When you walked in, no one at the cash register, you have to call and make noise for them to come out. When you buy drinks, makes sure you check expiration date. Tonight was my second time here at the Pressed Juicery and both of my experiences here, were excellent. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Sure the juices are a little on the higher side, but you are paying for the freshness and the quality. I had the 6 juices for 30 dollar deal and it was definitely worth it. Not only did it taste delicious, its also guilt free, and healthy too! More than the juices, my favorite is the "freeze" froyo type of deal goodness. So so good! Even in this snowy weather, I find myself craving it every time. I appreciate that this store is open until 10pm, which is perfect for me, being that I'm off work around 9pm. We enjoy this juice but we had the worst customer service this evening! We arrived at 8:30 to an employee counting money out of the cash register. We then asked if they were open and they said yes and that they were open until 9:00. We stood there for at least 10 minutes while they continued counting and were completely ignored. Finally we turned around and left without a word from the employee. You need to serve your customers until closing and doing so should be top priority. read more

I've had my first taste at the location in Westlake center and I've been dreaming about my next visit ever since. I wanted to try the vanilla freeze since the machine at westlake wasn't working, but sadly this location's vanilla wasn't working either, wth! Some weird coincidence??? I tried the matcha freeze again in hopes of liking it as much as the strawberry, but nope, it didn't happen. Matcha freeze had a very familiar taste, almost a hint of root beer, which was intriguing. I ordered the strawberry freeze of course sans toppings since I brought my own this time around to save an extra buck lol I signed up for their rewards program and lucky me had this one free for my birthday! I was a little sad I didn't opt for the bigger size with allll their toppings (this was before I knew they gave free any size loaded freezes for your birthday), but that's okay bc my appetite wasn't big enough for the bigger size anyway. I have been very intrigued by the soft-serve pictures on the window so I came in last night to try them when my friend said she will treat me to dessert. The lady working the register said we can try the flavors. I tried macha and strawberry and she tried strawberry and chocolate. These are non-dairy soft-serves. After tasting the chocolate, my friend whispered to me, "It's not very good." I told her that the strawberry one tasted like Jamba Juice (which was what she wanted originally) and she tried and agreed. But that did not close the deal since she still decided that she didn't like it enough and she really wants cream in her soft-serve. I felt bad for having tasted the soft-serve and not ordering anything so I got a Strawberry Freeze with almond butter and fresh strawberry pieces. It was good enough, the almond butter got grainy as it hit the cold freeze. Overall, it was a very healthy tasting dessert with no added sugar. But.. if you are looking for that rich creamy flavor, you won't find it in these freezes. To me it was like a healthy smoothie soft serve style with very yummy toppings. They had fresh strawberries, blueberries, semi sweet chocolate chips, granola, almonds, coconut flakes, almond butter and more. I believe they rotate and have seasonal flavors for their freezes. I'm sure they have much more options for their juices, but I didn't look into it. When I went yesterday it was currently chocolate, vanilla, mango turmeric, and coconut. I would say it is on the more pricey side averaging around 6 dollars for the small size. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this (though some would), but it is worth a sample ! The Asian girl that works here is super nice, it's always busy when I come but she gets the line moving and does her job really well. I never have a problem, but I recently came here and there was another employee who brought her kids to work. I thought it was super funny while I was waiting in line. The child goes mommy mommy and they employee who's the mother tells the kids to "SHUT UP!" We're over here waiting in line I was trying to hold in my laugh but I couldn't so I left. I love their marketing strategy as they're great on social media and do a great job of sending deals through their mailing lists. Yes, the prices can be fairly steep for a juice $6-9; BUT they constantly offer deals like 4 for $20 mix and match or right now they have 5 for $20 to encourage a celery cleanse. They also have amazing matcha soft serve! The Bellevue location is great. It's in the Lodge across from PF Chang's, next to the Starbucks. The service is usually really good except for my most recent trip when the cashier was in the store alone and proceeded to tell me to " wait a minute" while she finished a text message. I do a two day cleanse every 2-3 weeks and I feel amazing afterwards. My review is specific to the Bellevue shop. I travel to all the cities that Pressed Juicery is located. I love it because I get to be healthy while working/traveling. But whenever I come home, I come here and find that this store has the worst customer service. I've been trying to juice it more lately. I went through what was popular here as I haven't tried anything here. I tried the greens 3. It sounds like something I get from a few other juice bars that I like. Apple, cucumber, celery, lemon, spinach ginger kale and parsley which sounds like a great combo. The drink had this spicy mouth flavor to me which I wasn't expecting so it was a major turn off. I also got the dark chocolate and peanut butter seed bar and the the chocolate peanut butter protein balls. I thought they would be more home made I get it it was packaged food. The dark chocolate seed bar was amazing. The protein bar came in a package that frustrated me lol. It was child proof I guess. Took me 10 mins to open it. All that work for a ho hun bite to eat that was expensive. The seed bar was 2.95 I could have had a couple of those. The protein ball was $4. Wasn't great. I wish the description of the drink said it had a kick to it. I would have ordered something else. I drank it and regretted it later as it made my stomach upset. read more

Every time I'm in Bellevue I can't help but stop by this place for dessert. While I've never had a juice, the freezes are excellent! The ingredients are all natural and they have the dietary information easily accessible. You know the one, the guy/gal that has to sample every flavor. It was late and there were no other customers so I went crazy, four flavors My favorite thus far is the greens and strawberry almond. I'm a huge fan of the freezes. I love the green freeze with almonds, almond butter, and coconut. There is nutrition information available and they always let you sample things. It sounds like the fruit flavor is a rotating/seasonal flavor. When I last visited, it was strawberry almond. They also have a rewards program. I believe you get one free juice when you spend $100. I got the beet juice as a reward, and it was great. If you are sensitive to sugar, they know exactly which juices have the lowest or the highest amount of sugar. I bought a juice cleanse here (I believe it was Cleanse 2), and found that some of the juices were so overly sweet that I had to dilute them with their aloe water, which was recommended to go with the cleanse (which was fine, because the aloe water by itself is not the tastiest). I love Pressed Juicery! I had their green freeze last year and I was hooked. I drove from SeaTac to Bellevue just to get my juice on yesterday and was not disappointed. The girls behind the counter were so helpful and accommodating. One of them explained to me that the green freeze will likely not be back because it was almond based and the consistency wasn't uniform with the other freezes. However, they had the 3 for $15 special going and though I wasn't heading straight home, I couldn't resist. So one of the girls packed some ice for me (since these juices shouldn't go in refrigerated for more than 2 hours) and gave me double bags so I could make the most of my trip! She was patient and let me sample a number of juices. Amazing service. As for the juice, the seasonal watermelons are what I dream about! Especially the Watermelon Mint. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - I love ice cream, and I have very high standards for my ice cream. When my aunt told me Pressed has "healthy ice cream" but it's not actually ice cream at all, it's a "freeze," I was definitely skeptical, but I tried to set my expectations right. I told myself the freeze would be more similar to Italian ice than ice cream, which really helped my expectations rather than comparing the freeze to ice cream! Overall, I enjoyed the chocolate freeze and it was a nice, light, palate-cleansing dessert after dinner when you maybe don't want to eat a ton of sugar that late in the day. The toppings & sauce options allow you to jazz up your freeze, which is honestly a little boring on its own. Bear in mind that the regular price for a freeze is close to $7, which I'm not sure I would be willing to pay on a regular basis, but it's a good occasional treat or worth checking out if they have a deal going on! Pressed Juicery also has bottled juices which I haven't tried yet, and while I don't buy into the juice cleanse trend, which Pressed Juicery uses to promote their juices, I would be curious to try some of these bottled juices in the future. read more

What was going to replace my best-bet for getting delicious, but healthy, food? Enter: Pressed Juicer! Atmosphere: There's no where to sit in this place. But, since it's in the Bellevue lodge, you can easily grab a cozy spot right outside near the fireplace. or explore the different floors if you can't find a spot. The Food: So, I love the fact that you can easily find their menus/calorie info online + their menus have every ingredient listed, so you know what you're getting. The staff is also wonderful at offering you different samples if you seem unsure. I've gotten the Roots2, the Matcha Latte (hot), and the Vanilla Freeze (+ toppings). -Roots 2: Great if you're looking for some variety outside of the typical green juices, but hate the taste of beets. I loved this one! -Matcha Latte: It was a particularly cold day, so I wanted a warm drink. Pressed actually offers some coffee/latte options, so if you don't want a cold drink, definitely check out some of the coffee options. The Matcha Latte was pretty standard. Not too powdery, had a light taste, and left you with a feeling that you were still being healthy! -Vanilla Freeze: I can't believe these freezes are so low-calorie! These don't taste like ice cream dupes, but still help satisfy your sweet tooth. I'm actually more of a chocolate person, but check out the vanilla--It's surprisingly good. They have a variety of toppings, like honey, fruits, coconut flakes, etc., because how can you have a freeze without some toppings? The Service: Honestly, I would have given this place 3 stars (AKA: A-OK), for having good, but overpriced, juices. But, the service here really knocked it out of the park. The folks who work here are patient, friendly, and actually offer up different samples for you to taste! So be warned, if you're in line, the wait will be long. AMAZING service from Abby in Bellevue! I'd just come from a doozy of a yoga class, so I was pretty spacy and looking for a detox or protein bar for the bus ride home. Abby is a fellow yogi, so we chatted about that while she poured me some samples. I'd had Pressed Juicery before at popups and such but never bothered to learn much about the individual juices and their benefits. Abby was super knowledgeable, schooling me on detox and rehydration. Signed up for the membership (she earned it!) and ended up with a date bar, plus the 3 for $15 promotion they have going on. Get the golden milk while you can, it's a light yet filling recovery drink for people who don't have much of a sweet tooth. The date bar was chewy (I'd been warned!) kind of like an old Clif bar, but with so much protein I can't complain. Loved the blueberry flavor. The interior of the store was very pretty, and I enjoyed the aesthetic they were going for. The staff was very friendly, and kind enough to explain and let us try various drinks. PROS: -good juices + freezes -friendly, welcoming staff -wide variety of juices -straightforward menu - good location - healthy choices! CONS: -slightly overpriced (regular price is ~$6-7 per juice) - wait time was a little long (could be faster, but this is because staff caters individually to everyone) I will be back again, I enjoyed their choices of juices and their freezes! Pressed Juicery makes a good product. However their customer service sucks. I had bought well over $2000 worth of product and had accumulated over 2000 points. One day I was unable to login I emailed the helpdesk and they suggested I try creating a new account with the same email which I did. the new account worked but the points were gone. I emailed them March 28 about this and never heard back ever. I emailed several times trying to get a status ... nothing. I even sent a PDF of my bank account showing all the transactions that I had paid for in case they thought I was trying to scam them for points. No response. Worst of all they continue to deduct money based on the old account. Which I'm not able to access I've gotten so fed up I've asked them to close the account and refund the money this was on May 5. Pressed Juicery has arrived in the Seattle area! Having lived in California the last few years, I saw firsthand the craze and how fast the company expanded. This new location opened recently in March. Kevin B did a great job of helping me sample a lot of my favorite drinks including the Greens 3 and Roots 3, which in my opinion are the best ones in their respective categories. They have a popular 5 drinks for $30 deal that allows you to get a discount, and they also give you free drinks when you sign up for their rewards program. They were kind enough to sample a few since this was the first time I was in! I tried a few of their best sellers, as indicated by their juice list. There wasn't one that I didn't like! I ended up purchasing the Greens 3 and really loved it. I like that the earthy flavors aren't super overpowering, thus making it easy to drink. I found this place on Yelp believe it or not and started my way to try and locate it you'll understand this as I get further along. I get out then I started using Google to find this place again I cannot locate it I finally do located it's at the end of the street if you would in it the differential the buildings actually White on the outside. so I go through some double doors into the entry and find the spot immediately to my right it is all white you cannot miss it. I ordered a number 3 on the pressed juice menu. I believe there are six different numbers that you can order. The number three consisted of kale spinach Romaine parsley cucumber celery Apple lemon and ginger. The juice is very good I had to shake it up a bit but nonetheless it was good and for $6. 50 I thought it was a pretty good deal... I will be going back. Pressed Juicery in The Lodge offers a variety health beverages and treats. I tend to order the chocolate Pressed Freeze with fresh toppings. This is a refreshing and guilt free treat and the variety of toppings allows you to mix it up each time. While the Pressed Freeze is not as satisfying as traditional ice cream or frozen yogurt, it isn't marketed as such and is much healthier. Service at the Bellevue location tends to be slow as there aren't many people working the counter. However, I never have trouble finding seating which makes it the perfect place to stop in for an afternoon treat. It's gonna be a three from me! read more

Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews on customer service. Was my first time inside a Pressed Juicery and I was looking to do one of the cleanses. I had no idea what to order or if I could substitute certain juices for others with more protein. The girl helping me was incredibly nice and helpful!! I don't recall her name but she had a lip ring. She let me sample the almond cacao juice to make sure I liked it as I was subbing for one of the green juices to get more protein.
