We were well informed about the process, and knew when the order was supposed to be done. Shortly after the expected arrival date, we got scheduled for in the be work Three workers came to retrofit two bathroom windows and a 10-foot be sliding glass door. They arrived at 8:30 AM, and we're done by 1 PM. They had all the materials, tools, and expertise needed for the job. All were courteous and welcomed our questions and concerns. We just had a front door installed in our house by Northwest and this is the 2nd time we've used this company. I am quite aware that there are companies that charge less, but I believe you get what you pay for. My experience with the sales person, James Foster, was excellent. He took his time, didn't pressure us in any way, and laid out all the options and costs. He was honest about how the time frame would be because of delivery issues. The door was delivered just a little sooner than he anticipated. The gentleman that did the installation, Pat Arkfeld, was highly professional. There is an artistry to doing this kind of installation and he was at the top of his game. He had to deal with an alarm system and a Ring doorbell, and he was great, including getting the camera set back up. It's hard to believe any other company would be so accommodating. When he installed the peephole, he had the presence of mind to set it at a convenient height so my wife could comfortably use it. All the while he was friendly and interesting. The finished product was superb! It was a pleasure working with both of these professionals. If you really care about the quality of the work you'd like to have done, I highly recommend Northwest exteriors. Just for the record, we have no ties to this company, don't know anyone within the organization, and initially used them only because our neighbor recommended them. We ordered Del Mar Anlin windows from Northwest Exteriors, our contractor is set to install them. Northwest exteriors demanded full payment upfront for the windows. We received the windows damaged, sun yellowed scratched vinyl, and the glue for the windows is coming out around the glass. We waited nearly 2 months for these windows and now our project is on complete hold. We cannot do our siding because we were waiting for the windows before we could side the house. We will never do business with them again. I do not recommend this company! If you purchase Anlin windows from Northwest Exteriors, I highly recommend you inspect the windows for blemishes prior to accepting them. Northwest Exteriors rep did not check the windows for blemishes prior to letting them go out the door. read more

i was beyond satisfied with the service and installation. I reached out to Northwest for help with three windows that had condensation between the windowpanes. While the sales rep was at the house I also shared the difficulty that I was having with road noise in a house that I recently had purchased. He suggested swapping out an older sliding glass door with a newer more sound resistant door and it made a world of a difference. We called Northwest Windows for an estimate on replacement windows for our home. The salesman who showed up was ver nice and professional. He measured all our windows and we discussed the product he would supply, Anlin Replacement windows. These were the specific windows we wanted. The salesman spent awhile on a computer program computer the estimate. BUT we were shocked at the price. They were almost 2x as high as the other two estimates we had gotten, for the same exact product. I really have no idea how good they are at installing replacement windows, because we did not hire them. I just cannot figure out how they could feel comfortable charging so much more then their competition. read more

Update- very important for everyone getting calls. (This is just what I did and not advice or a recommendation) I spoke with Kelly and then a few other individuals at northwest exteriors. I informed them that this call was now being recorded in case I needed to go to litigation. I have been on the national do not call list for several years. And- under the telephone consumer protection act of 1991 I requested to be placed on the company do not call list and provided my number. I also asked to receive a written copy of their do not call policy. The results- I have yet to receive the policy BUT the calls have stopped. Which is good for everyone because you can potentially sue for $500 per occurrence after you make these requests so long as you give them some time to make the adjustments. I still keep the rating at 1 star for illegal telemarketing as it's now very apparent it was in fact them, but I am happy that the calls have stopped. Good luck to the rest of you! Upon completion of that they will have me pay for services rendered, whereas other businesses will make you pay prior to everything being satisfactory. Wasted our time. We drove almost 30 minutes to meet at our other home for a window appointment. They showed up before our 6pm appt and didn't bother to call me. I waited half and hour in our car for the guy to show up. So I decided to go inside the house and notice they just left their business card on the door. He said he was here at 5:50 but we were already at our house by then. We just sat in the car since it's so hot today. He should have called, so unprofessional. We contacted them a few months later to install a $1,000 doggie door after spending $20,000+ and got nothing but horrible service! The window wasn't ordered, wrong size delivered, week after week of delays with no communication. Finally someone showed up without calling, no mask, with the door.
