They are new in this building as they were a few blocks away and moved to this new location at the end of August 2016. This location used to home to a pediatric dentist. I have reviewed the old location but felt it was time to review again since there has been many changes since my last review. No one wants to have problems with their foot or ankle for that matter, but if you do, this is the place to go! Dr. Glenn has been amazing with helping me get back on my owe feet again(no pun intended) a multiple amount of times as most of you are aware. Scheduling an appointment with the office is very easy and in most cases you can get in right way. I reinjured my bad ankle and was able to get in the very next morning, driving directly from the ER to his office.They are very accommodating to your schedule and even have early morning hours. The first appointment time is 8am. And you are in at 8am with no waiting. After taking x-rays and discussing the whole situation with me with the various options available, he put me in a boot again for a few more weeks until he thought it was healed enough to start to weaning me off of it. Then we started physical therapy. The whole staff in the office is great and very caring of your situation. They all remember your name and are genuine happy to see you. They also have some new office staff members since my previous visits who are just are welcoming as the previous staff. Glad to see the office is growing and adding more personal. You are brought back to your room on time. I think that is a plus. Never once did I feel rushed though my appointment with the doctor. He listens to all of your concerns and addresses each and every one of them. And I never felt like he orders necessary x-rays or mri's just because. He takes all your concerns to heart. I never felt he is jumping into extreme procedures with me even I want him to. He is very cautious and willing to try everything possible before making that jump.This is the kind of doctor and office you want to go to if you are having a problem. Even if you don't live in the area, it's worth the trip to know you are going to be listened to and well taken care of. There is ample parking behind the office building. They are in the process of installing a walkway from the back to the front of the building that will be very helpful.The office is very clean and well kept.

This place is really awesome! I got my endoscopy here and the personnel in the back(doctors,…read morenurses, etc) were amazing! I have very bad anxiety when it comes to needles and they really took care of me. A nurse gave me oxygen to make sure that I don't feel the needle she was going to give me while another nurse rubbed my legs and talked me through it. They turned the lights off for me so I could rest a bit, offered me a warm blanket, made jokes, and we're all around amazing and very accommodating! I have been to places where nurses walked out on me, security was called in some, the entire staff with the exception of the front desk would come into the room, etc. This place knew just what to do and didn't make me feel stupid about me being a grown man with an awkward phobia! Thank you! The staff in the front/waiting room were not friendly at all though and one of them were actually rude. The staff(doctors, nurses, etc) in the back where all work is done entirely make up for that though!

This is not my first annoyance with this office, I have called serval times after my visit to speak with the doctor the receptionist politely try's to diagnose me. I am disappointed by the treatment of this staff they think they are better than anyone I am a previous health care professional and would never treat patients with disrespect or be condescending , unfortunately this is who my insurance company has me coming to.
