She has been in the facility since November.Between the hostile, aggressive nurses and the ghetto administration the whole experience has been extremely stressful for my mom and my family. My mom has not progressed under their care. She's only got worse since being in there and has fallen twice since being there without anyone notifying the family.The nurses are unreliable also not informed. My has received third-degree burns while in their care ! Amber, which is her caseworker is very rude, unprofessional and also incompetent. I've only spoken to her twice. She refuses to return any urgent voice messages that I leave. Every time I call, she seems to be off campus. As of today, I was yelled at by the director of the Facility Catina.On the two occasions, when I did speak to Amber my mom's social worker ,she had other people listening. She's very good at sending malicious sneaky emails cc'ing multiple people attempting to cover herself. I just got a call from a third-party marketing person claiming they are calling on behalf of Methodist Transitional Care.So now they're giving my mother's HIPAA information to other Healthcare Entities Without my mother's permission or the families. The woman on the line Informed me she was calling on behalf of Methodist transitional care.The woman stated she was told by Amber my mom was not able to go home . Not sure why Amber told her that. Since if that's the case, their Facility would take her.The fact that they're making up lies to cover their self is really sneaky and Vindictive. I requested a transfer for my mom to another facility weeks ago. Amber stated that it was declined at that time.I then contacted my mother's insurance to research. My mother's insurance company confirmed that was never done. Now that it's the new year Methodist transitional care is stating my mom will owes a deductible to even have her equipment, things my mom needs to have a safe Discharge. They are even fear mongering the family stating that they will pursue collections.I've also confirmed with my mother's insurance provider that she doesn't have a deductible for any care facilities for 2026. Which they are requiring before my mom receives her equipment. My mother has pending Medicaid.This place is ghetto and unprofessional. After speaking to a representative for the Aging And disabled research center , I was informed they receive a lot of complaints about the lack of care for the Elderly from Methodist Transitional Care. They are retaliating against my mom because I advocated about my mother's level of care. This facility gives the Methodist brand a horrible name. Unethical procedures, disrespectful, unprofessional staff please do not allow your loved ones to be treated with bias the facility lacks compassion, empathy. administration, nurses in all staff should be trained on actively listening. Leadership should be fired. The place looks nice, but the conditions and treatment is un deplorable!

He mashed my foot a bit, told me he thinks it's planter fasciitis, gave me a page of exercises, was gonna give me a prescription (that I didn't even get) and was gonna show me an insert he recommends (that he didn't). Not a very put together office IMO. $190 for a diagnosis I gave myself prior to a visit to this office.

My mother has been yelled at, no showed on, non consistent care, they make up completely fabricated…read morethings to refuse care, when their staff is this incompetent ones. The very first nurse that ever came out was so mean, I actually felt threatened in our own home, she answered the phone speaking so hateful to other patients, we kept trying to give them a chance but to be honest it just got worse. They will offer one time to come, then if you have a doc appointment they will not come around your schedule at all. However will state you refused the visit when it's your wound care doctor you are seeing. My mom has very bad wounds that will possibly have to be amputated soon... and this company has done nothing but make her wounds worse with the lack of care they have provided. They are required to give written notice and when I called to ask for that... I was yelled at by Shawna, and told to do her wound care myself... which I HAVE NOT EVER DONE, nor have I been educated by their company to do. We also never received any wound care supplies, I asked and begged nu to supply us with the correct wound care supplies and was refused constantly. I sure hope they have not been billing Medicare for supplies we are not receiving. I can not believe this is the way people are treating the elderly who are sick, and need care, at this company. I am beyond upset and have spoken to my attorney regarding this as they did not take the legal steps to drop my mothers care. If they drop your care, don't call and ask for anything cause they will just yell and hang up on, luckily I have that conversation recorded! If I could leave zero stars I would. I am her advocate; I'm all that she has... I can not imagine how she would be treated if I was not here. That is truly how bad, and unprofessional this company has treated my mother, we sat by and said nothing at first,.. but as soon as I started asking questions and requesting things they should legally be required to do... we were dropped! I sure hope for all their other patients sake they get it together and treat others a lot better than we were treated.
