Honestly overall I usually have no issues coming to this location. The store is always well kept and clean. I'm always in and out with whatever juice I need. The menu is pretty big so typically it takes me a couple minutes to figure out what exactly I want to get. Today I was slightly taken back by one of the employees that helped me. I don't know her name but she was working 1/10/25 at around 6pm. I came in and felt rushed to order even though I was the only one in the store at the time. When I did decide what juices I wanted, the woman working threw the juices in the bag pretty aggressively. She proceeded to ring me up, asked for my phone # etc. and questioned if the account was actually mine or if it was a joint account. Again usually the employees working at this location are really pleasant and helpful, but I mainly had an issue with this specific employee and the experience I had this evening. read more

If you want a place that sells healthy pressed juices, look no further than Pressed Juicery. I really like that the employees are very knowledgeable about all the juices they have and that they are very liberal with their samples they give for you to try. Definitely helps you figure out which juices you want to get. They have have a few different sets of juices that function as cleanses to help rejuvenate you internally. My girlfriend tried the three day cleanse and said that it has helped her. Parking sucks (like for most businesses down 2nd St. and I think the juices are a little too pricey for my taste (pun intended), but that's not enough to put a bad taste in my mouth (ok I'll stop). First, these "jugos" are not Mexican jugos. I was craving an agua de melon and saw this spot. They had a variety of ready made juices and I think they even make them fresh if you request it. The customer service was really good. They greeted me and showed me their cleansing juices as well as the ones people drink for "flavor." It was a warm day and the Refresh flavor was suggested. Not having my glasses, she even read the ingredients to me. She also suggested I sign up for their free. membership because it would quality be for a free shot! 15oz and $7 later--I was not impressed. The flavor was super bitter. The ""Beauty" shot left me making a sour face that was anything but beautiful. Maybe I needed to look for a corner juice cart instead of a health food juice bar. I do, however, have a friend who juices for detox and loves it. She says it's a two day reset and the first day is rough but the second day is better. After reading the reviews. I can honestly say my experience wasn't great either. Acai bowl was ok only. Nothing to rave abt. Worker do seem like they just stand around looking dazed n not friendly at all. When I try asking a question, they act like they dnt kno the answer. If u r working for a certain store or comp. U need to kno their product n kno how to answer them. Honestly, the girls were young n clueless. I have to agree the customer service is poor. First time at this Pressed Juicery location and had a good experience! Was walking down 2nd street and came inside to cool down for a Pressed Juicery Freeze. I chose the customizable option which came with three toppings of your choosing. I chose the strawberry base with coconut shavings, almond slices, and blueberries. Blueberries weren't very sweet but overall my freeze was delicious, light, and great on a hot summer day (guilt-free)! I believe the freezes are all vegan, come in two sizes, and there are pre-made freeze options if you dont want to customize your own. I came here mainly for the Minnie Mouse special edition stuff. Of course they were super adorable, and you could get a package deal which included the 2 Minnie Mouse drinks with 2 bows, flower seed packets (carrots, lettuce, wild flowers, and forget me nots), and the lunch bag for $20. If you wanted to add the glass bottle it was $35, and the pin was $10 on top of that. Although super adorable, it was pricey, which was to be expected out of a juice place selling Disney products. If you're a Disney lover like me, getting unique Disney items is worth treating yourself (treat yo self)! The only thing I was disappointed in was that the Minnie Mouse bottles only had 2 flavors: dragon fruit and pineapple greens. The pineapple green was tolerable but the dragon fruit one is literally watermelon juice (which the girl helping me out told me when I was getting the sample). Kinda lame that they didn't have more than 2 flavors in those bottles. The lunch bag that came with this package deal was cute but really cheap looking. The front looks ironed on and faded. The zipper jams too because it's just a flimsy ba All and all, staff was very friendly and helpful with telling me which juices did what, their menu had a variety of sweet, sour, and veggie juices, and they even had frozen yogurt. Delicious açaí bowls! We came here for dessert after dinner for some axial bowls and they were amazing! You can get regular açaí, dragon fruit açaí, or a mix!!! We got a superfood with mixed açaí and regular açaí bowl. The superfood was my favorite with coconut shavings, nuts, blue berries, and honey. We loved it so much that we signed up as reward members. I had signed up 2 days ago online when placing an order for pickup. On my account and even when I walked in for my pickup, i was told I could get a free shot with a purchase. The girl scanned my phone and then when I asked about my free shot ( that she had just told me I could get,mind you), she said I couldn't because I was already a member and it was for new members. The site clearly states you can get one within 14 days of signing up. I told her I had just signed up the other day but received what looked to be a smirk instead and no response which was a bummer. Of course I could always buy one and try and in the grand scheme of things, its not a huge deal but it is a matter of principle and i was looking forward to trying a shot . it wasn't such a hassle driving through traffic and finding parking I would go back and get it. They are very biased when promoting their reward program which should be shared with each customer especially when customer is unknowledgeable of reward program. Maybe, I didn't fit criteria. Had a bad experience today 10/8 @ 7 pm. I didn't get the servers name but it was a male Caucasian/Hispanic with a beard not wearing his mask properly that took my order. He was rude, made my freeze sloppy, then tried charging me $8 for size 2 with 3 topping. It's usually $6.50 every other location (Irvine and Tustin) and this location which I've visited so many times before, (my last visit was 2 weeks ago) I asked him if they raised their prices he said no that it's really 8 dollars. I told him I've gotten the same exact order so many times before it's been 6.50, and I tried to point out in the menu the cost for 3 toppings were 6.50 (strawberries, almonds and almond butter) then an additional topping was 1.50 which is the only way it would cost $8. His response was just rude and said that the menu is wrong... anyway we're not going to this location, we'll drive further just so we can get better service! Okay I have to say, my freeze was AHHHMAZING! So light and refreshing I wish they have one in bakersfield! They have this oatmeal butter that is to die for! It has a cinnamon, nutty, sweet flavor which I have never tried until then! They also had these dark chocolate quinoa gems that taste just like m&ms but BETTER! I totally recommend any flavor of freeze! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to sample them all! We almost always come here to pick up our juice orders. We always pick the Citrus 2. Once in a while I'll order the Citrus 1 and the Greens 1. The sizes of the juices are 15.2 fl oz and the shots are 2 fl oz. It doesn't matter the times of day. Sometimes you beat the crowd and sometimes you don't. Most of the time I'm here, there is no line because I come later in the day. The employees here are generally very nice and they're knowledgeable about the products. I know what I want so I just go in, order, and I'm out. I typically come when there are specials. Today's special for VIP members was buy 6 juices and 6 shots for 40 bucks. It's one of the better deals. The vip membership is free, but they charge ten bucks per month. I forget the reason why they do that. Being a VIP Member I get perks such as the specials and points to get free juices/shots/soft serve and etc.. They have a special thing that if you put 50 bucks into your membership card you get an additional 5% added onto to the 50 bucks. I don't mind adding the 50 bucks because I always spend about that much anyway when I buy something from here. I rarely take advantage of the website, but it's really easy to use. You can order and pick it up later or you can have it shipped to you. The juices are very sweet, but they're good. I usually come here when I'm too lazy to make my own juices. Parking is street parking. I never have an issue finding a parking space. It does get crowded though because it's 2nd street where people like to walk, eat at the many different restaurants here, and do their shopping. read more

This is not my first visit to this location. As a matter of fact, the reason I returned yesterday (2-1-2020) was because the woman that served me on my first visit was very polite and accommodating. I went to grab a few juices because I thought it would help with my immune system. I was "greeted" by a male that whispered the current specials they were featuring, despite the fact that it was extremely loud in there. I asked him to SPEAK UP and he seemed to get a bit miffed about that. I ordered my juices and then wondered if they had a juice with Blood Orange, and sure enough, they did. I wanted to sample it but I asked the male that was helping me, to wash his hands first. Now you would think, people working around ANYTHING (food, drinks, unwrapped candies, etc.) that can be consumed by the mouth, wouldn't have a problem keeping their hands in the HEALTHIEST condition. Not only could I see his nails were chewed off to the base (which looked disgusting) but his hands were dirty. And in an Age where diseases are being transmitted in various manners, I don't see a problem with being as cautious as possible. But Mr. Unprofessional got all in his feelings over my insistence that he clean his hands prior to pouring me that drink. His hostile and discourteous attitude left me upset that I had made the 15 miles journey to that location. Instead of feeling happy and content about patronizing the store (as I'd felt the first time), l felt like I'd rather not return. This is at 8 o'clock in the morning. Soon as I got to pressed Juicery I told her that I wanted to get a three day juice cleanse if she knew exactly who I was and she had all the juice cleanse ready to go for me. I got to lunch bags of pressed Juicery juices which was really cool and she had them on number for me for three days. And even inside each of the juices she gave me all the juice information! I just want to say this beautiful worker went over and beyond for me and I totally forgot her name she's a beautiful African-American girl and just made me feel so good coming in there and getting exactly what I wanted. All juices are pre-bottled and refrigerated behind the cashier making it easy to receive your order very fast. You can also place an order online and pick it up in the store if you choose. If it is your first time here I would recommend getting a popular juice like Greens 3 or one of the signature blends. Personally, I love every juice Pressed has to offer ! When I went in 8/4/20 it was late but the girl that was working was so nice and helpful. She helped me get setup in there point system plus she gave me tips on how to drink the ginger shot with a chaser if I couldn't handle it alone. I LOVE the product here, but I'm giving 3 stars because they're either a) always out of the matcha coconut milk pints of ice cream, or b) when they do have it they're messing up the Grubhub order and only giving me 3 of the 4 pints I ordered. I've been there 4 times when they were out of the product and one time the worker told me they always sell out, and another time the manager said they messed up their order and didn't order enough: If you're selling out, then order more! I've come her so much since they opened the employees have already started recognizing me I signed up for the membership cuz I knew I'd easily be getting more than 2 items a month here, so absurdly worth it. I get the freezes and they are AMAZING! How can they be made with such a simple ingredients, and that granola butter, get out of here! I typically get size 2 of half match half chocolate, stupid delicious. I will say the matcha tends to melt faster, so be warned and the chocolate is probably not what you might think of a traditionally rich decadent chocolate fro-to buuut it's made of almonds and sweetened with dates, a delicious treat you can feel good about. I truly think the matchas my favorites, how something with that many veggies can taste so great is beyond me (maaaybe that's why it melts so quickly), whatever. Sadly I had a negative experience here after postmating one of their freezes (which I have done multiple times in the past with no issues). I ordered a chocolate freeze with chocolate chips and granola butter. What I received however was the vanilla freeze with the chocolate chip cookie crumbles and almond butter. The postmates bag had my correct name on it, so either whoever was working really went out of their way to mess up my order, or it somehow got mixed with someone else's order. On top of that, I attempted to call them to try to remedy the situation and the phone number provided on their yelp page doesn't give you the option to speak with someone from the store. Thankfully I was able to get my money back through postmates, but I'm left super confused to be honest. Most of my interactions with the coworkers have been pleasant and the food is good if you're looking for a nice treat. The business is big enough that you can sit down and relax while enjoying your guilt free freeze. Everything in this store is healthy, provides lots of nutrients, and is delicious.
