It was a mixed experience. They didn't have a table for 6, so we had to split up our group at two separate tables. The table I sat at had no leg room was the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. We were here yesterday, the food and service was awful. Ordered three meals, we were told they ran out of lasagna, the waitress suggested bolognese, bland and noodles were overcooked. We also ordered fettuccine alfredo, we received a child's order, placed another order and never received it. No bread was served. We will not return. read more

We went to celebrate out wedding anniversary. We were seated and our waitress brought us water, and asked if we were ready to order. We were still looking at the menu and asked her to give just a minute to look at the menu. She never came back. We waited and waited, people who were seated after us and had a different waitress already had their food. Our waitress came to the table next to us, poured them water, didn't even look at us, turned around and walked away. We decided to leave. As we were walking out the door the man from the table next to us came up and said are you waiting? He did not introduce himself so we were not sure who he was. My husband told him we were waiting to be waited on. He said we can get your food out fast. Again not sure who he was I'm assuming the manager or owner, he did not ask what was wrong or say sorry for the bad service. We went to Roma Italian in Broken Bow, had a nice dinner and wonderful service. Can not recommend Pressa Italian Restaurant. We will not be going back. read more

Yes! Yes! Yes! Enjoyed a light lunch today with the caprese sandwich and fruit. The meal was not only delicious, but the presentation was simply beautiful. Our server, Taola, was welcoming, very attentive, and just delightful. very cute atmosphere but food was incredibly bland for being "italian" out of everyone at the table the only decent meals were the cold sandwiches, our server laloa i believe was honestly kinda rude i understand our group was large and might've been frustrating but as a server myself it just wasn't up to standard with the price that we were paying and the auto grat for our group size. she was also just a poor server in general she didn't seem to know what she was doing and couldn't be bothered to offer anything to drink besides water pitchers and quite a few of our dishes were served cold it was just immensely disappointing read more

I liked this place. The white wine selection is good, and the pasta bolognese was excellent. Service was good as well. It's clean and has a nice atmosphere. Maybe a bit overpriced for what it is but that's sort of expected in a tourist area. The only critique we had was that my husband ordered the Diavola pizza, and it left something to be desired. The crust is very good but they literally covered it with crushed red pepper. It overpowered the other toppings and even gave it a crunch that seemed out of place. Maybe that was just a mistake but it made him think he should've ordered a different pizza. Also if you come in with just 2 people they might seat you at a tiny table. Lol. We probably could have just asked to move but we didn't. I definitely recommend the bolognese and the Pino Gris they have right now. read more

We were here a month ago and ordered sandwiches which had such fresh French bread. The sandwich was great!! We came here today and they have changed to a rosemary focaccia bead. It was not good. The top was hard as a rock. Very difficult to eat. The waitress that was their best seller. What if you don't like rosemary. At least give people a choice. read more

Disappointing, sorry to say, in both service and food. We went on a busy Thursday night, so perhaps that was a factor. Seated on patio, which was charming, but then forgotten. After telling someone behind the bar, she immediately came out to take care of us, apologized for delay, and provided excellent service. We had pasta con pollo, bruschetta, and carmel cake. Although sauce and veggies were terrific, pasta was tough, and the entire dish was closer to warm than hot. Had we alerted waitress she'd no doubt have corrected it, but we were hungry. The flavor of the bruschetta topping was "eh," surprising given quality of fresh ingredients on hand, and had too much liquid for the bread. (AMAZING bruschetta at Local Habit, so do yourself a favor and try it!) The cake, too, was just ok. The wine selection was excellent, and the cheese offerings were phenomenal...next time I'll try those! read more

Was in town for the weekend and a group of 8 of us were excited to eat something other than American food especially with the great reviews. Upon arrival it seemed as though our large party was an inconvenience although we called ahead and came at 5:30 to try and be there before dinner rush. We're told we can't make reservations when we called prior but when we got there we're told we should've made a reservation. The food took almost an hour and a half to come out. Our meatballs were freezing cold. Twice. Our main dishes were not good except for the bolognese which was great. Other than that we sadly would not recommend. read more

Food was really good here, and the place was very modern and trendy. It's a cool little place and we were excited to stop in. Our server was good and attentive. We did have one problem. We were there with our kids and they didn't have a kids menu. No big deal, some places don't. The waiter told us they can make a cheese pizza or a bowl of pasta with marinara. Fantastic, that's very helpful. The problem was with the prices. It was a nice spot so I could understand a kids pasta being $10-$15...but no, it was $23 per kid. I have a bunch of kids, so the 3x bowl of pasta and 2x cheese pizza cost us $113 and that didn't count the other 3 meals, appetizers, or drinks (which are all bottles and around $4). By the time we added in tip our meal was over $300, which is nuts for our group. The food is good but not $300 good. I'm guessing our family isn't necessarily the clientele Pressa Italia is looking for, which is fine. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you are wanting to pay $25+ per kid with your group. read more

That was the best food I've put in my mouth, ever, period. I got one of the salads, it was perfect portions, perfect dressing, and I didn't feel overstuffed when I was done. The place is beautiful and our server Dottie absolutely topped the place off, she was smiling the whole time walking around making sure people were comfortable, knew the menu, and just went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this place ANY DAY! Above and beyond service, food, and presentation. I will drive back to broken bow from Tulsa just for this restaurant I'm not kidding. Good customer service, good pizza, but prices way too high! If you're from Texas, the pizza is more expensive than serious pizza and it's not even half of the slice. The pizza is okay, not mind blowing, and wait time for a pizza is an hour! Would rather go to McDonald's than come here again. read more

I couldn't be more disappointed. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. My friends and I recently visited Broken Bow and decided to eat here. We tried to make a reservation a couple of hours before since we had 8 people. We were told that reservations aren't possible but when we get there we are told the empty tables inside are for reservations. The host was rude from the second we walked in. We have to then sit outside where it had just rained 39 minutes prior. They wouldn't even dry my table or chairs off. I ended up going inside to myself for more materials to dry our chairs. We then order meat balls that come back completely cold. I was told that's how they are. After some back in fourth they take my meat balls back and they are cold again coming out. The best they said they could do was put my current plate in the microwave which is issane for a restaurant to say. I then got completely hard and cold pasta after waiting 90 minutes to eat. They didn't care about anything we had to say and completely dismissed us. This is the result of Dallas business owners putting restaurants they can't manage properly from afar. I would DEFIANTLY NOT go to this place to eat. Nobody wants to spend over $100 for two people with awful service and even worse food. read more
