It also ruined my pristine engine exterior and it smelled like burning oil for months. I was on a mission to find a reliable mechanic shop. I found Family Automotive Group on Yelp and noticed the great rating and excellent reviews. So I came to Family Automotive Group on Friday October 9, 2020 to get an oil change. They were a bit busy with another vehicle, but Brandon told me that they would be finished in an hour. So I went to eat lunch and came back an hour later and he immediately got to work on my truck. He was very careful with my vehicle and completed the oil change in about 15 minutes! I stayed there for a bit longer talking with Brandon and the Mechanic, Luc. They are SUCH genuine and friendly people! The honesty that they provide is EXTREMELY comforting to me, being that I value and take great care of my vehicles.
