I'm four months pregnant and was desperately in need of some lower back and hip care but had been putting it off because of the pandemic. Dr. Nori came to my home and set up in the backyard. Her equipment was clean; she wore a mask the entire time and took the utmost precautions to make sure that I felt safe. My back and hips feel 100x better after the appointment. I'm making this a regular thing :)

Dr. Nina will come to you and treat you ! Miracle hands! She really helped me lower back pain and shoulder and neck pain !

This time, we were forced to find one around Temecula because of our insurance so we searched on Yelp and saw that Doctor Uhler had really HIGH RATINGS! CARE QUALITY: 10/10 ALL of the staff at the front desk were all pretty young and mature. They are more patient over the phone and in person than most other front desk staff we've been too. They are all nice and beautiful folks. Cameron was a sweet heart who checked our blood pressure... DOCTOR UHLER: 10/10 He came in and just sat down with me and my husband. He really took his time to TALK and get to know us. We didn't feel rushed like most other offices we've been to. I remember spending about 5-15 minutes speaking with other doctors. I mean I understand doctors are busy but, doctor uhler spared at least 45 minutes of his time for us. We both have back problems so we were speaking to the right person. He gave us some referrals for physical therapy, requests for lab work and colonoscopy for my husband... What a GREAT FIND! He was also professionally working with Olympic Champions!! Doctor Uhler is patient, empathic and humble... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Uhler

Being new to the Temecula area after several decades in Chicago, I was in need of a new Dr to oversee my regular health and physical wellbeing. Was referred to Dr Hizon, and with his background in sports medicine, I felt it would be a good fit. I had been experiencing sever back and leg pain for several months making walking and exercising very difficult and painful. I have had several spinal surgeries, resulting in spinal fusion from L1-S1, but had been generally well for over 10 years, no major health issues, and other than the back and occasional knee pain (63 yo with back and arthritis issues, but still very active and mobile, until recently), was in decent shape, according to my Dr in Chicago. At my appointment with Dr Hizon, cannot call it a evaluation or consultation, as he did neither, I was told in general terms that I was going to die if I did not take care of myself, and "would be bad for his reviews". Was told that I was running out of body parts, and needed to change my lifestyle and begin a severe keto diet, with absolutely no carbs, needed to walk at least 10k steps/day (which I was doing until the recent back and leg pain and the reason for needing to see Dr Hizon) and start Pilates, and follow his videos and diet plans and apps. Was ordered extensive blood work and lab test to give him a baseline of my health. Never examined me, never asked me questions, just saw a 63 year old man in pain and decided I was in declining health. Scheduled a video call for a follow up a few weeks out, and I had to travel for a friend's medical emergency, and was the day of my friends procedure, so I had limited time before heading to the hospital. I logged on at 9:45am for a 10am call, at 10:15 I called and explained that I had to leave with my friend for the hospital at 11:00. They explained that once Dr Hizon arrived, he would call me back, no more than 10 minutes. About 30 minutes later, in the hospital and unable to use my cell, I was told that I was reschedule with his nurse practitioner at 1, even though I specifically told them I would not be available the rest of the day. At 1:15 I again received a message and was told I was rescheduled for 4:20. It has been 2 weeks since this all happened and I have yet to hear back from Dr Hizon or his office, neither through the patient portal or a call or an email, nothing. Turns out my results were all good, even better than last year. Have since sent my doctor the results and had a video call with him to discuss the results. I cannot recommend a Dr that asks not a single question of his patients and evaluates you without any examinations. A doctor that uses fear to intimidate and scare his patients into doing as he wants. I saw another Dr in Temecula with my in-laws, prior to my initial "meeting" with Dr Hizon, her first words were " he hasn't retired yet?", that should have been a warning to do my proper due diligence on him, as we all should.

Look, people, I have finally come to the conclusion that virtually every doctor graduating from med school today is a carbon copy of the last. A self-centered idiot with no social graces. Having been quite ill over the past few months, I have spent a great deal of time and energy going from one doctor to another at least 3-4 times per week, and have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully. I am 68 and had Polio at 6 weeks of age. I have been undergoing surgeries all these years (34 surgeries to be exact) and have finally learned a valuable lesson. If you don't like the doctor, leave and don't go back. They do NOT improve over time. All that really matters is did s/he do a good job or not. I have had horrendous outcomes, and miraculous ones. It's all in the research we have taken the time to do, the luck of the draw and what you are willing to go through to be treated respectfully. The only place that hurts doctors in today's market is in their pocket book. If we don't go back, they go broke! Simple as that. I have finally begun, at my old age, to tell them off directly to their faces. I told one that " he had no business putting is ego before the comfort and safety of any of his patients. Who did he think he was"? From that minute on he treated me with respect and dignity. They treat us the way we LET them. Simple as that. They don't want to prescribe pain meds? There is NO reason on the face of the earth that in today's world of medicine pain should even be an issue to be tolerated or discussed .One of the the biggest responsibilities of today's physician is pain management. If they cannot tell the difference between an addict from a person who is hurt and is in genuine pain, they should be out driving an Uber for a living. Keep a human being comfortable and as pain free as possible. There is a machine called a pain pump that does the work for them, it works better and is more accurate than a person who just wants to get out of the hospital, go have a few (or more) drinks, and probably pick up on some unsuspecting person of the opposite sex just looking for a nice time and dinner, while a spouse waits at home taking care of the 4 or 7 kids waiting for dinner with the parent and spouse they love. We have to start telling these demi-gods we appreciate their educations, but really appreciate a level of courtesy befitting that patient that has entrusted their life and quality of it into their hands. Nough said? I think so. Pamela

When the hip went out the fifth time, I told Dr Harron that he needed to do a revision on the hip. He told me he doesn't do revisions, or complete hip replacements!! What Dr does that??? We are having a very hard time finding a Dr that will fix this hip, because no Dr will take the risk of another Dr screw up!! I would not recommend this Dr, if there was mo other Dr around! I noticed improvement after the first session and have continued to experience progress since then. I took an integrative approach to my treatment, which also included chiropractic adjustments to my neck and jaw, additional laser therapies at my chiropractor's office, and SoftWave therapy. To my surprise, the Remy laser was far superior to the SoftWave therapy for my condition. I believe this is because the laser was able to target certain areas that SoftWave could not. Additionally, the entire staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, from the receptionists to the therapists who administer the laser therapy. Rachel has administered most of my laser treatments, and she is the absolute best! I feel comfortable telling her where my pain points are, and she makes sure to address them. She also follows up on my progress and asks thoughtful questions to help me determine whether certain pain is referred or the primary source. I am very grateful to the entire Chief Physical Therapy team for their care, expertise, and support in helping me make meaningful progress in my health.

After being diagnosed with nerve impingement in my shoulders, my doctor wrote an Rx for PT, suggesting another place in town. After seeing the reviews, I went to Chief. I am super impressed with the personal service and having a one on one with the same therapist (doctor). They really know their stuff and how the body is supposed to work. I had previously been given shoulder exercises elsewhere, but had never been taught the nerve glide that stretches the shoulder nerves to your fingertips. That and other exercises practiced at home proved to be the treatment I needed. The video instructions provided were extremely helpful to teach me to do the PT on my own. I love that this is a small practice that treats patients individually. It really made a difference in my treatment, and a bigger difference in my quality of life. The odd compliment was to stop going to their business because they taught me the skillset I needed to improve my situation. I appreciate how the exercises were explained as to the benefits they would provide. I will add one piece of advice to this review. Before surgery, seek out different doctors in different practices. Sometimes a neurosurgeon might readily intervene when physical therapy is the better treatment option. Based on my symptoms, I had two cervical discs fused and am not convinced the surgery was the best approach. Ironically, an orthopedic surgeon quickly diagnosed my shoulder nerve impingement and suggested PT over surgery. I will never know if my cervical fusion was necessary, but I am glad to have significant pain reduction and mobility thanks to the treatment at Chief Physical Therapy.
