Great place for small breeds. They care about their dogs, a customer has to "fit". The breeder worked with me on a special situation. Prices sound high but are reasonable. The website shows what they are selling now.

Anxious dog or difficult traveling to salon - this is your answer. Our 5 year old, 70lb Golden…read moreRetriever Sonny, grew increasingly anxious for trips to the groomer to the point he laid down in the middle of a busy parking lot and refused to move. I learned about Furry Land on a fb neighborhood group. We have used their services for over a year now and we couldn't be happier. Appointments are easy to make online and communication via text messages are convenient. The mobile salon van arrives on time and the groomers are all so nice, professional and caring. This time Grace traveled to us in the frigid Temps (when all the schools are closed type of cold) and greeted us with a smile. She took time to talk to me about Sonny and the plan for the grooming service. She listened and gave Sonny pets and attention before taking him to the van. With Sonny right out front in the van I had less anxiety too and no time traveling to drop him off or pick him up as he was right there. I went about my weekend chores while Sonny got washed and trimmed. After about 1 hour and 20 minutes Sonny and Grace returned and He was still anxious and excited but no car ride to extend his anxiety, I was able to comfort him immediately. While we talking about how the service went and finishing up, Sonny had a little bleeding from his front nail and Grace noticed it and went into action. She examined his paw then ran out to bring in the quick clot and apply. The bleeding stopped right away. Grace reassured us that the bleeding was likely increased due to his anxiety and pressure being up, it would heal and it did. Sonny looked like himself again! No more Grinch Paws and his fur was shiny and soft. Our fluff ball was back. The full service costs about $25-30 more than our previous groomer but it is well worth it for us. Honestly without this option I don't know what we will do so I hope they continue this awesome service for all the pets like our Sonny. Besides all the convenience, I have to say how thankful we are for the great staff! These people are truly all incredible with such sweet personalities that make us feel very comfortable- big big Thank you Grace and team.

Both Melissa and Nick have done phenomenal jobs on her and I am most impressed by how the management communicates! I am VERY particular about the quality of care for every member of my family and do not compromise. Furryland Land exceeds all of my expectations.

Once or twice have even brought things to our attention about the girls that we had yet to notice so I know that they're extremely thorough with their care of them. Reasonably priced (a bit low actually) and great cuts. At one point, we forgot to make our "next" appointment while we were picking up. After several unanswered calls and texts, my husband had to go in person to talk to her to get her to make an appointment. We understand there is no other staff or scheduler to do the Admin work, however a quick text that she would get back to us would have been appreciated. She decided that she was no longer able to groom our senior dog who became fatigued standing for 2+ hours. This is understandable, however the professional choice would have been to inform us of that decision prior to the day of the appointment. (By the way, we walk our dog 1 mile a day and everyone thinks he is a puppy when they meet him. It's not like he is disabled.) She purposefully left us in a bad position with a dog in need during a shortage of groomers taking new clients. A business owner should care about their clients, their reputation, and operating in a fair manner. Get an assistant, proper equipment (to support dog while grooming) and fulfill the commitment. If one no longer wishes to work with a certain customer, give them the courtesy and communicate that with a fair time frame. A business owner in demand CAN pick and choose the clients they wish to serve. It's done all the time. But separate after contracted commitments/appointments have been fulfilled. Unprofessional and discourteous.

Well today I brought my dog in, the same man that I think is their only groomer was there. I could hear my dog yelping, which she's a drama queen sometimes so I thought nothing of. But I kept hearing him scold her, "STOP IT" I was worried but thought there's never been an issue before so waited until he brought her out. Well when she finally came out he told me her quicks were too long and he could barely cut her nails, which has never been an issue the two times before when he's cut her nails. So I said okay and left. Upon getting in my car I saw blood ALL over my dogs leash. NEVER DID HE SAY HE HIT A QUICK just that they were too long, which NO. Groomer previous has ever had an issue with, she gets her nails cut once a month but upon moving to Wisconsin this is the place I UNFORTUNATELY found. well, upon reviewing her paws I realized she was bleeding all over my car seats & car, & that he didn't hit one quick He hit three of them without mentioning anything. My dog is actually traumatized. DO NOT GO HERE. I have a vet appointment Tomorrow since my dog is still limping on one of the paws that had two quicks that took an hour to stop bleeding.
