super comfortable! PATIENT BEWARE: The dentist is not good, I had 2 crowns GLUED and they said it would be $300 but when it came time to pay it came out to $600, $300 hundred per crown!!!! Also 3 months later they were both loose again and went to real dental place and cost $79 per tooth period. Also my wife had a crown done and was $1600 at that place and it was loose after a week, it had to be redone. I also had a quote to replace those 2 crowns and a bridge, it came out to $8,925. I also had a quote done at the other dentist for the same treatment and was $4900. read more
