It's hard to find people like him these days. You know the job will be done right when you use him. I was most impressed recently when Tom cleaned my downstairs tile. I was worried about the water getting under the baseboards and causing them to swell. The first thing he did was to put down the plastic things that guard the corners of your baseboards from being dinged by the equipment. Nice touch. Then, he was very careful about how he uses the equipment and no moisture got to my baseboards! And geez.....I never knew my grout was Supposed to be that bright!!! Anyways....just do it. I really should have taken "Before" pictures. Our carpet looks brand new. And feels brand new. I'm not kidding when I tell you how filthy our carpets were since adopting our dog a year ago. No one told me 4 paws and peanut butter treats will dirty your carpet like nothing you've ever seen before. I'm not one to really think carpet cleaning makes a big difference. My carpet looked fine, was a neutral color, and didn't really NEED to be cleaned. But wow.
