The guy came and immediately wanted to cut a hole in my ductwork. I refused. He spent the next 12 minutes "cleaning" the ducts with what looked like a garden hose. I have a 2 story 2,000 sq ft home. This merchant has repeatedly cancelled my appointments--each time within two hours of the scheduled service. The first time I was provided with zero excuse. The second I was told the technician had the flu. I suspect the real issue is that I purchased the service off of Groupon and that I live a couple of hours away from them and it is not convenient for them to travel. If that is the case, they should clearly limit their service area and not accept appointments they have no intention of honoring, and they should rethink offering their services on Groupon if they do not wish to discount their rates. Jim from the company advised me to contact Groupon for a refund, as they will not be coming out to complete the service. When Groupon contacted them, they said they were willing to reschedule. But as I informed Jim, and he agreed, a refund was best. But the company not only cheated me out of my time, twice, they now are refusing to provide me for a refund for a service they will not provide. I waited twice for them, for over two months. Not only do I not trust a company like this for me to take another day off of work, or alter my one-day off plans for a company that may or may not show, but after all of this, why would I trust these people in my home? Aside from this, I told Jim that I was having surgery and my schedule no longer aligned with theirs and I cannot have them out, point blank. But they will not allow Groupon to refund me. Gifted Groupon that covered unlimited vents, 1 return and 1 main. When they arrived tried to up sell which only wanted what Groupon covered as they are expecting and didn't need added expense. I call office immediately while technicians at their house and indicated couldn't do anything. The Groupon was valued at $179 and they tried billing them over $300 more, the wife spoke to technicians and got them down to $150 plus what the Groupon covered $179 so total $329. Very disappointed as you would think office could have contacted technicians. Also they were there 45 mins. I had mine done by Stanley Steamer and they were at my home over 2 hrs and I paid what was quoted. Same sq footage. If using Groupon with Premium Air Solutions expect to pay much more. We found this company on Facebook. The price was very reasonable and they called immediately. They were here within a week. Terrik was very knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. Showed up to clean ducts for $179. The guy then continues to explain this $179 was only hot air vents and cold air returns. The main lines would be additional though the special said it included 1 main line. They asked if they could start the job. I responded I did not want to do anything until I received a quote. The guy came back in with a quote of $533 and some change. So my 1 additional main line was going to cost me an additional $354. I asked them to leave and he says "Let me call the office and see what we can do". I said no thank you have a nice day. BUYER BE WARE!! I hired this company because they are supposed to provide before and after photos which I needed due to having the previous owner willing to work with us on improvement costs. Contacted the company (more than once), said I would hear back, a "tech" would call, NOTHING. The "techs" left vents with gaps you could trip over or hanging from the ceiling, dragged the hose through the house without covering it up so I had black soot all over my carpet. I bought groupon for all vents and returns and one main duct. I had 3 main lines and furnace cleaned. The technician gave price of $420 on top of groupon I paid $49. I negotiated to $325. He cleaned vents so quickly, skipped some vents, didn't even clean returns. When he cleaned furnace, he used a toothbrush barely brushed a couple of spots. There are still a lot of dust around the furnace. He didn't clean ducts well. After he cleaned, there are still a lot of dust came out of vents. I wasted $325 plus $49, and have to look for someone else to clean all ducts again. read more

This company really stepped up to the plate. The first technicians they sent miss a few ducts. I called them on it and they quickly returned my call and scheduled me for a reclean IMMEDIATELY! Considering the reviews I have read I was shocked. The reclean was "on time and thorough". Service was on time as scheduled and the service men were super friendly. The mold in my return ducts was handled as well as all my ducts treated and cleaned. i highly recommend them. They cared about their performance and quality of work. I have animals that also contributed to build up in my system. Everything is so much cleaner now and it's easy to breathe again. I stumbled upon this company via an ad agency on Facebook, they said they'd do unlimited vents and a furnace cleaning for $209. This is ridiculously cheap compared to other companies for vent cleaning. so I was a little skeptical but they came out and did an amazing job. Terrick was very personable and kind, he didn't try to upsell us on anything or try to sneak in any hidden fees. Both guys were very informative and took their time explaining the process. I purchased the Groupon which was to include all outlets and returns, along with one main duct. I did expect there would be an upcharge of some sort since the price was "too good to be true" but I did like that it covered all the vents and returns. Upcharges: Little did I know that they would call the cold air return AND the drop from the cold air return to the furnace 2 separate main lines, at significant upcharge. Plus, to clean those main lines, they had to cut access points at another separate charge for each -- and charged me for 3, although I noticed after they left that they had actually used an opening that was already there in the main trunk so only cut two. Thoroughness: Well, the truck powered vacuum was strong enough, but they didn't use any brushes on the hose -- it was just the end of the hose that they fed into the vents and wiggled around. So although it did pick up debris sitting in the vents, I very much doubt it did a very thorough job of that, and certainly could not have cleaned any cobwebs or dust clinging to the sides and tops of the ductwork. Further, it seemed to me that they reached only so far into the ductwork with the hose, and not nearly approaching the full length of each segment, or the ductwork that runs between floors. My house is only 20 feet wide and deep, so not extensive ductwork to access. I don't recommend this company. read more

I used this service 11-10-2015. Very similar experience like others. I used Groupon. Great price for all vents but the main supply and intake is where they upcharge you. Plus that hose to vacuum out the vent has no brushes to loosen up debris. They just stick it in the vent and wiggle it around...not effective at all!! I've had vents done before by another company and it was totally different and much more effective technique. My advice you get what you pay for and read reviews before you purchase. Only reason I'm writing review now is I found the reciept during some decluttering. Look to see reviews and nothing's changed. WOW read more

This is a bad business model. Use groupon with cheap price $49 for fishing trick. Then charge you $75 each air duct. Unlimited vent will be useless. Their vacuum power is not stronger than my home vacuum machine. No tool to cut neat and nice holes on the air duct. left with ugly hand cut and ugly patch. My mother bought the Groupon for our quite small house. It was for "Whole Home air duct cleaning with complimentary dryer vent cleaning". Unfortunately the first two times we scheduled to have them come out to do​ the job they NEVER showed up and didn't call until at least an hour after the appointment window close. So, finally we get them to come out here, and immediately I get talked to like I am dumb by the man who came out here. I understand that the Groupon​ only covers certain things, but when I tried to tell him that I didn't want the upcharges (which were ridiculous and completely useless at $390) he didn't believe me and had me call my mother to confirm it is not what she wanted, even though I am an adult who said no. I was very annoyed with his persistence​ even though we had explicitly said no to the up-charged​ services​. I would NOT recommend this company or their Groupon​, unreliable and pushy! read more

I ordered and paid for the duct cleaning package on October 25, 2014. When I called the number to schedule the representative answered without identifying himself or the company. After ascertaining that this is in fact the duct cleaning company I find out that the first available appointment is not until December 16th (Only the case if you buy from Groupon). While not pleased with this time frame, I obviously have no choice but to accept it. So I do a little research, find out the name of the company is Premium Air Solutions located in Canal Winchester. I call this company, tell them that I would like to schedule an air duct cleaning and wouldn't you know that they have appointments right away. I think to myself Great, I don't have to wait two months. Not so fast, it seems there are two separate services, those that pay a discounted rate through Groupon, and those that buy directly from them. Same company, same services, except if you want it performed in a reasonable amount of time you need to pay the higher rate. So here it is, Tuesday, December 16, 2014, 11:30 AM, I am waiting for my vehicle to arrive between the allotted time frame of 11:00AM to 3:00 PM when I get a phone call from the company stating that one of their vehicles was involved in an accident and they need to push back the service until December 26th. I explain that I am sorry that there was an accident, but I have taken off work today and I need someone to be here. I advised them that they would have to cancel someone else. The caller states that he needs to speak with his manager and just hangs up. No goodbye, no talk to you soon, just hangs up. I get a call back from another individual who tells me the best they can do is tomorrow. I explain to them again that this is unacceptable, I have taken a day off work and need someone here today. He hands the phone to another person who identifies himself as "The Manager". I again explain to him the situation, he tells me there is nothing he can do as one of their vehicle BROKE DOWN. I tell him that the first representative told me they were in an accident. I call him on this lie and literally he tells me the other person would know as he is just a manager. I ask him again to please cancel someone else but says no. I say to him that this is a lesson learned, I will just file a complaint with the BBB and move on. He proceeds to tell me that his company has and A+++ rating so go ahead. Turns out the best rating you can have with the BBB is an A+. this company is a scam. I should have read the BBB reviews BEFORE I bought the Groupon. If so, I would have never invited this frustration into my life. The guys showed up and informed my father who was at the house for the cleaning that they were only to clean one main duct and the vents, and that I had 3 main ducts... come to find out most homes have THREE main ducts, but I'm guessing Premium Air Solutions knows that and that's why the Groupon is for ONLY ONE. the additional charges to clean the other ducts will be about $180++ if you truly want the proper duct work cleaned. what they called my ONE MAIN DUCT, was a four foot section coming directly out of my furnace, not even the MAIN duct running through the house. I did NOT opt to buy their additional services as i feel this was not a reputable transaction. I'd gladly pay this and more if I was working with a reputable company that was upfront and honest. They are bait and switch artists. They offer a "comprehensive" low cost price to get in your house, then all of a sudden, there are a bunch of things that are not in the "comprehensive" package. The only do one main, so even though the service was supposed to be for the whole house, one main could not possible do that. It would need to be 2 at a minimum to cover the supply and return. Once they are in your house, they will throw a several hundred dollar price quote at you, then tell you the manager will cur you a deal for ~$100 more. They came out and did everything as described. They tried to sell me on cleaning 2 more duct mains for a few hundred dollars. Maybe 15 feet total they would have cleaned out for that much. I've noticed A LOT of dust and disgustingness laying on my furniture lately and just figured I needed a better filter, especially after they moved all that dust around. Ya... found out they installed the filter backwards. They are lucky I caught it before it caused damage. BEWARE that this may be one of their tactics for you to call them back. read more

I too would give them a ZERO if I could. You were charged only $75.00 extra for the 'main trunk lines', I was charged $89.00. So this seemingly great groupon for $46.00 was an absolute joke. Now perhaps I should have told the techs no when they sold me hundreds of dollars extra but they said what you get with the Groupon will basically not do much. REALLY?????? SCAM. And, they put scratches on baseboards and walls jerking the hose thru the house, no consideration at all. I notice no difference in dust or any of the other CRAP they said the EXTRA 's would help and/or eliminate. $528.00 later - yep. I'd sue them if I could for false advertising and totally scamming all the extra stuff their tech pushed. Truth be known, bet they get a commission for all the extra $$$ they scam a customer into spending for NOTHING. TOTAL RIPOFF- paid $49 with groupon, they charge $89 for each additional main duct and by their math you will have 3 additional ducts in your standard house. 3 guys get done so fast i would be SHOCKED if they did what they said they will. You can't be in 3 places at once and they know that. then it's $20 per hole they need to cut to do each main duct. The process is they run a skinny brush through once and then a small vacuum hose through once. ITS A JOKE. the brush can't possibly get much once through as it's skinny etc. The vacuum is no stronger than my house vacuum. It would need to dust from 12" away as it's only 1 1/2" wide. The whole thing is silly. I have 50 year old house and we did a lot of construction, thought this would be a good idea. Almost nothing in my ducts, I checked the one once the hole was added before did anything, just a bumpy film, nothing that this SCAM of a process it going to get/fix. I also was stuffy since winter and thought this might help dust allergy, but process such a scam, can't possible get much allergens. For $200 more they can smoke the duct of something, but I was ripped off enough for one day ans skipped it. read more
