When I was trying to contact them they gave me the agreement I signed with all the non-obligation/non-liability phrase and refuse to give out any solution. They are very hard to get contact to and the only person you can talk to directly is the lady who setup the appointment, the "physician" never did anything other than sending me the agreement which is unfair. It's not cheap and if you go to their website you will find out the reviews on their website is fake, it's not even for this business. If you would like to waste your money this is the place to go. I had arm liposuction April 10 and regret it every day. Right away post-op I had numbness and…read moreweakness in my right hand. The team was very responsive the first weekend. They prescribed gabapentin and Prednisone. The numbness persisted so I went in for an in person appointment to have it looked at. The Dr and assistant were very amused and acted like I was overreacting. They checked my hand strength and said to each other that they thought my hand would have been much weaker, I guess based on my texts and calls. They assured me that there was a 98% chance the nerve would heal. I get that there's nothing they could do but I really felt dismissed. Long story short I had to have ulnar nerve release surgery on July 10. My pinky is still numb and only has 20% of its strength. Surgeon said it will probably be a year before it's full strength again. My arms look better but around my elbows is still very swollen and sore. To be fair they said it could take up to a year. I'm older and I'm sure that doesn't help. Just wanted to share my experience. Based on reviews I'm in the minority. Hope you have better results.
