Went in yesterday to try the "freeze". I got a chocolate/vanilla mix. It tasted really good; I love that it's made with real wholesome ingredients; no refined sugars or artificial flavors/colors. I ordered a 5 day juice cleanse (#3) and was sent the wrong one. I reached out to customer service to inform them and to get the correct cleanse sent to me. It's been 3 days since I contacted them and I have yet to hear from them. I will be looking for a different company to purchase a juice cleanse from and I have had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge since Pressed Juicery failed to respond to my numerous emails. read more

I had the greatest experience today at this location! The staff is so friendly and very knowledgable about their products. I was helped by Destiny who was extremely helpful! I wanted to buy a cleansing juice to start the new year off on a healthier start and she helped me choose which juice was the best for me and I even got to sample them! This place is the greatest. I was extremely skeptical when it came the neighborhood- we have enough overpriced, sugar filled 'healthy' juice bars in the area- but after antagonizing the amazing staff- (literally, I made them break out the binders of nutrition info)- I learned that PJ is ****actually**** healthy, and are unbelievably affordable. In fact, with their point system- I think it is more affordable than buying produce and making your own juices. The staff could not be sweeter. Full disclosure, I am there daily, I am literally fueled by Freeze and Greens #2). Specifically, Zaire is a standout- no matter what time of day, what weather, etc, he is genuinely attentive and makes what could be a nothing transaction, into a warm experience. Pressed Juicery is exponentially better of a brand that the Juice Press. There flavors are better, cheaper, and generally taste like they have less sugar. Their cleanses are cheap and the menu has way more options that other juice bars, plus they have vegan soft serve. Staff there is courteous and helpful, I highly recommend it. read more

Omg soo good. I sampled the roots 3, on the whim, because I needed some energy. And whoa, I felt a kick from the ginger instantaneously! I had been searching for that awake feeling from coffee all week, to no avail. I threw the coffee In hand into the garbage and picked up one of these instead. Jeez they just opened and you can tell. The service is so slow and they seem pretty lazy and not interested in working here. Was a line of maybe 5 people in front of me and it took 20 minutes to finally get to us. They also didn't accept our coupon from a blogger and they said we don't accept that in this location, which is nonsense they all accept it. Great experience. They have a great vegan ice cream and my favorites are the matcha and vanilla. Great healthy ingredients with no fillers. The staff were very personable and welcoming. They even have a membership where you get a free drink or ice cream during your birthday month. I will be back!!! read more

Pressed Juicery is one of the greatest chains. I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the staff members Razia. She was so bubbly and generous. Offered me sample of everything. She let me know about the 5 for 20 promotions and was nice enough to let me try everything. She informed me about all the freeze flavors and what's inside. I liked the airy light taste of freeze. She knew exactly what she was talking about healthwise. The other staff members were so caring and courteous especially Ashmy and another man with long hair. Would recommend this place 10/10 . read more

What a great place to stop in Williamsburg - especially because it's right off the Bedford L. The employees are super friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Needs new workers. Both the girl and the guy were unhelpful and rude. Plus ONLY one of the freeze machines were working. I am vegan and have a gluten allergy and was curious if the granola topping for the freeze was gluten free and I got a RUDE " oh well I don't know" and I asked if there was anyway to check and before I could finish they Already cut me off and said no. Meanwhile they didn't even know if the freeze was gluten free and I turned around and a big sign said GLUTEN FREE, so I got my answer there. Not good costumer service AT ALL!!!! Love love love pressed Juicery. I love my membership- and how it's actually rewarding compared to other places who offer them (1000 points and you get a free glass of water finally! (Exaggerating ) ) however here they really come out of nowhere with me with how generous they are when earning points, I do spend a good amount of money here but it becomes completely worth it when I get that free one so constantly! I really like pressed juicery, their juices are great and their cleanses are really effective. However, their website is awful and the membership service has been one of the worst experiences I've had online in awhile. I cannot access my account and I try almost every day, I've changed the password TWICE and I know I'm giving the correct login info. They need to overhaul their entire system because I can't even use my membership when I go into stores now and I'm paying full price PLUS the membership fee. Very frustrating. read more

The most incredible customer service I have ever experienced! I ran into an issue ordering through a delivery service cause I'm from out of town and really needed to send my friend some juices so I decided to call the store and take my chances. My pal Zaire picked up and the rest is history! This guy is out of this world good... I told him my dilemma and instead of hanging up the phone he says "hey your friend's place isn't too far from here, why don't I deliver the juices myself on my break?" I'm like "are you kidding me" then he goes on to hook me up with specials and actually delivers the juices to my friend just for karma points?! Wow Zaire you're a legend and if you're reading this you guys should give this guy props for being a stand up dude and going out of his way to provide the best customer service experience.
