She took the time to carefully assess the piece, explain what would need to be done, and set clear expectations. What truly stood out was their communication. I had to return it, which was already frustrating. When I picked it up again, I noticed one side of the elastic waistband was loose. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the fabric was actually cut -- clear damage to the skirt. I've attached photos to show this. If this had been the condition when I dropped it off, they should have marked or mentioned it, but they didn't -- because it wasn't. The damage clearly happened while it was in their care. To make things worse, when I returned to have it fixed, they wanted to charge me an additional $10 -- to fix damage they caused. Completely unprofessional. Between the poor cleaning, the damage, and being charged extra for their own mistake, I can't recommend this place to anyone.

I was assured it would be tricky but said they could do it. When I picked it up I noticed that there were stains and that the stitching was coming off on the reverse side. They claimed it is cleaned and that of course the stains would spread since it was oil based, in addition they kept blaming the manufacturer for the stitching coming undone. I can agree that the jacket was not meant to be dry cleaned but I was relying on their expertise to advise me to use their service or not and of course I should have not relied on them. They refused to take any accountability and damaged my jacket. They did offer to try to clean again but it would ludicrous to let them try again when they caused this much damage the first time, I was only seeking refund on a $17 service from which they didn't execute carefully. TLDR: they ruined my jacket and refused to admit their mistake.
