We arrived and called the number as directed (during business hours) & no one picked up. We called the other number & was just told we need to wait until someone showed up. 20 minutes later, the person working the booth walked up and got upset with us in "not reading the instructions right" before purchasing. We told him how we found the option, offered him to read what we read, & he said "no it's right there, you just didnt read it" and didnt care to explain. I spent time during this exchange and afterwards looking online various ways and there is not one site that says that. Then he told us he had been "running around the last 4 hours" and that we were basically inconveniencing him for showing up on the hours of his work day. "Can I take a break first ? I can't do this right now. I can refund you and look at places you all can park but I promise it's not a spot you want". It was not the lunch hour yet either. We decided to give him a hour to himself to sort out his emotions on his designated day to work which he was amenable to and "I'll be here all day". We stopped by the PMSI management company of the garage (a few doors down) and the front desk was empathetic but did not care for us to escalate it to someone and just said "he is the one who runs things" at the garage. Clearly their level of professionalism was enabling staff to perform at the level that we were experiencing. We came back around 4pm and he wasn't there again. He showed up then stated he only had 1 spot "and it's so narrow no one wants to park there. One of our staff gave it up this morning and it's just hard to get out of it. You're welcome to go take a look but I promise you won't want it". We looked around and there were plenty of available spots per the app and in plain view, beyond this security gate one would go through (after receiving the access card). The spots were all extremely narrow but this guy swore up and down no spots at all were available unless we were going to apply for the apartments (4 winds or the strand) "I have a lot of spots for that though". Clearly this guy had some particular opinions of us already or was feeling some way the day we went in because that was the strangest thing I have ever noticed or experienced. Since he was so adamant on how we could go look ourselves & how much the spot was bad, we decided to save our valuable time and asked for a full refund and found a better, user friendly lot for our vehicles instead. Looks like some people had odd situations in the past yet I recommend going somewhere else that will respect your money and time more with less attitude.

This is a pretty typical parking garage. You pull in, hand your keys over to the valet and you pay and get your car when you return. This is a good place to pay and park if you're going out in the Bourbon area and you want to be close and get there and back quickly. We parked here when we were going to Mr. B's and when we returned we handed over our ticket with no problem. There was a little oddness while we were waiting for our car. Turns out the person we handed our ticket to didn't pass it off to a valet, so we waited longer than we had to. All in all, this was a pretty good experience and definitely beats parking in one of those drafty lots, especially when the weather is cool.

I was in New Orleans following the death of my mother and for her funeral services. I used Premium Parking's mobile system for a multi-day parking stay. I entered my phone number, and the system populated the Texas vehicle/license plate previously associated with my account. I did not manually enter that Texas plate. My personal vehicle was physically in Fort Worth, Texas while I was driving a rental vehicle in New Orleans. I paid Premium Parking $283.55 for parking from July 2 through July 6, 2026. The rental vehicle was later booted with the reason listed as "Plate Not In System." Even though I explained that I had already paid for parking, I was told the boot could not be removed unless I paid. I paid another $200.40, which the enforcement receipt itemizes as a $110 boot fee plus $90.40 for "Unpaid Parking." I subsequently received written correspondence from Premium Parking acknowledging an enforcement/location issue and stating that the booting had been voided. However, I did not receive my $200.40 back. Then Budget contacted me seeking another $347.28 for two Premium Parking violations from July 2 and July 4. So I have already paid $483.95, yet additional violations were apparently sent to Budget for collection. I have disputed the matter and am requesting a complete accounting and appropriate refund. If Premium Parking maintains that my $283.55 payment was associated with my Texas vehicle rather than the rental vehicle, then I want an explanation for why Premium Parking should retain $283.55 for New Orleans parking supposedly associated with a vehicle that was physically in Texas. Consumers should carefully review their receipts, vehicle information, parking transactions, and any subsequent enforcement charges when using this service

There was a ton of parking here as well and it's easily walkable to the French Market and some other things nearby if you want to park here (which we didn't need to).
