I really wanted to like it here more than I did. Our server was very sweet but they were very understaffed and it was super slow. We were there almost an hour before we got our salads and appetizers. Cheese bread was great. Bruschetta and meatballs were just okay. Tomato basil soup was good and chicken Caesars came with no chicken. The entree took so long we just canceled because we were already pretty full. Cute place and wish we could have tried the pasta. Maybe another visit would be better. Ours was unfortunate. read more

We were very impressed!! This place is so good!!!! We came on Valentine's Day but didn't have a reservation they still made room for us on the patio and made sure we had a heater right next to us. Absolutely loved our dinner at Pressa! Not only was our server so kind and when out of her way to take care of us, but the food was so good. Somehow it's a great spot to dress up and have a cute date or casual dinner after a day in the sun. We got the homemade focaccia which was insanely good, as well as the brussel sprouts, pizza and lasagna. 10/10 loved all of it and will be back. Side note, the bathroom so super cute. read more

This was a pretty disappointing experience. One single waitress was the only staff we observed during our entire lunch. Multiple tables were seated and she was having to seat them all, take and bring drinks, take everyone's orders, bring out everyone's food, and buss every single table in between all of this. I felt terrible for her. She brought us a few of our dishes and then stopped to buss a table, because the rest of our food wasn't ready. 10 minutes later some more of our dishes were ready, so she brought them out. Still we didn't have all of our food. Half our table completely finished their meals while 2 people still didn't have theirs. I eventually walked up to the counter to ask about it. The waitress was obviously fighting back tears (I don't blame her) and said our last dish was almost ready. I told her we were all finished eating, could she just box it up, which she did. I don't know what happened today with staffing, but a manager or someone should have been there to either help her out, or close the restaurant. That one girl couldn't take care of 6-7 tables on her own and shouldn't have been expected to. The food: pizzas were greasy, pasta was so overcooked that it mushed up when trying to pick it up with a fork, bruschetta bread wasn't toasted at all so turned soggy under the tomatoes. The good: location is very pretty, the waitress was very nice and sweet despite being complete overwhelmed. read more

My husband and I decided to eat here on our last night in town. When I say the food was excellent, I do not exaggerate. Veronica was our server and she was fabulous and when we were torn between two dishes she suggested what she would pick. We got the bruschetta appetizer and it was phenomenal. For our entrees, I got the parmigiana chicken and my husband got the lasagna. The lasagna is the best we've ever had! So different but amazing. We were so sad we came here our last night and not our first, because we would have eaten here every night! Can't wait to come back to town to eat here! read more

Great atmosphere and great food presentation. Large wine selection. The only reason it is a 4 star and not a 5 is the portion size and not enough sauce. The lasagna is pricy and size of a kid dish. We stumbled on this place looking for a coffee shop in the same center and came back for dinner. Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff and amazing food. I had the Pollo Al Marsala and it was the absolutely delicious. The wine suggested by our server was perfect as well. My 14 year old granddaughter was so impressed she gave my daughter a complete review of the dish when she arrived home. Five Stars! read more

It was a mixed experience. They didn't have a table for 6, so we had to split up our group at two separate tables. The table I sat at had no leg room was the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Perfect place for a girls night. The food was super fresh and the service was fantastic.

We went to celebrate out wedding anniversary. We were seated and our waitress brought us water, and asked if we were ready to order. We were still looking at the menu and asked her to give just a minute to look at the menu. She never came back. We waited and waited, people who were seated after us and had a different waitress already had their food. Our waitress came to the table next to us, poured them water, didn't even look at us, turned around and walked away. We decided to leave. As we were walking out the door the man from the table next to us came up and said are you waiting? He did not introduce himself so we were not sure who he was. My husband told him we were waiting to be waited on. He said we can get your food out fast. Again not sure who he was I'm assuming the manager or owner, he did not ask what was wrong or say sorry for the bad service. We went to Roma Italian in Broken Bow, had a nice dinner and wonderful service. Can not recommend Pressa Italian Restaurant. We will not be going back. read more

Short staff during weekend. We waited around 15 mins just to get the menu. 30 min of waiting to get lunch pizza ($22) and pasta ($17). The ziti penny pasta was extremely cold and also forgot to bring the salad. Not worth to pay this much of price for the quality and never coming back. read more

I liked this place. The white wine selection is good, and the pasta bolognese was excellent. Service was good as well. It's clean and has a nice atmosphere. Maybe a bit overpriced for what it is but that's sort of expected in a tourist area. The only critique we had was that my husband ordered the Diavola pizza, and it left something to be desired. The crust is very good but they literally covered it with crushed red pepper. It overpowered the other toppings and even gave it a crunch that seemed out of place. Maybe that was just a mistake but it made him think he should've ordered a different pizza. Also if you come in with just 2 people they might seat you at a tiny table. Lol. We probably could have just asked to move but we didn't. I definitely recommend the bolognese and the Pino Gris they have right now. read more

We were here a month ago and ordered sandwiches which had such fresh French bread. The sandwich was great!! We came here today and they have changed to a rosemary focaccia bead. It was not good. The top was hard as a rock. Very difficult to eat. The waitress that was their best seller. What if you don't like rosemary. At least give people a choice. read more
