My fiancé has been going to this dry cleaners for over a year. He has had two bad experiences there now. The first one they lost one of his shirts and replaced it with someone else's shirt. The second time they damaged one of his shirts and then refused to reimburse him for the shirt and made him pay for the dry cleaning of the other items. Truly an awful experience, my expensive Zimmerman dress was ruined. It was fine when I took it in, All it needed was a cleaning and instead I got it back full of little holes throughout the top linen fabric of the dress AND pearls from the small detailed embellishment had missing pearls. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, and insisted the garment was already in this condition. I will absolutely never take another garment here and I highly suggest you steer clear if you care at all about your clothing! read more

I have never written a negative review on any social media platform, but had to warn my neighbors that the owners of this business have just lost mine. It's been 8 months since my duvet & pillow cases were completed ruined, all color washed out by dry cleaning. After a conversation with Ellis, 8 months ago he promised to refund me half the cost. Not great, but would certainly keep my business. Check was meant to be at business, after 2 attempts, no check. For 4-5 months following, and multiple texts with Ellis, 'check was always in the mail'...it has never appeared. Very short sighted, after 15 years of my business, onto a new dry cleaner. read more

They destroyed my coat and couldn't even manage to call me back. I wanted the sleeves on a brand new raincoat shortened. It wasn't a difficult job. The seamstress took the measurements and it seemed simple. Well, she managed to take an extra 2 inches off the sleeve so the coat is ruined. The owners were contacted and apparently can't manage to call me back. I'm tired of small businesses telling me how I need to "shop local". It doesn't work if you can't at least acknowledge a mistake and make it right. So terribly disappointing. read more

5 stars because my Armani dinner suit came back in pristine condition and they handled my cashmere scarves with care. I felt as if my items came back to me in even better shape then when I purchased them! Must say, also that whatever they use smells fresh and clean which is great and what's even better is that whatever they use does not upset my skin. I can go on for days about how this place is a winner. Long story short, they do good work, are always accommodating and most importantly- able to get my garments taken care of in time for the events I need them for. I recommend them highly. read more

I took my very nice comforter to Premiere Cleaners in Solana Beach to be cleaned. It's to be Dry Cleaned as noted on the tag. When I picked it up I noted that It didn't look clean and the embroidery and fabric were ruined. With three or four follow-ups the owner told the employee and argued with me that he laundered it and that is okay, per him. I told him over and over that it says "Dry Clean" and he ruined my expensive white comforter that is designed not to be covered by a duvet due to the fabric and style. Every other square is embroidered with a bouquet of roses. I tried to settle something fair with him and he offered to only 'maybe' give me half the cleaning charge back. The charge was $47.15 with tax. This was a $550 comforter, years back. I used to take all my designer clothes to them and they did a great job, after this I will not take anything to a person who demands that his way is right and takes no accountability and does not take care of his customers when he damages their items, that were entrusted to him to follow care instructions. read more

Been coming here for years and have never had an issue. I tend to be picky and a stickler with my clothes, but they have always done an amazing job. They really know how to take care of their customers and always recognize their regulars, which is always nice. If you have any stains or concerns always let them know and they'll make sure to take care of you. There's a very, very loyal customer base here and for a good reason, too! I have never previously written a negative review of a business, but I must now. I had a pair of pants that this cleaners mistakenly pressed flat when it needed a crease which I told them when I left off the pants. When I pointed out the mistake, they said they would fix it. Unfortunately, they made the same mistake again. I pointed this out to the owner who never apologized or offered to make sure it didn't happen in the future. Also, the employee who waited on me was nasty and argued with me when I picked up my pants on the 3rd try. She even implied that this was my fault. I never heard back from the owner when I said I wasn't sure I would use their service again. This company has the worst customer service of any cleaner I have ever used. read more

I really, really love this cleaners! FINALLY, I found a place that does all the little things right! They're located in the giant plaza off of Lomas Santa Fe, in the same parking plaza as Carl's Jr. Plenty of parking. I dropped off my clothes with trepidation, because the last load I dropped off at another cleaners, came back with a bug ironed into my suit. Anyway, when I picked up my clothes, I was first, very impressed with the way everything was so neatly sealed and packed, especially the sweaters! I love when everything looks so clean! Of course, packaging is not the most important thing, but not shockingly, when I took out my clothes, they were just as neatly packed, and folded. My husband's shirts got "light starch" and it was perfect. Not too cardboardy, but just starchy enough. Sweaters were clean, any my slacks were perfectly ironed. This has now become my go-to dry cleaners! Highly recommended. read more

I needed tons of huge table clothes cleaned with no time to spare for a charity event to raise $ for foster youth & at 9 months pregnant I couldn't pick them up so they dropped them off at my house! Premiere Cleaners have the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced with a business in San Diego. I had an unfortunate situation with mold in my home, which meant everything needed to be laundered or dry cleaned. I called Premiere, spoke to Ellis and the difficult task became so much less stressful with his help. Ellis took the time to listen and understand what was needed, picked up the 32 bags of items, and promised to have them done within the week (this was over the Christmas holiday). He personally sorted everything to make sure something did not get laundered that should have been dry cleaned. Ellis continued to call me with updates and/or questions throughout the week. He delivered all the cleaned items and even helped me organized them as he brought them in. Today, 2 days later, he followed up with a phone call to see if everything was properly taken care of. He assured me that if anything needed to be re-cleaned or pressed, to just call him and they would take care of it. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!
