I have gone to Storm Vision 3 times throughout this pregnancy. The first time I was 17 weeks, woke up in the middle of a Friday night panicking as a first time mom, and booked my Saturday morning for just hours away. The session was amazing, we did the Gender Plus and had a great experience. We then did another one (the deluxe package) at 28 weeks so my parents could come along, as a thank you for the amazing baby shower they threw us. We gifted them some pictures and added a heartbeat bear for them - it was perfect for all of us! Then we took advantage of the final sneak peek and went at 34 weeks. My baby has been measuring 2 weeks ahead so I was incredibly nervous we wouldn't be able to see him with just 10 minutes but we got some great pictures and I was so impressed. Every session I left feeling more and more in love. Amazing staff! TIPS FOR PICTURES: Drinks tons of water for 5 days leading up to the session to get the most clear pictures 15 minutes before session, have something to drink full of sugar like juice or soda. I always got a slurpee bc it was both really cold and sugary so it got baby moving. I also ate something before to make sure he wouldn't be so sleepy. read more

The customer service is awful and the owner, Kyle is a liar. I am very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. I had an appointment for May 25th, 2026 and called to confirm in advance that they would be open this day. I was told they'd be open, and received several emails to confirm my appointment as well as a text message to confirm, only to drive 45 minutes to arrive at a closed facility. The owner claimed to have sent me text messages saying the sonographer was out because of an emergency surgery but I did not receive said messages or any calls or emails. Very disappointing and unacceptable. They tried to blame me for their mistake by saying I put the wrong number on file, but I came here in 2022 and they had no problem sending messages to the number on file then. I do not recommend Stork Vision. They suck!! read more

This review is strictly for the sonogram tech who did our sonogram. Her bedside manner, personality and attitude were absolutely atrocious. I'm very accepting of all personality types but calling her opinionated, naggish, negative and pushy is being kind. We almost got off that table and walked out. Let's start with her repeatedly asking how many weeks we were, even though she was told several times and it was right on the screen in front of her. We literally just stopped answering the question. Then her comments like.. * It's going to hurt so bad. Just get the epidural. After being told that we were using a midwife and doing a water birth. That should usually trigger someone that this birth is a natural birth. When she said that we asked her clearly shocked why would you say that or encourage people to get an epidural, she carried on and then said, well maybe it just hurt me so bad because I'm so petite. Girl. What?? Maybe some people just have a really low pain tolerance. * After that awkward encounter that almost made us get up and leave she had the audacity to say, it has a really big head and has to go through that little space right there. That's your birth canal. So the big head has to go through there. That's a really big umbilical cord. * Yes she said it. She kept referring to him as an it. * I have three kids, I know what I'm talking about. * Is the dad so excited? Where is he? He must have had to work today that's why he missed the appointment. *Look, Look, look. Look here. Look. So rushy and naggish. There is a dozen other things that made our eyebrows raise but those were the worst. Oh and the pushing for tips. That's crazy. I just paid almost $200 for this sonogram. You are a sonogram tech. That's what I'm paying for. That's like tipping your dentist or doctor. And having to go into the screen, select custom and enter zero is crazy. Her energy was so negative we didn't even tell her our baby's name when she asked. Didn't want that toxicity muddled with it. read more

This was the best experience I've ever had. I am expecting my first and wanted to do the 3D ultrasound to send to friends and family (and to see my little one). I'm new to the area and loved how their website was laid out and the different packages they offered. After I made my appointment, I realized I made it for a time my husband couldn't join me! I immediately emailed and they were able to move my appointment with no trouble to a time he could join. Our first appointment, the little one was so stubborn we only got a few profile shots but we could barely see anything. We did get our heartbeat bumblebee bear that is more precious than words can describe. LeAnn offered us a rescan during the Mommy 2B Happy Hour and I couldn't pass it up! We were able to go and bring my step-son with us. And what do you know, the little nugget cooperated!! I went home with beautiful print outs of his little face and foot and had 45 photos uploaded to my own gallery to share with all my friends and family. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Horrible pictures. Just looked like a blob. They should have a policy that if the pictures do not come out, then you get partial refund or a do over. The sonogram tech said the reason for the bad pictures is because I'm 30 weeks, and that I should have done it earlier. According to the website, my weeks In pregnancy was in their range for photos. The technician was sweet, but that was it! Spent money for horrible pics. read more

The receptionist doesn't wear masks and her perfume was so strong it stayed on my clothes. Most places don't allow for perfume because of pregnant women and their aversion to smells, but this place obviously doesn't care about their clientele. Not enforcing masks when their only customers are high risk individuals? Beyond irresponsible. My tech was wonderful and wore a mask, but I can't and won't ever be back knowing their other employees have such low respect for their clients. read more

Had the best session today for a fun sonogram to see our first child, baby boy! We're 28 weeks and wanted our parents to be part of the experience as well. My dad enjoyed it the most! Perla checked us in and also performed the sonogram. She was so easy to talk to and personable. She made the whole experience memorable and tried several different tactics to get baby to move his hands away from his face and even repositioning myself on the table. I could not have been more pleased! My mom and I also bought a premium stuffed animal that showcases baby heartbeat and it's the cutest thing I've ever seen/heard! Perla even went so far as to print out a colored 4D image even though it was not part of our package. She went above and beyond to make us feel special even though she probably sees many clients/patients in a day. read more

So glad I found Stork Vision because I had been wanting to include mine and my husband's family in seeing the baby's Ultrasound, since doctor's offices only allow the partner now - thanks COVID. This is our first baby, so we're super excited! I went when I was 28 weeks pregnant for a 3D/4D Ultrasound, and we all made so many beautiful memories together, plus we got to bring home a cute stuffed animal with a recording of our baby's heartbeat, which is something we will forever cherish. I am not one to ever leave reviews for businesses, good or bad, but after receiving medical misinformation from this place, I feel it is important to share our experience here. came in for a visit last friday to see my little boy (24 weeks 3 days) and left extremely disappointed and worried. for our 20 minute appointment, we received 6 photos in which you couldn't see baby whatsoever. after about 15 minutes of sitting in silence while our sonogram tech shook my stomach vigorously and pressed all over me, we were told that there was no amniotic fluid in my uterus and that my placenta was anterior so she wouldn't be able to provide us with images of our boy. when my boyfriend and I got back out to the reception desk and asked what our options were for coming back and trying again, we were told there was nothing that could be done and that if we wanted to come back, we'd have to pay full price for another scan and that the babies photographed on the reception desk were "rockstars" and "not everyone gets to see their baby when they come here" (exact words from the receptionist at the time) Immediately after leaving our appointment. I called and booked an appointment with my OB to confirm that baby was okay since the ultrasound tech here said I had no amniotic fluid and that my placenta was anterior. My doctor confirmed that everything with baby was perfectly healthy: there was PLENTY of fluid in my uterus and my placenta was NOT anterior, and that there was no reason the tech shouldn't have been able to give us any sort of images of our boy. overall, I do not recommend this location: we felt very rushed and we're given misinformation which lead to lots of stress and anxiety following our appointment and despite receiving no clear images or satisfaction we expected, still had to pay full price. read more

This place is sooooo cute and all around amazing. I went to another place and did a sneak peak test that said boy. The tech was able to fully verify we were actually having a girl(my doctor confirmed). She gave me amazing pictures and was extremely fun to be around. We had a great experience last weekend! The office was clean and they were taking proper precautions to keep everyone safe. I'd already been told our baby's gender at a doctors appointment, but the photos were unclear and the tech wasn't gentle while trying to get a better look. Stork Vision is the total opposite, they were patient and much more gentle, and were able to confidently confirm the gender for us! So happy we found them! :) read more

For my birthday I wanted a 3D sonogram of my baby. I looked up places on Yelp and Stork Vision had the best reviews and I can see why. The lobby is inviting with baby decor and stuffed animals. We got the $200 package which included the 3D sonogram, a recording of the baby's heartbeat in a stuffed animal and a CD of the visit. The sonographer is so nice, she is warm and makes you feel at ease. There is the regular monitor and a large flat screen for visitors in the room to see your baby clearly. She knows what she is looking at and can point out anatomy and cute things like dimples in the hand (!!) and chubby cheeks. I would highly recommend Stork Vision to any expecting parent. read more

Disappointed in services. $200 and we didn't even get to pick out which pictures were printed. Followed directions and drank a sugary drink 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, but then waited 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time to be allowed in. By the time we went in, baby had went back to sleep with his hand in front of his face. Were told beforehand there would be no free do-overs because of COVID-19 (their normal policy is to give an additional session if you can't see the baby's face), but then got an invite to come back for a do-over for $70. So no free ones, just paid ones? The ladies were nice enough, but just feel like for the amount of money we paid, we could've been allowed to pick which pictures were printed, and had a do-over. read more

The staff is friendly enough and contrary to another review there was no sense of being rushed, and we were the last ones on the day's schedule. The ultrasound room reminds me a bit of a cozy living room, should yours have an ultrasound and raised bed in the back, behind the furniture. Seems like they could perform massages when the ultrasound schedule is slow. The lady doing the scan made great effort to get some good pictures but our baby wouldn't cooperate. However, the images she captured we're not great quality - a bit The Hills Have Eyes character-ish. Can't entirely blame the baby position - pretty sure some fault lies w the machine. Or operator. We got the weekday schedule special so it was $99 + tax but really the scan is worth about $50, $70 at best. I must assume those fancy, 3D ultrasound machines are expensive and somebody's gotta pay the bill. This is certainly a gimmicky thing for us new parents and obviously a choice for us to use the service. Just not impressed. read more

I went in today to get a surprise ultrasound for my hubby's birthday and was blown away by the images we got of our little man! My experience far exceeded my expectations and it was so touching to get to see my son for the first time (outside of his gender ultrasound) while I could feel him bopping around in my belly. I paid the extra $10 to get the DVD of the entire session and HIGHLY recommend it! I was able to show my husband exactly what I'd seen while in the appointment and we'll forever cherish the video and images we received. PLEASE NOTE the photos I'm sharing here are a cell phone photo of the printed photos, so they're even much clearer than what you're seeing here. We were able to see that our son basically looks exactly like daddy and even got to see him suck his thumb! I've been to stork vision for 3D/4d sonograms for both of my children in the past 3 years, I LOVE it!!! They are so kind, spend extra time to make sure they get the best photos of your new baby! You will not get a sonogram like this at your dr! It's amazing, like meeting baby . It cost be $150 for electoral sonogram at dr office (not even a 3D) and I got a 4d for less here!!! Highly suggest the extra $25 for a video to send to friends/ family!!!! read more

We had a great experience with Stork Vision. This is our first child and my husband was super excited about getting a 3D sono. Melody was so sweet and took the time to explain the other package options available. Especially since my husband was interested in the keepsake stuff animal. The session was great and she pointed out every little thing so we didn't miss little moments (like a smirk or eye opening). To say we are more than pleased doesn't do it justice. I'm not easily excited and I have to admit I smiled more today than any other appointment during my pregnancy. We purchased the $80 Gender Package since our baby hadn't wanted to cooperate at the 20 week anatomy sono at the doctor. You would think that for $80+tax we would be treated to a nice experience. We were rushed in and out so fast it was almost like we weren't even there. They told us the sex of the baby, which is what we wanted to know, but I don't spend almost one hundred dollars on something and expect to be treated like we're a waste of time. I guess if you purchase the super expensive platinum baby package you get the honor of seeing your baby for more than 3 minutes and feeling like you're an important customer. I would not recommend this place to any of my family or friends. We had a much nicer experience with our first child and paid less at a different place. This was a disappointment. read more

We had a great experience at Stork Vision over the weekend and got to see our little bitty at 18 weeks to determine the gender - a secret to others still, but the technician was able to spot what we were having right away.
