Commercial Real Estate Associate. I initially purchased two suits from them off the rack and had them tailored to my form. My tan suit had belt loops and I requested them to have an adjustment tab. The pants on the tan fit me perfect, slightly looser on the thighs to my liking. The charcoal suit pants hugged my thighs a little too tight, especially when seated. I mentioned this to Eddie, unfortunately the adjustment could not be made on the charcoal so he proceeded by pulling pants from another suit (same manufacturer) and tailor it to the exact specifications as my tan suit. They are very attentive and you can tell they have a passion for their work. Ray and Edwin are also stellar people with gentleman type vibes. I have been given compliments on a regular basis that I decided to go back and buy a light gray suit. I wanted it with the same specs so I left them with one of my previous suits to measure. I was pleased when they said they can have it within the next three days. All three were 3pc, wanted a vest for special occasions. On all three I had them change the buttons. Let me give some context: I'm a C5 quadriplegic in a wheelchair. I've bought individual dress shirts, pants and full suits. All, which are made to fit a standing person well. Needless to say, those fits were not made for me..fabric gathered on my lap from the excess fabric, my coats and blazers pushed my silhouette up giving me large frumpy shoulders as well as made me looked frumpy at the waist. Pants were not made for wheelchair users in the sense that we need longer legs that won't ride up from sitting, wider waist line and room at the hips to accommodate "quad belly." Now for my experience at Premium Suit Bespoke Tailors. 1st off, the store is beautiful and welcoming. When I mentioned concerns to Ray and Eddie, they knew exactly what I was talking about and needed. They started with a base dress shirt and suit. They listened to my concerns and wants regarding fit and comfort. Everything was tailored exactly how I asked..the arms were tailored for a fitted look and feel. Because they were knowledgeable to what I needed he made sure to leave room for movement (reaching and bending of arms) without sacrificing the look and feel. The length of my coat was trimmed and rests on my lap so perfectly. The back was trimmed so I would not be sitting on excess fabric and be uncomfortable while wearing it. I was already discouraged on buying a new suit in fear of having the same soggy look I always had, Ray and Eddie made sure I looked and felt exactly how I wanted and was as comfortable as I needed to be. 10 out of 10 recommended for any wheelchair users who wants a suit specifically tailored to their bodies and movement needs. *Also, wheelchair parking right in front. We dropped off velvet suits for our children for alterations. The pants hemmed and the sleeves of the jackets taken up. I spoke in great detail about how I wanted the sleeves and pants to be altered. After marking the garments I was told the children's clothing gets a 50% discount. I was even printed a ticket detailing me how much it would cost. When I arrived to pick up the clothing I was told they will not be honoring the discount because the "way they altered the clothing is the same way they alter adults clothing". I was also told they called me and I agreed to the higher price. This phone conversation DID NOT HAPPEN! This is bad business practice. If any client is told, and even given a printed quote for service, this is the amount they should pay. If for whatever reason the business misrepresented themselves they should still honor a written agreement for services. On top of that they should absolutely not lie about having a phone conversation about it. If anyone is considering having theirs or their children's clothing altered at this business be prepared to pay more than what you are quoted. Bottom of their ticket even reads "With us the customer is always right". I guess this means unless we say otherwise. This business is and will continue to loose clients with these practices. The place had big band and crooner music playing from the 1930s, 40s, and 50s; dapperly dressed staff welcoming you in; the decor is tastefully done with old relics from a civilized high class bygone era; calm and relaxing atmosphere; and excellent customer service from the moment my husband and I entered in. There wasn't enough time for my husband to have a bespoke tuxedo made from scratch, so he began the process of having a made-to-measure tux. The staff is knowledgeable, offer suggestions, very attentive, professional and made you feel like you'd been doing business with them for years. After making the selections, going in for the fittings and the final try on, the tuxedo looked outstanding on my husband. He's 6'2, built, and it's hard to just be able to buy from the rack. The tux was comfortable, the tailor made shirt was a perfect fit, he even was taught by Eddie on how to hand tie a bow tie, and on the day of our black tie event, he felt and looked like a king! I purchased a custom bespoke suit from here and on looking back at my wedding photos, I was reminded about how disappointing my purchase was. First I want to address the pros: - the people here are amazing. Highly personable folks that make you feel welcome every time you come in (after your purchase is made, not much love before my card was swiped) - the experience of visiting a tailor like this was cool and felt like a movie. - they sewed my name in the suit, and that looks cool The short list of pros, leads us to the cons - almost no attention from the staff until you make a purchase - the bespoke creation process is long and exhausting and required 5 return visits, that led up until the day before my wedding (I think someone messed up along the way with the timing, in between appointments, no changes were made and months had passed) - the suit I paid thousands of dollars for was a poorly crafted product that left a good chunk of my wedding pictures unusable - I spent a large portion of my wedding day readjusting the suit because of the way it was made. - before buying this suit, I purchased a suit in the LA alleys for $100 and no disrespect, but the product is comparable. A Happy medium I have learned is a department line that specializes in suits of your size, and then adjusting to your needs. This would have save me $2000. I tried some suits on in a store and without adjusting they would have been better than the custom product I received. - in the last week before my wedding I had to make multiple return trips because of how poorly the pants and adjustments to the jacket were, in between visits. - the night before my wedding the place made last minute adjustments so I could be presentable and it still was a Hail Mary that didn't work. - with any movement, my sleeves shot up above my elbows - the collar of the jacket sat far off the neck and looked very boxy - the seat of the pants was sewn so poorly, that short steps had to be taken and a backup set up pants had to be worn after pictures I am sure I am a one off and most have a good experience, but if you purchase a custom suit learn from my mistakes - have a backup suit - factor in additional time, and lie to them about the due date, because they will push it to the last day - do your homework before going in so you don't get sold on a fun, cool idea and you get the best suit for your occasion read more

I really wanted to like this place. I really did. Good rating on yelp and google. I called to check prices before I came to have my clothing tailored. Was given a price and thought this was reasonable compared to other tailors I've used in the past. I'm new to the area and this place in on my way between work and home. The shop is clean and has a great feel. Old jazz playing and well laid out. My initial feeling was good and if the work was good I'd be here often enough, I'd have been a long term customer. I'm 168cm tall and 73-75cm waistline and 72ish cm inseam, (in American that 5'6" 29" waistline and about 28" inseam) I require most of my clothing to be tailored. It really came down to the Bullshit on their pricing. You get quoted for one amount when you call or drop off and when you pick up it's higher and all you get is a BS excuse about Chino pants being harder to tailor and now it costs more. That is why I will not be coming back and why I'm writing this with one star. I gave them two chances with 4 pairs of pants. The last pair where shit. They over did the waist on the take in the when asked to fix it they just put it back to the Original. And the inside waistband was chopped up. So $22 for nothing. I'm really disappointed and would advise people to stay away. They are untrustworthy and not too skilled. Sorry I know it's hard times now and all but don't waste your money it's hard for everyone. read more
