I was concerned about my brakes so I brought it to the Lexus dealership in New Jersey before I left for my trip. The service representative said, I would be able to drive my vehicle to Florida and of course he quoted me a price, which was astronomical, even with my Veterans discount. As a woman, I always feel the dealerships tend to overcharge women, because they believe they can scare us. So pathetic! Anyway, in February I drove down to Florida for the SOBEFEST in Miami. The day after I arrived, my car was making noise and the first thing I thought about was my brakes. As I couldn't remember the repair shop I went to a few years ago, I went to Yelp and there it was, "Longlife Automotive!" I arrived in the morning and spoke to a gentleman named Mitch. He took my car to get it checked and when he came back, he said there was nothing wrong with my brakes and all I needed was an oil change. I was in shock!! In New Jersey they told me I needed new brakes and here all I needed was an oil change. Can you imagine how much money I saved? As I explained to Mitch that was even with a Veteran discount. Guess what, I showed Mitch my DD214, showing I served in the United States Army and he gave me a discount as well. They advertise that they pay CASH at the time of pick-up, and that was what I expected. However, on the day of pickup, I learned they would give me a check. I was not comfortable with that, and my attorney said don't do it. Since Wheezy offered $200 more than the last offer I had received, I decided to meet and look at the check. Wheezy said it was their corporate check but not a cashier's check. Long story short, I deposited my check remotely, and it was accepted by my bank, and everything went well. I deducted 1 star because the advertising is not true even though the check was good. But that was not J & D Towing's fault. Juan, the driver, did his job as he was instructed to do. He probably had the cash in his pocket anyway. Wheezy is a well organized company that is excellent at communication! They are fast, communicate well, and follow up well. J & D was also on target and did their job well. I would work with them again.

This is by far the most comfortable, welcoming and courteous auto repair shops I have been to. The waiting room has its own 52 inch screen TV equipped with Netflix, YouTube and even regular cable. Bathroom is clean which feels like home, and also has the traditional water dispenser with hot and cold water at your disposal. Many " top-tier" auto repair shops are good, yet they have nothing to show for their customers. The shop owner is very generous, kind and light hearted. I will do all my business year due to the great prices and customer service. I promise you you will not be disappointed, and if you are; send me your cash app!
