Staff are friendly but service of items is TERRIBLE. Not reliable. Dropped my white comforter off to be cleaned. 5 weeks later it still has not been cleaned. I have checked back each week. 1st week I was patient that it wasn't ready as indicated on the ticket. They shared it was the holiday and back logged but I would receive a text when it was ready. 2nd week I was told household items take longer. 3rd. Week They confirmed the plant had it and would be ready (to no avail). 4th Week they said the ticket must have fallen off and it was at the plant but would get it straightened out. 5th Week I just asked that they return my $300 duvet so I can have it cleaned elsewhere. Waiting to hear back on ETA when I can pick it up.

T-shirt alteration that was done .. does this look scoop neck? Not.

Took four t-shirts to the Pressed for Time location on Baseline in Mesa to have the neck altered to scoop/rounded neck line. This was my third time, the first two times still was not scoop neck. The girl at the front desk took a picture of a t-shirt I had on, and I told her this is the way I want them to look. She did not communicate or show the seamstress this picture thus me having to take back for third time. The shirts have been cut twice already so there's no room for error a third time. The people in the front desk look at me like I'm an enemy and shouldn't be a little perturbed over this. Well, I am, after having to take them back three times. These are brand new t-shirts from a cruise and not worn yet. Very poor service and communication. Met with seamstress this morning, instead of hoping the communication is passed on a third time, and she appeared confused with a scoop neck appearance. I wore a shirt this morning, once again, to show how I would like for it to look as there is no room for error this time. I said to her if you don't think you can do it I will take them somewhere else. I didn't trust the look I was getting from her, so I decided at that moment, it's best to take them elsewhere. Will never be back to this cleaners for any kind of service. I wouldn't even give it a one star, but you have to select one. To top it off, the people at the front could careless. They say they use a third party .. okay .. well, that doesn't let you off the hook because my dealings and communication were through you. You advertise for alterations, therefore, you are on the hook. Won't be back for anything with this place.

I liked the service and have used this location for years but this is over the top! 3 sweaters $17.85 1 shirt $5.50 1 slacks 5.95 Absolutely outragous and boarders on price gouging!  I hate to say it but this will likely be my last visit.

I have never seen a cup not touch the shoe. Nice job you're an inch and a half short for the break in the pants leg.

I've been bringing my dress shirts to Pressed for Time ever since I encountered a drunk clerk at Careful Cleaners.

Thank you for everything. The change has been seamless to me personally. I appreciate the new…read morestandards and cleanliness. Grateful customer.

ZERO STARS! First…read moreof all, I understand that it's just a laundromat; however, I've been overlooking the small things until finally I can't be silent anymore. I've been coming to this laundromat consistently for 7 years and periodically for an additional 3 years. So when I see the new owners trying to claim 'their new machines' know they are NOT NEW they have been there for over 10 years, the only new thing added to them was about 3 years ago when they replaced all the coin and card readers with their laundry card. In all that time they never raised prices, the only time I can recall was when they retrofitted their machines for the card, it went up about 75 cents, whereas new management has nearly tripled the cost of the machine. Also, the machines are not cleaned regularly as they used to be, causing you to spend more money to rinse the smell from your clothes, which is probably exactly why they are not using the enzyme cleaner in the machines anymore, so you pay more money for their incompetence. In those ten years, the staff was always there, always welcoming, and even helped when not asked. (David helped me carry laundry baskets when I was heavily pregnant without me even asking.) Now the once-friendly staff has been replaced by a single Hispanic woman who is rude, inattentive, and just plain ignorant. I've watched her vaping out front right in front of the no-smoking signs, and within 20 feet of the entrances to the neighboring business. I've watched her disappear in the back with a man who was not an employee or customer for the 3 hours I was there, only coming out to tell people off or drive away business. (Once a desperate dad that needed a bathroom for his daughter was told that they were for customers only, even after he offered to buy something from the vending machine, still turned away. The second instance was an older man who just needed one load of laundry done, I assume he was a snowbird passing through or flying north for the summer; he had to wait almost 10 minutes for her to emerge from the back only to be told he needs to pay for a card to then pay to do one load of laundry. He took his business elsewhere.) Tonight was the cherry on top. I didn't realizes she was even there until she came out at about 7:40 and locked the primary sliding doors. A few minutes later a man that had been there doing his laundry for the past two hours came to get his things out of the dryer to which the attendant tried to tell him off saying that they are closed. (It was 7:50 by the way and the sign says LAST LOAD AT 8.) The man was not very happy and proceeded to tell her his laundry is already in the dryers. She let him in and he asked why she was locking the primary sliding doors, every response she gave was pissy and ignorant. "Well I always lock these doors at 8" to which the gentleman let her know that it is illegal for a business to lock the primary doors during business hours, even pointed to the sign on the doors that read "This door is to remain locked during business hours." They exchanged a few other words, no raised voices or crude language, just the man telling her that was she was doing was illegal, and that she could power the doors down so they won't open, but she can't lock them until the customers are gone. She was very dismissive of his concerns, and when he said he had every right to tell her management and the fire marshall, to which she ignorantly replied "Go ahead". I finished up and started to head out when I noticed that the single front door had no emergency exit signage at all, and when I glanced back at the rear door, there was a metal bar across it. No clearly marked emergency exits. It sucks that the once nice, homey, and friendly place to do laundry has turned into a corporate shell of what it used to be. Clinical walls, prices gouged vending machines, and a one very rude and elusive attendant who thinks she can do no wrong and seems like she would rather be any other place the there. Probably why she has her gentleman caller in the back with her so often. I'm not surprised at all that this place doesn't have the business it used to. It's really a damn joke. I don't know how this place stays clean, the attendant is never there, where as previously the staff was always on the floor cleaning or helping people.
