Gym is 24 hours, sometimes. Only when they feel like it, I guess. I am only posting because this keeps happening. I've spoken to the office, left messages...maybe this review will prompt more attention to the matter.

If you're a part of the Preserve community, this is a great place to hold your event or gathering. There's a room upstairs that can be booked for 20 or less guests. And the multi-purpose room accommodates up to 115 people. I was a little surprised at how much the rental fee costs, given we pay HOA, but it is nice and spacious. Also, the fee doesn't include clean up costs, but includes a security guy... kinda strange in my opinion. With a media room and pool table room, there's a lot to do to entertain yourself and/or your friends. The Preserves did a great job in planning this community parkhouse.

Eastvale Athletics is amazing! If you want to get moving and get healthy, this is the place to go…read more Everyone is so friendly and motivated. It's the best gym ever. I signed up for personal training and nutrition there with Paul and it was the best decision I ever made. He has completely changed my life. Before I met him, I had no control over my eating and for 9 years I was trying everything I could to get back in shape. Home workouts. Kickboxing. Carb Cycling. Virtual Personal Training (due to COVID). Nothing was working. I was starting to give up hope, but I never wanted to accept that this was "the new me." The only thing that ever worked for me was having a personal trainer in person. So in January, I signed up. At the time, I had a different nutrition coach with a third-party, but things clearly weren't working because I continued to gain weight even after I started working out with Paul. In March, I switched my nutrition plan to him and the transformation began. Day 1 was at Disneyland of all places, but I made it happen. The reason why I was able to make it work was because Paul left all the food choices up to me. All he did was help me figure out my protein count, max calories, and max fat and carbs. The rest was up to me! It was very nerve wracking at first and felt like so much work tracking everything I was eating, but overtime it became second nature. I can't even BELIEVE how much I've changed in such little time! I'm currently down 40 pounds and counting! And in case you're wondering, I did this without a single injection. No GLP-1 for me! HUGE shout out to Paul! I couldn't have done ANY of this without you. #EastvaleAthletics #EAStrong #PersonalTraining #NutritionCoach

This gym is completely unrecognizable from what it used to be. What once felt like a true community…read morenow feels like a corporate rebrand that forgot the people who built it. The culture has shifted away from the diverse, welcoming vibe that reflected Ontario and into a loud, performative, hyper- bro, heavy metal/rock atmosphere. It's not technically "bro only," but if you're not part of that energy, you're effectively invisible. When new ownership came in, they fired the long-time employees who made the gym feel like home, and since then the environment has become uncomfortable and oddly transactional. The vibe now feels performative rather than genuine. The trainers are loud for the sake of being loud, hyped to an almost cracked-out level that feels disingenuous instead of motivating. The favoritism is impossible to miss. I'm here weekly, and Miguel, the owner, has never once acknowledged my existence. No hello. No nod. No eye contact. Meanwhile, he's fist-bumping the men on either side of me like it's a frat boy reunion. Every. Single. Time. As a woman, it's hard not to see the pattern. He'll happily engage with the conventionally attractive women, but if you're just a normal person trying to work out, you're ignored. If you're not ripped, or radiating alpha energy, you're background noise. It's giving used car salesman confidence with a dash of outdated male chauvinism.. A gym should empower people and make them feel welcome, not dismissed or overlooked. It's genuinely disappointing to watch a once inclusive space push away the very community that made it successful in the first place. P.s. please diversify the music again! We need some reggaton, rap, and EDM... It's missing some Ontario culture.

The workout itself looked intense and pushed the class to the edge. No one was coasting, and the pace stayed high the entire time. Her motivation felt real, not forced, and it showed in the effort everyone was giving. Even just watching from the side, it was obvious her energy is unmatched. She's the kind of coach that makes people push harder and stay engaged.

I've been coming to this location for a while now and have to say that the condition of both of the saunas is pretty disgusting. My husband even jokes that I might catch ringworm. I heard one guy telling someone, "you know how I know they don't clean? This paper towel or wipe has been on the ground here every day this week." Twice now, I've noticed a really foul smell in the infrared sauna and it makes me think something is growing in there. The last time I tried to go in there, I didn't even make it 10 seconds before walking right back out. It's gross. This week, a lady had to point out a nail in the seat so the guy sitting next to her didn't get snagged up. Clearly nobody is going in and doing checks. Why aren't they doing daily cleanings and sanitization in there at the very least? The staff has always been super nice and friendly, in my experience. I've only gone to the smoothie bar once but the staff was great and the drink was amazing! When I'm coming in or leaving or even when I've had to ask questions a couple of times, I'm always met with a pleasant staff member. Just hope they start putting some regular sauna cleaning procedures in place.

If I could put a zero to the review if I would…read more Whole situation was because after I was told by LA fitness when I got injured. my membership was freezed/canceled still had charges from the bank and I reported cancelled. Turned out they had two accounts of me. This is my updated review "I just learned that 'Christian' is the General Manager of this location. Honestly, as amusing as is this, explained a lot. As a small business owner, this entire situation is mind-blowing to me. Mistakes happen in every business. Billing errors happen. Miscommunication happens. What should never happen is a manager speaking to a customer with disrespect, constantly interrupting them, blaming them, and refusing to take accountability. If one of my employees treated a customer the way I was treated, they would be facing serious consequences immediately. Not because a mistake was made, but because of the attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for the customer experience. What I experienced felt less like customer service and more like a membership collection machine. I called because I was physically injured and unable to use the gym. I was told by another employee that I was not being charged anything and that everything was fine. Based on that information, I believed the issue had been resolved. Months later, I discovered I had continued to be charged. Instead of taking responsibility for the misinformation, I was blamed for not checking my bank account often enough. The most shocking part was being told that I should have been checking my bank account every day. As a single mother running a business seven days a week, I found that response insulting, dismissive, and completely disconnected from reality. One bad employee can hurt a business. A General Manager can define it. I hope the Regional Manager reads this review because this isn't just about a billing dispute. It's about how customers are treated. accountability was nonexistent, empathy was nonexistent, and the focus seemed to be on collecting fees rather than resolving a legitimate concern. I genuinely liked this gym and intended to return once my shoulder recovered. Instead, I canceled my membership and will never return. Christian didn't just lose a customer--he permanently changed my opinion of this location and the LA Fitness brand. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with LA Fitness in Chino." I suffered a serious shoulder injury and have been going through physical therapy. Since I was physically unable to use the gym, I called to freeze or cancel my membership. The employee who answered looked up my information and told me I wasn't being charged anything and that everything was fine. Based on that information, I believed the issue had been handled. They had two accounts of me based on where I lived and the number I changed. No further questions or concerns. Months later, I discovered I had continued to be charged approximately $40 per month. As a single mother working seven days a week, I don't review every transaction every day, and I trusted the information provided by LA Fitness staff. Afterward, Christian called me to discuss the account. Instead of listening to what had happened, he repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over me, very rudely and said it's illegal if I record. I didn't. and became argumentative. The conversation felt more focused on defending the charges and convincing me to keep paying than understanding why I had originally called to freeze my membership due to a legitimate injury. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of accountability. I was given incorrect information by LA Fitness, continued to be charged, and was then blamed for not catching it sooner. When I asked Christian what he would do if he were in my situation, he told me he would check his bank account every day. That response was dismissive, unrealistic, and unhelpful. I never asked for anything unreasonable. I wasn't trying to avoid paying. I simply wanted to temporarily freeze my membership while recovering from a serious shoulder injury. Instead, I received misinformation, continued billing, and poor customer service. LA Fitness may have a good gym, but customer service matters too. Also anyone knows how to deal with this situation let me know. This Christian had promised me a $40 refund and then he took it back. If I want to freeze I have to pay $10 anyway which was also okay. But his attitude poked me and I feel humiliated so I decided for that I would pay for the fee and walk away forever. Also, this is the gym that's in for your money. Please be careful.
