Hands down the best chiropractor I have ever seen. I have been a patient of Dr. Toy's for more than 7 years, he helped me with a major neck problem in the beginning, and I've been on a great maintenance program ever since with periodic reoccurring neck pain. He's a talented pro. There have been times when I have not vocalized exactly where I'm feeling sore and tight and he will find them on his own while feeling my neck and spine. That, to me, shows that he understands what back and neck bones should feel like and recognizes when they're out of whack. Also -- and here's the best part -- my adjustments work! They help resolve my issues. My adjustments are always preceded with tens machines and heating pads to prep my back and neck. Dr. Toy will work with you to find the best way to "prep" for his adjustments. There are lots of options. He's also got some cutting-edge chiro tech but I have not needed to use it. I think it's for folks in car accidents and big work injuries. One final note. I was always afraid to get those old school "neck" adjustments where they sort of like crank your neck one way or the other. But due to my major problem being the neck, Dr. Toy asked if I wanted to try it because he would be able to really address my problem that way. I was nervous but I wanted the best fix, so I said yes. The way he did it was so smooth and seamless, it was a huge relief and now I get them every time I go in. Other highlights: The office is always very clean. The staff is very nice. I suffer from pretty bad neck pain, causes head aches and strain on my shoulders, in general I am miserable if it is a particularly bad day. I came here because my hubby saw the sign and suggested. In the 3 session I have had, the neck pain has subsided, there is no popping cracking and wrenching of my bones, its a heat with electric pulses and then slow manipulation and stretching, many of these I am able to do at home and work which is a huge plus because like most I am a very busy momma. They are extremely friendly and helpful in getting appointment times that work best for your schedule and they are always running right on time. So I wanted to wait awhile to see how I felt physically before I wrote this review because I thought maybe the pain would return..but it hasn't! I've never experienced low back pain before and it was terrible. I woke up one morning and I could hardly stand, sit or bend at all without a great deal of pain. I've been going to Dr Toy for years. I have a Very stressful- strenuous construction job That puts me in some very awkward positions at times that will put me out of place. As a regular patient of Dr. Toy, I knew the quality work this man provides. Additionally, he is compassionate and provides patient care beyond expectations. This week I encountered a severe case of Vertigo and not realizing that Dr. Toy could help, I went through the week suffering from heavy dizziness and spinning ceilings. My wife was with the Doctor getting an adjustment and told him my situation. He told her he knew exactly what is going on and how to fix it. I want to Dr. Toy's office ASAP once my wife picked me up (I couldn't drive even) and he made the proper assessment then adjustment. As soon as he finished, I sat up and once again, the ceiling spun and I staggered out of the office not knowing if this worked or not. A couple hours after I got home, the spinning began to subside and I was finally able to sleep all night without being woke up from the Vertigo.
