I went to watch Supergirl and had a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. One of the employees, an older lady, kindly let me know that I could order food directly from my seat instead of waiting in line, which was a nice touch. I do wish there were more milkshake flavors available besides chocolate and vanilla. On the food side, the shrimp and roasted corn pizza was surprisingly good. As a pescatarian, I appreciated having an option that fit my diet. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. My friend ordered a wrap and didn't receive it until an hour into the movie--and only after she asked about it. When it finally arrived, the server said it was late because they "couldn't find it." That's not an explanation--it's a lack of accountability. The staff could really benefit from training on taking ownership instead of passing the blame. As for the food: It was average. I wish 0 stars was an option! I honestly have never experienced service this bad in my life. We visited Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas Victory Park this afternoon for a Mother's Day movie, hoping to enjoy early dinner and a nice outing with our mom. Instead, the experience was so atrocious it genuinely ruined the evening, and I'm honestly embarrassed we recommended this theater and brought her there. Our movie started at 3:40 PM. We arrived around 3:15 PM, seated early, and ready to order. No server ever came. Thirty minutes later, during previews, I had to leave the theater to ask someone for help. They assured me someone would be in. We kept waiting... Our table also had not been cleaned from the previous showing and still had leftover food and drinks sitting there. We finally placed an order around 4:05 PM after flagging down multiple employees: 2 burgers, popcorn, mozzarella sticks, 2 beers, and a Sprite. The beers arrived first. The popcorn came 30 minutes later and was freezing cold and stale. I asked THREE times for my Sprite before finally getting it nearly an hour later. The mozzarella sticks and only ONE burger arrived around 5:20 PM. The second burger never came at all. The credits rolled at 5:40PM. Our service lights were on almost the entire movie and nobody came. The most disappointing part was the response from management. I completely understand being short staffed on a holiday, but the manager was cold, dismissive, and offered excuses instead of accountability or empathy. At some point, if the kitchen and service are that underwater, you have to stop pretending you can provide a luxury dining experience. To their credit, they comped most of the food (most of it was missing or poor quality anyway), but honestly that does not make up for an experience that completely derailed what was supposed to be a special Mother's Day outing. Really disappointed with my experience at Cinépolis yesterday. My husband and I arrived about 10 minutes before the movie started and our seats were dirty--the table had sauce stains and there was even a ranch lid left behind from the previous guests, so clearly it hadn't been cleaned. We pressed the service button and waited about 15 minutes with no one coming. We then placed a mobile order, waited another 15 minutes, and still no one came. My husband ended up having to go to the front counter to pick up the order himself. Even worse, no one serviced the theater until an hour into the movie, and then an employee came in taking orders mid-movie, which completely disrupted the experience. When we finally got a server, we ordered bottomless popcorn and she said she didn't see the order but would bring it anyway. She told me I needed to be patient because The Devil Wears Prada was running so they were busy... and then never came back. For a theater that charges premium prices, the cleanliness and service were unacceptable. read more

I'm writing this after multiple attempts to resolve an issue directly with the theater and still not receiving a response. On February 14th, my boyfriend and I attended the 8:25 showing of The Housemaid. About 8 minutes into the movie--after we had already ordered food and drinks--the fire alarm went off and the entire theater had to evacuate. Unfortunately we had a babysitter at home and couldn't wait around to see if the theater would reopen. Emergencies happen, and that part wasn't the issue. What's disappointing is that despite emailing and calling multiple times since then, I still haven't received any response regarding a refund for the tickets and food order. I've spoken with several employees who acknowledged the situation and said they were working on getting back to people. Each time they took my number and said someone would follow up--but I never received a call back. Things happen, but basic customer service and communication shouldn't be this difficult. At this point I'm simply asking for someone to respond and help resolve a situation that was clearly outside of our control. Unfortunately, this experience has likely lost a customer for life. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Came here for Mother's Day and had, without a doubt, the WORST theatrical experience of my life. First problem was the fact that the theater we were In was DISGUSTING! The staff did ZERO cleaning after the previous showing. I had to go looking for an employee to ask for someone to cleanup the filthy seats that we were assigned. It took at least 15 seconds of standing in front of said employee and REPEATEDLY saying "excuse me", to get their attention. He eventually swept up the floor that was covered in trash, but did nothing to clean off the filthy table tops. Second and LARGEST problem was the staff! We waited over 45 minutes to get two bottles of water and one glass of wine. They never even brought the bottled water. My mother and father ordered popcorn that took over an hour to arrive and it was cold when it did. The serves were incredibly loud and would shine their handheld lights in our faces. At one point, the mother and daughter to our left were called "bitches" by one of the older female servers. This particular server was incredibly unprofessional, as noted by the fact that she called a patron a "bitch". Two of the servers appeared noticeably intoxicated. Third, the audio quality in our theater was poor. The volume in our theater was low and we could hear the audio from the theater NEXT to us at multiple times throughout the movie. When we spoke to the manager about these issues, the most she was willing to do was simply "comp" our drinks...and the late cold popcorn. We missed a significant portion of this movie due to the loud servers and confrontations. But because we "watched the whole movie" they were not willing to provide a refund. Absolutely the worst theater experience and I have no intention to return to this establishment. It was nice when it opened over 8 years ago. But to call THIS "luxury" is an absolute JOKE! Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many, considerably nicer theaters in Dallas. read more

FIRST TIME EVER going to go over there for the spiderman movie pre purchased for 9 people I have mistakenly purchased for a Thursday night but couldn't see a edit button to change the date so I called and ALEXIS one of the managers answered and man I just knew I was going to get great service she answered happily and with a smile and actually talked and felt like she cared about my situation after a few minutes not only did she get me better seats but she made sure I was taken care of overall I'm looking forward to go with me and my 8 other people and definitely will be coming back as my primary movie theater from now on! read more

We had a disappointing experience at the movie theater today when we went to see Michael. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. We ordered three starters, a bottomless bowl of popcorn, nachos, and mozzarella sticks. The nachos and mozzarella sticks arrived first, about 30 minutes after we placed our order using the QR code. They were both very cold, especially the mozzarella sticks, which were not melted at all. We had to bite and crunch into them. 2. When the popcorn arrived, we informed the server that the food was cold. She responded that it shouldn't be cold and that it just came out. She also said that if we took it back and asked them to remake it, it would take 30 to 40 minutes because all the other orders were ahead. To make matters worse, we were not given any cutlery or napkins when the food was delivered. 3. We waited almost an hour for the food that was remade to be ready. At that point, I left to use the restroom and speak to a manager about our concerns. The manager, Alexis, was very apologetic and understanding. She offered to immediately fix our issues. She brought us an order of mozzarella sticks and some napkins. Alexis was a great manager, she listened to our concerns and offered a prompt solution, she was awesome!! Unfortunately, the nachos still never arrived, and we were still charged for them. We had to speak to someone again about having our bill corrected as we left the theater since the movie was over. During that conversation, we were told that the nachos had just arrived, but we still hadn't received them. I understand that it was a busy day, but there was something lacking in the service. I don't know if the dine-in movie experience is declining, but if this is what I'm paying for, I might as well just wait to stream the movie at home. It was also a bit awkward to watch the other people around us who ordered buffalo wings. They had to place their used leftover bones on either the side of the swivel table top, on the menu, or on the side table in between the seats. I do feel that to have the word "Luxury" in your name, but to not attempt to invoke a level of "Luxury", defeats the purpose. read more

Organize a night out with ladies and decided to come to the cinepolis Dallas to watch Michael Jackson the theater smells musty the service for drinks, popcorn. Food items was horrible. I ordered something as simple as a Dr Pepper, which never came. The other ladies got cold food, incorrect food or no food at all I would say over half the theater had complaints. If negative stars were a thing, this place would get negative 5. My first problem is that they had a HUGE film fest type q&a and what looks like screen event on a Monday night with virgin hotels. No where was that advertised to patrons prior (screenshots of the website attached). They legit took over the halls and waiting areas after they came out of a preview and were so loud and overtaking it made it hard to walk though to my theater without pushing through people who can't hear me say excuse me. I get to my theater previews are play. It's decently loud and I can STILL hear these film festivals people from my 3rd row seats. That's how loud they are. Second problem: per their company's video that play at the theater it says you can "arrive 30 minutes before the show time to order food and drinks at your seats"... so my listed time of 6:15- theoretically should be able to go in at 5:45. I asked who I'm assuming is a manager (she was wearing a dressy top not the black uniform top, middle aged shorter hispanic lady) if my seats could be cleaned at 6pm because they had food and trash all over it. She goes "well it won't start right at 6:15 so it's fine. We're still cleaning" (I had been there since 5:30 no one walked in there between 5:30 and 5:45 when I first walked in before asking her) after that her and a worker started cleaning. Get in there and my seat had glitter and crumbs all over it still. Third problem: not a single staff member came in to take our orders until 38 minutes AFTER the movie started. (Yes I did set a stopwatch on my phone after the movie started). The same manager from earlier walked past me with my call light in and Ignored me. Then only came to take me order when I put my hand up as she's walking out. If you have an event and can't properly staff the event and other theaters- have the event host bring in staff or close it to the public. That's INSANELY unfair for your regular customers and false advertising of "30 minutes prior you can order". Next problem per the ticket the movie is "supposed for end at 8:04" (guess what it did) food came at 7:20 and again at 7:35 really no time to eat unless you want to slam it down your throat at an unreadably fast rate.... My pickle spears came out in fried on half of it and COLD. Not just oh the breading got wet, no this was cold breading that wasn't cooked. (Pic inserted). And last but not least- no one gave us out checks, thankful the young girl who was putting in tips for her other theaters was in there and helped not only me but everyone else who was behind me. Disappointed because we were overcharged. Ordered the regular margaritas ($15.5) compared to the other margaritas ($16), because the daily deal for thursday was advertised at $10 margs. We were charged the regular price, and when we went to get it corrected, the employee said that the margarita we ordered did not apply, even though the website did not specify which margs are discounted. Also, we ordered the cheapest one, so we were under the impression it would be $10. Although they eventually corrected it and were nice about it, the excuses they provided did not make sense, and it seems like they advertise deals that are not incorporated in their system. Not sure how many other customers they have overcharged. If you order daily special prices or happy hour prices, make sure to double check your receipt before signing. read more

My go to movie theater in dalllas. They offer parking validation and plenty of food and drinks during the movie. The seats are comfortable and recline and they have numerous attendants working to get any refills you may need on their bottomless popcorn. That is a plus and negative as some Of them don't duck down when working causing some of the movie to be blocked by heads. read more

This Theater while in a Nice location, is BEYOND GHETTO... I've gone here so many times because I like the Victorty Park area of Downtown. I did notice that the next recliner to me was a little misaligned / cushion coming off-- Parking : this time I parked in south victory 1 park gun garage "Museum way main entry" which is not the usual garage I park in, I don't think. I parked level 2 and went down to level 1, and walked to the theater. The other garage I just take the elevator to the movie- and don't have to walk outside. Walked past roti and kept going until I saw Cineopolis. Ticket validated. Parked free. If you don't want to be outside, bypass garage #1 (it was on my right side) and go to the stop sign, take a left, and you'll see garage 2 on the left. Came here with my hubby to watch Den of Thieves. It was our first time visiting so we weren't quite sure where to park. Unfortunately on the street, the signs say 2 hour max so that wasn't going to work since our movie was supposed to be close to 2 and a half hours long. We circled the building but ended up in a apartment only parking garage. We went around to the back of the theatre building and found the garage for the theatre and nearby shops. Make sure you bring your parking slip so you can have it validated when you leave the theatre. We pre purchased our tickets online so we just had to walk in, no one is at the entrance taking tickets. Unfortunately the theatre that we were assigned to was closed due to the heat not working so we were instructed to go to the theatre that was right next door. Inside the theatre were plenty of seats. Ours we're located in the E row which was nice because they were elevated and not on the main floor. There are menus located on each seats food tray for you to review before the waitress or waiter came by to see if you wanted to place an order. We had just eaten dinner elsewhere so we just decided on getting the popcorn. You can give them your credit card for them to put on file for future orders for that visit, but I decided to just pay cash since we hadn't planned on ordering anything else. When I received my popcorn it was in a medium size metal bowl and came with plenty of mini salt packets. The popcorn had plenty of butter and tasted really fresh. They have a button near your armrest to push if you wanted a free refill or just needed to order something else. The popcorn was very filling so I never had to ask for my free refill. Overall the theatre seats were very comfortable and reclined back to the point you could almost lay down. The sound was good and not overly loud. This was a great experience and a great date night out. We will definitely have to come back here when the next big movie comes out. read more

I finally stopped someone and told her that it had been almost a hour and I had not received my food or drinks. The only thing she said was that they only had 2 people serving and asked me to be patient. I waited another 15 mins then stopped a lady in a white shirt and I told her that it had been 1.5 hours and had not received our food or drinks. 10 mins later we got our drinks, and they brought my food without utensils to eat it all but never brought my date's food. My date's food never came, and I couldn't eat half of mine because I had no utensils to eat my salad. They say that they were short staffed but I had friends in screen 7 that attended a red carpet event and they had no problems with service. This was the worst experience that I've ever had at a theater, and I'm not exaggerating. They still charged my card for food that I did not receive. read more

Cool night out to see the opening of Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning. Not sure what was going on with the staff tho. They were all over the place and absent at the same time loll!! It took forever for the waiter to bring condiments, and by then my food was cold, but unfortunately, they took off so fast I couldn't even request a new food, UGH! I don't usually write reviews, but my experience here on Valentine's Day was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. My significant other and I drove from Frisco to downtown Dallas for a date night to watch *Crime 101*, and unfortunately the evening fell short in several ways. The food service was extremely slow. Whether it was due to the Valentine's crowd or simply how the staff operates, both the food and drinks took far too long to arrive. I ordered wings and fries and specifically asked for the wings to be cooked well done. When the order finally came, the wings were undercooked and slimy, the fries were cold, and the ranch I requested wasn't included. At that point, I chose not to send the food back because the wait had already been excessive, and I knew I wouldn't receive a corrected order before the movie ended. I didn't eat any of it. As a side note, it would be great if the theater offered frozen margaritas instead of only non‑frozen options. The worst part of the night happened during the final scene of the movie, when the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate. After waiting about 45 minutes, most people left, but my girlfriend and I stayed to see if we'd be allowed back in once the alarm cleared. We were eventually able to finish the movie, but by then the experience was already ruined. Overall, this was a frustrating night from beginning to end, and I won't be returning. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely a nightmare--especially on Valentine's Day. read more

Took forever for them all to come out. Non-etoh bottomless drinks took 15 min to get (also never got a refill, or checked on). 1st Pizza didn't show up until legit 50 min later from ordering. Staff was overheard saying "crap I forgot that was on there!" Forgot 2'd pizza all together. Take your money elsewhere. There's nothing luxurious for paying as much as we were charged. read more

The concept of this theatre is perfect and the couples seating with options to order seat service food & beverage is perfect for date night! Food: Truffle pizza 10/10 Firecracker wings 7/10 ( think buffalo) Brunch Burger 7/10 ( good but needed more aioli ) Tater Tots 8/10 ( came out cold and ran out of fries ) Service: We weren't greeted when we walked in and staff didn't look at our tickets to confirm we paid. Bartender made us a really good Hennessy 75 and became more friendly as we talked to her but my first impression was not very kind as she immediately told us it would be cash only & the kitchen was closed.
