I spoke with the manager Jeff Lynn and he refused to honor the price and give me the refund required. This has multiple times at this location and they are attempting to overcharge customers on an ongoing basis. Make sure to check your receipts as they are operating under an illegal bait under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. I have filed a complaint with the state and county.

I have found those products to be very low quality, often breaking after only a season or two of normal use. Neither the shop nor ACE offer any warranty, referring the buyer instead to the manufacturer's warranty. On occasions when I've made a warranty claim, the manufacturers have simply ignored those claims.

The store was busy. All the workers were busy. But they all made sure to greet every customer & follow up with offers of help. The building's above 100 years old. It reminded me, while I was waiting, of the small town hardware shops my grandpa & I would hit when we needed supplies between roofing jobs. That was a great memory for me. They said that if you need a hard to find plumbing item that is where you go in town. We made our way over to the Ace on High Street. For their plumbing section we were directed to the back of the store. We were immediately greeted by an Ace employee that began to help us. He searched not only their in stock products, but he got a huge catalog out. I could tell that he knew his stuff. He even called in his plumbing mentor to see if between the both of them, if they could find our unique bathroom faucet cartridge. Ultimately we were unsuccessful, but now we know in the future where to go if we need help with anything plumbing related. Both the employees were amazing and I know they will be a great resource for us in the future with all our water leak needs!

He removed my old rollers so that I could sent them in, re-screened the door at a reasonable price, and put the new rollers on when they arrived. He also showed me exactly how to use my tools and products. I actually used a mallet for the first time in the store. This gave me the confidence to wield my mighty mallet alone at home. It's a small local business. It ridiculous to think they can price match Amazon, Lowe's or Home Depot. I always go to this location when I need help and I'm happy to pay a tiny bit more for my items. They guys really know what needs to be done.
